The hotel overall was very clean including the room. The kitchenette was great even though we didn’t get to use it. The hotel staff was very helpful and courteous.

The location, cleanliness, and room size worked well for our family of four (3 adults and 1 teen). It was especially nice to have a good-sized fridge and freezer for leftovers and fresh ice. While the hotel is only 5 minutes from the airport, noise was never an issue. We rented a car, and the parking at the hotel was gated and safe. The pool was clean and never crowded. The beach was about a 10-minute walk, which can seem longer when carrying chairs, umbrella, etc. The breakfast options did not vary much from day to day, and it consistently ran out of fresh fruit.

1st time trip to PR with the kids and we are so glad we picked this hotel. Good location, hotel was clean, staff was great, breakfast buffet every morning was good. Loved that you could borrow chairs and umbrellas daily for the beach.
