Staff was awesome! From check in to check out, everything went smoothly. There are train tracks, heavily used, on the south end of the hotel. The rooms are well-sound proofed, so I barely heard when the trains came through. Vey freeway close, but again, was able to sleep just fine. Very clean & laundry room sure came in handy.

Good location! We absolutely loved our hotel room. Parking was only $5 a night and it wasn’t bad at all compared to nearby hotels! Would definitely come back again.

Really enjoyed our stay, check in was smooth and fast area is quiet felt safe wasn’t worried about the safety of my car in the parking lot parking was $5 a night very reasonable. Out side pool .Room has mini fridge ,microwave ,blow dryer , iron and ironing board the shower water pressure was perfect water was hot that was nice, toilet flushed with power. Complementary shampoo conditioner and body wash(didn’t use it but nice they had it) complimentary breakfast in the morning check out by 11am all in all stay was 10/10 booking 2 more nights in December

Train is very noisy and the hotel provides ear plugs on the night stand because of it. Parking requires you to provide license plate number/make and model, plus you need to use the provided pass in your windshield or you’ll be towed. Digital key request is only provided after checking in. I travel a lot for work and pleasure but the check-in process was not as straightforward.

A little noisy and busy when we got there. Staff was okay. Bathroom was okay but had a few stains. The breakfast was terrible and not the usual for spring hill hotels. The staff had so many excuses. Our view was the expressway. Only plus was convenience to Disney

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained—the entire place feels fresh and in excellent condition. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be coming back on our next trip. Highly recommended!

The hotel is right next to a railroad track. The trains run allllll night long! They are loud and it’s very hard to sleep. Although the hotel room seemed clean, it had a very strong mildew smell that never went away. I would not stay here again

Very unhappy with this hotel as we not only got put on the loud noisy 5th floor we were given a handicapped room for us that are all 6 foot and taller. Staff did not warn us when we checked in and said they could not move us to accommodate it was very uncomfortable and inconvenient stay for us

I stayed in a king suite for one night. Check-in was very fast and easy. Room was very clean and everything in good condition. Bed was very comfy. Room was spacious and relaxing. I’d definitely come back here. Easy parking situation too.

It’s a nice property and spacious rooms. I wouldn’t book it again through a 3rd party app, they will give you whatever they have left. I booked a king suite, and I ended up getting a ADA room with 2 queen beds, and both beds were sunken in. Save yourself the headache and just book through the hotel’s site it’s very similar in price even thought it doesn’t appear it will be.

Property was new and clean, but not the easiest to find and not in the greatest neighborhood. Front desk person was rude, unhelpful, and had an attitude. She didnt even acknowledge me when I approached the desk and was too involved in typing something. She made the checkin process much more difficult and frustrating than it should have been.

I like staying at Marriotts but this once wasn’t great. The place was great property wise but the service was not good. I wasn’t greeted when arriving. I felt like I was treated like a nobody rather than a guest. I usually stayed at the Marriott because the place is nice and the service is great but the workers here were rude and not helpful at all. Definitely won’t be staying here again.

the suites are great! comfortable space for two people. my partner loved the little desk area to sit and do some remote work. the hotel was conveniently located with about a 15min drive to both Knott’s and Disneyland so we weren’t worried about transportation. the entrance into the driveway was interesting since it’s right off the freeway but we got used to navigating after a while. would definitely stay again!

Something I didnt like was that Disney is 25min away unlike what the advertisement of 11min it says it was a horrible experience to drive so much to go to the park!! Never the less the hotel is in very good condition and kept very clean.

Loved our stay here for a quick Disney trip! Very convenient location & a quiet neighborhood even though it’s right next to the freeway. Parking was also very open & only $5 per stay. Our room was super clean & up to our standards! Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful new hotel. Property and room was modern and clean. Parking was great. Only negative was that they serve the exact same breakfast day after day. We ate breakfast out on the 4th day because we just couldn’t do the same breakfast again. Will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful new hotel. Property and room was modern and clean. Parking was great. Only negative was that they serve the exact same breakfast day after day. We ate breakfast out on the 4th day because we just couldn’t do the same breakfast again. Will definitely stay here again.

Rooms were very clean and very spacious, the gentleman that checked us in was really nice and helpful. He definitely went above and beyond to help us. Breakfast was great and had many options. We will most definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

I’ve been coming to this hotel for 3 years now and this is my top choice when I come down to Fullerton. It’s always clean, the bed is very comfortable, breakfast is great and I love that they have dairy free options. Location is great. I can’t say more good things about this hotel! I’ll be coming here every time I visit LA. Thank you to the staff for always being so friendly and welcoming.

We were wondering why our room #525 had ear plugs on the nightstand….the train rumbles thru until 2:30 am. Not fast commuters but long freight trains. Vibrates you for free! On the weekend less trains. My suggestion is to take any even numbered room under 24 to keep away from the railroad track side of the building. Other than that it was great…free breakfast was nice. We’ll be back. Parking fee was reasonable $5/day.
