So many bugs. Just no amenities in the room. Breakfast was lacking. Staff was friendly but not very helpful. Views weren’t as good as hoped. Location was very remote. Price was good!

Beautiful spot, great view, friendly helpful staff, snorkling gear available. Reasonable priced food and very yummy. Lots of stairs so not good for people who arent mobile. No high chairs but staff super helpful with our little one.

Despite being listed and mapped on Lipah beach by Expedia, this property is far away (4km) and isolated. It probably used to be a good place but found poorly maintained. Insect were crawling in the room and even found a millipede in our bed (burnt skin by these are pretty bad, it was painful)
