When listing a property that\'s a duplex, it should be listed as such. When listing a second bathroom - an outside shower shouldn\'t count as such. When a paying customer asks questions, the attitude of "you can always cancel is you want to" is unacceptable. The Aloha spirit was no where to be found. When needed clarity for a family trip, I shouldn\'t have to feel like I\'m bothering the property owner anytime something collectively comes up. Don\'t get me wrong, this duplex is nice, the grounds are typical for the big island and the rental met the vrbo listed requirements that they give us as owners... Just a few ticks: - the on-site contact was not aware of our arrival and was very confused - we could not check-in to the digital door the first night when we came back, we had to wait in the dark and the owner did it digitally - pest control is needed. We found bugs (not bed bugs) in both beds, both bedrooms and the bathroom. This did not occur once, it was everyday. - some towels had stains on them - Aloha goes a long way. It was very much needed here.
