Advertisement: Average expectations - Room description in Hotel.com was accurate, pictures shown Location: Average expectations - Conveniently close and walkable, with easy access to nearby attractions. Safe area, Cleanliness: Average expectations - Room clean and neat. Room Comfort: Average expectations - Was reasonably comfortable, it did meet our expectations overall. Staff & Service: Average expectations – They were polite, friendly and helpful. I didn’t like the idea of leaving my room key at the front desk anytime leaving the hotel as requested. Also parking was sketchy, the front desk reoffered you to a parking space outside and price was a little abusive, and opening time not convenient. Amenities: Average expectations - Basic offer compared with the price. Value: Average expectations - We feel the hotel provided good value for the money we paid. Breakfast: We left early, we didn't have a chance to experience the breakfast, we believe it was not offered and or included as part of the price paid. Atmosphere: Average expectations Overall: Average expectations - we were satisfied with our stay and would probably choose to stay here again. Recommendation: Based on our experience, we will recommend this hotel

A very convenient place to stay if you are travelling by public transport, particularly with luggage. It was well located for both the airport bus on arrival and the train when we left for Pompeii, while still being only a short walk from the nicer parts of central Naples for dinner and sightseeing. Staff on reception, which was 24 hours, were very helpful, friendly and qick. The hotel is in a typical, busy and bustling Naples neighbourhood, so there was a little street noise, but we rather liked the atmosphere. There is a useful little area just outside where you can grab a snack or drink, as well as a small convenience store nearby. Our room was quite quirky, arranged over different levels with stairs. We only used the main bed, but there was another bed at the bottom of the stairs, so it could accommodate more people. The bathroom was clean and perfectly functional. Overall, a good choice for a short stay in Naples, particularly if convenience for the airport and railway station matters.

The hotel benefits from a good location, just a short walk from the Spanish Quarter and other local landmarks. Rooms are compact, which can be an advantage in summer, as the air conditioning cools the space quickly. Beds are very basic but adequate. The main concern lies with the bathroom. The shower shows visible mold, and the fixtures are old and defective; the showerhead does not stay in place, which is especially problematic in an already tight shower stall. Additionally, the toilet ran water continuously throughout the night. While I did not expect a luxury property, the overall condition fell below my expectations. With modest investment in maintenance and updates, this hotel could easily earn significantly better reviews.
