Sierra Vista studio apartment with full kitchen and King Bed

What a joke. Their check in procedure is horrible. Never got to stay because of it but got charged for it. Trying to get someone to get a hold of me took forever. By the time they did to get me through the procedure I had already booked another place. We were there for a job so I had reservations for 3 apartments. Never will I ever deal with these people

The stay was fine. We had to contact the managers several times because the ammeneties offered lacked instruction or logins. The problem came with the deposit. I left the room as clean as i found it and my deposit has not been returned. I reached out twice about it and was told that 1. It would take 5-7 business days after i checked out to get my deposit back and 2. It would take 7-10 business days to get the money back, however the money was never taken from the account, so i shouldnt see a positive or negative. But i see a negative.
