Görsellerde otel gayet iyi duruyordu. Konum olarak ulaşım kolay kendi aracınızla gidince otel tanıtım da otopark yeri var diyor lakin sadece 10 araçlık yer oda yolda resimlerde görünen yan boş alan diğer otele ait. Bir gece için 2 oda tutmuştum 5 kişi konakladık. Odada tek temiz olan yataklardı. Banyo leş önceki misafirin kılı tüyü yerlerde banyoda aspiratör olmadığı için koku ve nem .aynadandan tutunda etjere kadar yalan yanlış yapılmış bir temizlik. Klima çalışmıyor pardon çalışıyor ama kendini soğutuyor. Odanın içi sauna gibiydi. Yerlerde odanın içinde ayak izleri ve toz . Odaların dolu olduğunu söyleyidikleri için başka odaya geçemedik. Neyseki akşam gelen recepsiyon görevlisi 2adet vantilatör le bir çözüm üretti. Ama tek kelimeyle rezalet bir otel. Bu kadar olumsuzluktan sonra kahvaltıdan da korkuyordum lakin Allah'tan o güzeldi. Yeterli düzeyde ve güzel bir ekip vardı orada. Kahvaltı için teşekkürler ama konaklama ve konfor rezalet.

Quiet good and spacious rooms, not so bathroom, noisy motorway beside, on the whole good compromise for 1, 2 days... Wonderfully massage and Turkish bath service for reasonable prices

Kis odafigyeléssel sokkal többet ki lehetne hozni a szállásból .. például lift padlószőnyegét már évekkel ezelőtt ki lehetett volna cserélni ..szobák falait újra festeni ahol szükséges ..

バスターミナルの目の前で勝手がいい。国鉄デニズリ駅も目の前の大通りをまっすぐ行くだけなので便利。 朝食のビュッフェも種類が豊富。日替わりらしきスープもあったのが個人的によかった（今回宿泊した他のホテルではなかった）。 最初に滞在した部屋は、宿泊エリアとしては最上階（その一つ上の階は工事中らしかった）で、エアコンも良く効いた。朝観光に出かけて午後帰ってくると天井の装飾が床に落ちてたのは笑ってしまったのだが、フロントに言うとすぐ別の部屋に変えてくれた。 ２番目の部屋は、一つ下のフロアで、冷蔵庫もついていてこの点はよかったのだが、エアコンをつけてもあまり効かなかったのと、wifiの入りが悪かったのでフロントまで下りてネットに繋げた。 宿泊客がさほど多くなかったせいもあるかもしれないが、フロントにいる間にレセプションの人が、コーヒーやチャイを無償で提供してくれてサービスがよかった。 受付のスタッフの一人が、帰宅途中のところにたまたま遭遇し、おいしい料理が食べられるところなど、わざわざ一緒に歩いて案内してくれた。

Fiyata göre beklenti normal. Eskimiş,pekçok şey yenilenmeli. Yine,fiyata göre otelin yeri çok iyi. Turistik değil de,iş seyahati için uygun bir otel. En fazla puanı hak eden ; personel çok ilgili.

The hotel is exactly what we needed as base to visit Pamukkale and Efes (Ephesus) without lugging our baggages everywhere we go. The Denizli bus station is literally just 2-5 minutes away depending on one's pace. The staff speaks little English and does things with a lot of kindness. We were generously allowed to check in earlier (got lucky there was availability). For the price we have paid per night, I am even surprised there is a personal fridge in the room and that breakfast was included, although I didn't get the chance to eat as we always leave the hotel early. There was ample parking nearby and car rental companies are a few minutes walk away. Enterprise is within the same block towards the main avenue. The building and facilities have seen better days, but we are overall satisfied.

Kahvaltılı oda kiraladık.Otelin konumu harika. Belli ki döneminin en iyi otellerinden birisi ama haliyle eskimiş, odalar sigara kokuyor ve ciddi anlamda tozluydu . Şunu da eklemeliyim ki 2025 yılının en ucuz otel konaklamasıydı, hostel fiyatına otel konaklaması gerçekleştirildi bu yüzden pişman değilim açıkçası.

Sale, oreillers avec une odeur douteuse, la salle de bains a des fuites au niveau du carrelage, mon ami a été piquer par une bête non identifiée, petit déjeuner compris dans la chambre mais le personnel daigne à peine répondre et dire bonjour en plus de rester dans une pièce, Seul avantage : pouvoir laisser son sac l’après midi et la proximité avec la gare

La ubicación es excelente si necesitas un alojamiento de paso, para ir a Pammukale por ejemplo, ya que está a escasos minutos de las estaciones de tren y autobús. El personal es correcto y han tenido la amabilidad de guardar mi equipaje despues del checkout, incluso me han permitido dejar varias cosas en la nevera. El desayuno esta incluido, si bien no me resultó muy apetecible. La cama es comoda y el ambiente silencioso. La falta de limpieza es el punto negativo de este hotel, se nota que la habitación no se ha limpiado desde hace mucho tiempo, en el baño había pelos de anteriores clientes y el suelo estaba encharcado, debajo de la cama pude encontrar desperdicios varios. Las instalaciones y la habitación necesitan cierta renovación pero los servicios basicos por lo menos funcionan (ascensor, tv, minibar, etc). El precio economico hace de este hotel una opcion aceptable para una estancia corta

Dieses Hotel war eine absolute Katastrophe und alles andere als wie beschrieben! Schon beim Betreten des Zimmers hatten wir ein äußerst unangenehmes Gefühl. Es war extrem staubig, die Luft abgestanden, und der Zustand des Zimmers war einfach nur erschreckend: kaputte Fenster, weiße Flecken an den Wänden, und eine Toilette im Badezimmer, die schlichtweg ekelhaft war. Die eine Lampe funktionierte nicht, und die Atmosphäre im Raum war düster und heruntergekommen. Die Mitarbeiter vor Ort waren überhaupt nicht entgegenkommend, als wir diese Missstände angesprochen haben. Dazu kam, dass man die ganze Zeit das Gefühl hatte, hier nicht sicher zu sein. Es wurde offensichtlich nicht darauf geachtet, dass sich Gäste hier wohlfühlen. Besonders beunruhigend war der Eindruck, dass es sich hierbei eher um ein Stundenhotel handelt, das definitiv nicht zum Ausruhen geeignet ist. Wer in der Nähe des Bahnhofs schlafen möchte, sollte lieber etwas mehr Geld investieren – es lohnt sich definitiv! Wir waren dort mit meiner schwangeren Frau und sind nach nur einer Stunde ausgecheckt, weil die Zustände absolut inakzeptabel waren. Dank des Expedia-Teams, das sehr hilfsbereit war, konnten wir kurzfristig eine neue Unterkunft finden. Ich kann nur jedem raten, sich hier nicht auf einen Aufenthalt einzulassen! Zudem stellte sich heraus, dass das Hotel vor Ort den Namen Hera Hotel trägt und nicht, wie in der Buchung angegeben, Hiera Hotel.

Really dirty and do not waste your money! We booked for 3 nights but we checked out in next day. Is a decent price in Expedia and close to the bus station but it’s really dirty, disgusting room, all blankets and sheets has a stain the bathroom so dirty! Air conditioning smells so bad, water is cold no heater, scary place to stay on this hotel and you gonna be really sick.Do not waste your money on this hotel!

Personel güleryüzlü lakin odalarda temizlik konusunda problem var , perdeler yırtık dökülmüş , çarşaflar ve nevresimler pek temiz sayılmaz, banyoda şampuan mevcut değildi. Kahvaltı fena sayılmaz .

Good location, good view from the room. The staff was nice and helpfull. Breakfast was OK. Beds weren’t really comfortable and the condition of the barhroom wasn’t perfect. There were cigarettes in the ashtray on the balcony.

The hotel is situated conveniently right outside the bus station. It is also walking distance to all must try local restaurants and sweets shops. Super easy access to Pamukkale local minibus and night bus to Capadoccia. The hotel staff has been very attentive and very helpful to me during my stay, I only have positive things to say really. The hotel itself is well maintained, not the most luxurious but it is totally worth it for the price I paid. More than happy for the comfort and the service I received plus the many useful tips from the friendly staff. I would recommend this hotel to any solo traveler who needs easy access to go to Pamukkale and then to Capadoccia the next day.

Otel konfor oda genişliği ve dizayn dekor, konum, kahvaltı ve hizmet olarak 10 numara, otagarin dibinde, manzarası da güzel her şeye ve her yere yakın. Pamukkale ye giden otobüsler önünden kalkmakta, kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.
