Proximity to town centre was great. The communication before and during our stay was great. Friendly staff. Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was mostly continental with salad. We would stay here again.

Todo ha estado genial, muy cerca del centro, habitacion limpia, comoda y grande. La única pega que le pongo es que la persona encargada de arreglar la habitacion, no le gusta hacer las camas, ni estirar un poco las sabanas antes de poner las colchas encima. Por lo demas muy bien todo.

Lovely hotel. Staff really helpful and friendly. Exceptional clean! Excellent choices for breakfast options. Only 10 minutes from the Old Town & train/bus station. Really enjoyed my stay & would recommend this property to other travellers to Krakow.

Loved thus hitel. 10 minutes to the main square. The staff were all extremely accommodating and i had a botyle of prosecc in my room as i was 50 the week before. The woom was extremely clean and the shower was fantastic and powerful. Excellent continental breakfast choices. The only slight negative unfortunately was the matress kept on sliding off the bed during the night. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again

Gute Lage zwischen Hauptbahnhof und Innenstadt. Frühstück mit Abwechslung und schmackhaft von 7:30 Uhr bis 10:30 Uhr. Zimmerreinigung nur auf Verlangen, für mich akzeptabel. Funktionales Wlan. Großes Bad. Schreibtisch. Effektive Möglichkeiten der Raumverdunklung. Wichtig für eine ruhige Nacht sind rücksichtsvolle Zimmernachbarn und möglichst ein Zimmer nach hinten.

Hyfsad frukost, lite nya rätter varje dag så det var trevligt. Inte så bra städat, fast vi hade hängt ut skylten. Vi fick gå och be om rena handdukar och toapapper så det drar ner betyget. Låg centralt till så det var ett plus

great location for a Krakow visit just off the old town. very clean thoughout. breakfast was very good and as soon as some elements were empty they were filled up quickly. the ladies on reception were superb from the time I checked in to when i picked my bag up from storage. i whole heartedly will stay here again when i return to Krakow

Kan trygt anbefale, litt minus at når vi måtte ha vinduet oppe- ble det mye støy fra gaten. Kunne godt ha vært aircondition på rommet. Knall gode senger, stort og god plass på 4 mannsrom med sofa👍 og veldig sentralt👍😍

Nice hotel near the centrum of Krakow. Only problem I found was that the floors were a bit squeeky. This made walking pretty hearable in the hotel.

スタッフの対応や部屋の綺麗さなどは満足でしたが、廊下の音が丸聞こえで、朝5時から人がバタバタとして全く寝れなかったです。扉が開いているかと思うほど、音が部屋の中まで響いていたので、もう一度は泊まらないと思います。

Our stay at Kosmopolita rooms was brilliant, they were so helpful throughout. I highly recommend the hotel. It was close to the beautiful old town but far enough away so it wasn't really busy. I can't say enough how helpful the staff were, they booked us taxis without hesitation. Very competent people. The only downside is that the breakfast dining room is too small. It was cramped at times. Thank you though Kosmopolita!

Stayed here previously. Staff are so friendly and helpful, speak good English. I love the breakfast, lots of choice and options. Not too far from the town centre and very close to the bus, train station and main shopping centre. A very reasonably priced, traditional Polish hotel ❤️

Really enjoyed my stay here. The area is right on the edge of the centre of town and so is ideal for any traveller. The staff were superb and the instructions to access the property, after check-in had closed, were brilliant. It is a traditional Polish hotel and gives you everything you could possibly need, at a very competitive price

Our stay at Kosmopolita rooms was brilliant, they were so helpful throughout. I highly recommend the hotel. It was close to the beautiful old town but far enough away so it wasn't really busy. I can't say enough how helpful the staff were, they booked us taxis without hesitation. Very competent people. The only downside is that the breakfast dining room is too small. It was cramped at times. Thank you though Kosmopolita!

Stayed here previously. Staff are so friendly and helpful, speak good English. I love the breakfast, lots of choice and options. Not too far from the town centre and very close to the bus, train station and main shopping centre. A very reasonably priced, traditional Polish hotel ❤️

Lovely hotel. Staff really helpful and friendly. Exceptional clean! Excellent choices for breakfast options. Only 10 minutes from the Old Town & train/bus station. Really enjoyed my stay & would recommend this property to other travellers to Krakow.

Loved thus hitel. 10 minutes to the main square. The staff were all extremely accommodating and i had a botyle of prosecc in my room as i was 50 the week before. The woom was extremely clean and the shower was fantastic and powerful. Excellent continental breakfast choices. The only slight negative unfortunately was the matress kept on sliding off the bed during the night. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again

Gute Lage zwischen Hauptbahnhof und Innenstadt. Frühstück mit Abwechslung und schmackhaft von 7:30 Uhr bis 10:30 Uhr. Zimmerreinigung nur auf Verlangen, für mich akzeptabel. Funktionales Wlan. Großes Bad. Schreibtisch. Effektive Möglichkeiten der Raumverdunklung. Wichtig für eine ruhige Nacht sind rücksichtsvolle Zimmernachbarn und möglichst ein Zimmer nach hinten.

Blev lidt forbavset da vi kom til hotellet, vi havde boet der før, på samme værelse, dog var værelset blevet malet i en pænere farve end den grønne der var tidligere. Værelset er meget koldt og udsigt til en baggård, se billeder Ingen hygge på værelset Personalet er søde og hjælpsomme Morgenmaden meget kedelig

great location for a Krakow visit just off the old town. very clean thoughout. breakfast was very good and as soon as some elements were empty they were filled up quickly. the ladies on reception were superb from the time I checked in to when i picked my bag up from storage. i whole heartedly will stay here again when i return to Krakow

First of all the hotel was very reasonably priced and the breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. You can walk to the train station and to the old town easily. There wasn't so much noise from the street that was described in the previous reviews. The bathroom wasn't super new but it was ok and it was good to have towels packed. You should consider the amount you paid. The cups, glasses in the breakfast room can be cleaner. Overall I recommend this hotel 👍

Prisvärda rum, fantastiskt läge. Rummen är ganska basic men om man planerar att vara ute hela dagarna och bara sova/varva ner på hotellrummet så är det perfekt standard. Frukosten var bra och varierad. Servicen var saklig och polsk. Personalen hjälpsam när man behövde det. Supernära till tågstationen, gamla stan och även en hel del caféer, restauranger och butiker i princip utanför dörren. Supernära till både Stary Kleparz och Nowy Kleparz där det bedrivs bondens marknad/torghandel. Parker bara ett stenkast bort, om man är en sån som uppskattar grönska. Detta hotell passar väldigt bra om man planerar att ta sig runt till fots eller i kombination med spårvagn/buss! Väldigt prisvärt hotell med tanke på läget!

- Excellent location - 10 mins walk from Kraków Główny central train station with multiple shops attached for provisions. Another easy 10 mins walk to Old Town. Plenty of tram stops nearby, saves walking, ideal in the 34 degrees heatwave! - Easy self check in during non-reception opening hours (I arrived late @ 10pm and was emailed door code numbers) - Safe brightly lit area to walk at night - A large bedroom with a tiny single bed. Nice en-suite with soap and towels. TV didn't work. Plenty of clothes storage space. Fast Wifi. Was glad of the fan to keep cool during the warm nights. - Free luggage storage - Fantastic breakfast, hot and cold buffets, fresh juice, good coffee machine Dziękuję!

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja hotelu,śniadanie bardzo dobre, hotel zimny w sensie temperatury i wystroju pokoju, pokój zle wyizolowany (odgłosy z sąsiedztwa bardzo wyraźnei wywietrznik w kuchni buczący całą noc) W ostatni dzień wyjeżdżałyśmy za wcześnie ale nikt nam nie zaproponował coś małego na wynos zamiast śniadania za które zapłaciłyśmy.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja hotelu,śniadanie bardzo dobre, hotel zimny w sensie temperatury i wystroju pokoju, pokój zle wyizolowany (odgłosy z sąsiedztwa bardzo wyraźnei wywietrznik w kuchni buczący całą noc) W ostatni dzień wyjeżdżałyśmy za wcześnie ale nikt nam nie zaproponował coś małego na wynos zamiast śniadania za które zapłaciłyśmy.
