Very clean, building is non-smoking, although I did smell the “other” smoke in the air. This is everywhere in Gwinnett county, so not surprising. The parking fee is higher than what is listed on Hotels.com, so just check Aloft’s website for accurate fee. Cleanest hotel I’ve been in so far!

It was a perfect stay. The hotel is very clean and trendy. Staff was communicative and responsive. Clean laundry facility on site. The bar was top-notch...I would maybe suggest a Friday or Saturday event to attract more guest to the lobby bar. Shopping, food, salons were all within walking distance. I would recommend and stay again.

Love the bar. Nice bartender. Walls are thin/ floors. We could hear upstairs neighbors. Ext time staying on top floor. Love the decor. Good location. Cheap toilet paper. There should be 2 free water bottles in the minifridge upon arrival.

Very nice staff, clean common areas with good vibes and very trendy. Only suggestion is to have a few bigger parking spots. There was a few big trucks, campers or trailer people Staying including myself so we had to park in the mall parking which is totally fine but would be more convenient if they were able to accommodate those type of travelers it seemed common at this location.

I don’t recall for all the years I’ve been staying in hotels that everything was to my liking. Best experience this far. One very odd thing though ,the restaurant/ bar was close on a Sunday evening please fix it. 4.5 stars because of that one discrepancy. Was out all day decided to take a nap woke up for a light dinner and there was none. The staff was perfect , very helpful and sociable .

My family was happy with our two-night stay. The staff was friendly, the lobby is set up nicely for playing pool and hanging out, our room was clean, and our beds were comfy. We were there for a soccer tournament on Bunten Rd., and the hotel was a very quick drive. There are also plenty of nearby restaurants and stores--especially since the hotel is basically in the Discover Mills mall parking lot.

My family was happy with our two-night stay. The staff was friendly, the lobby is set up nicely for playing pool and hanging out, our room was clean, and our beds were comfy. This is the cleanest hotel I've stayed in in years. We travel frequently & it's disappointing to pay so much for a hotel/ airbnb and have to clean ourselves. It shouldn't be the norm. It was refreshing to stay at this hotel and be comfortable and not worry This goes for pre-covid stays as well.

Bad. Roaches. 2 of them. Big ones… I woke up (4am) to one on the wall above the tv and another one. I immediately got up, gathered my belongings. The lady at the front desk placed me in another room which turned out fine, but I was still a lil paranoid and couldn’t go back to sleep. Staff was great, the rooms not so much 👎

No complimentary breakfast with room. Nearby traffic was noisy, but later that night quiet, but could be because of taking 50mg Benadryl. Ants found in the bathroom and I was on the second floor. Receptionist acted like she was shocked, but not compensation mentioned. I would not recommend or return to this site.

Amenities were not good especially the bathroom situation in our room. It was wide open and had no shower curtain or privacy at all and we had our 2 boys in our room that I had to have them leave just to shower. Ridiculous

The hotel was convenient to the interstate. New, clean hotel but the lobby scent was overwhelming (not a bad scent, just VERY strong). The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool and workout room were nice. My biggest problem was that we were traveling with our family and the shower is right out in the open in the room, with clear glass doors. NO PRIVACY!!!!

The layout is fresh and funky but don’t stay there with others unless you’re very comfortable with them. Luckily, I was with my grown daughters so it wasn’t an issue for me but I can see how it could be a problem for others. Overall, we loved it there.

I also didnt anticipate the lack of privacy in the bathroom to be the issue it was, but that's my fault. the bathroom and bedroom are separated by a divider, and the door to the toilet room is a sliding barn door with practically no privacy. Again however, this was my fault for not realizing.

Stayed 2 nights. Beds were very hard. #320 Rooms were small. AC/Heat unit way tooo loud. It did not keep the room at a comfortable temperature. We had to constantly put it up and down just one degree and it still got way too cold or then stuffy and hot.

I liked the location of this property as well as the aesthetic. Ths staff was friendly and helpful. The room was pretty small, and the shower was out in the open instead of being in a bathroom, which was kind of a hassle for our family. Overall, I would give this an average rating and I probably wouldn't recommend it to anyone who has more than 2 people in their party.

What I didn’t like is that the lady at the front desk was not answering the phone as it ringed multiple times. I watched her from the seating area because when I called for my early check-in due to a long travel and no one answered, so I see why.. too busy on her own phone. So then I also couldn’t do early check in as she says no rooms available. I come back an hour later boom rooms available but it’s a different lady. I asked her about early check-in she said it was rooms available I knew that but hey.. Other than that this hotel is nice and I’ll be back

I stay at a lot of different hotels all over. There has never been one that smelled so fresh and clean when you walked into the building. Fast and easy checkin. Next to the mall and very close to the highway. My new Atlanta area hotel for sure.

the place was really clean. its definitely my spot to go to when i drive to atlanta. i thought the breakfast was comp but i walked downstairs and nothing really free there except coffee. i could be wrong.

Hotel gym was under renovation. Drinks were great. Room was clean and loved the way lobby set up. Bed was comfortable. Customer service was great!

The bar/longe was a cute little area to hang out at, also the pool table was a cute addition to the atmosphere. The outdoor patio was also nice.

I don’t recall for all the years I’ve been staying in hotels that everything was to my liking. Best experience this far. One very odd thing though ,the restaurant/ bar was close on a Sunday evening please fix it. 4.5 stars because of that one discrepancy. Was out all day decided to take a nap woke up for a light dinner and there was none. The staff was perfect , very helpful and sociable .

The tv did not work properly, the 1st room smelled like bodies had just been rolling around in it, the food was a 2/10.

Overall, I still had a positive impression of the staff despite an unfortunate experience during my stay. After 1:00 a.m., I was unable to sleep because of loud music coming from somewhere nearby and a strong marijuana smell that was coming into my room. I initially tried calling the front desk, but unfortunately no one answered. I then went downstairs to report the issue. When the problem was not resolved right away, I returned to the front desk, and the staff ultimately moved me to another room. They were apologetic and made a genuine effort to help, and they also removed the $9 parking charge as a gesture of apology. While the situation itself was definitely unpleasant and disrupted my sleep, I appreciated how the front desk staff handled it once I spoke with them in person. Things do not always go perfectly at a hotel, but good service is often about how problems are handled. In that regard, I felt the staff did their best to make things right, and I appreciate their assistance.

You did have to pay for parking at this hotel. The selection at the bar was a little more limited. They had no diet sodas other than diet Mountain Dew. When we ordered the diet Mountain Dew, they just went and got a bottle from the shop to bring to us. We ordered wings, they were delicious, but they came in a bunch of to go boxes from I don’t know where. Leslie, there was one trashcan divided in half for recycle and whatever with no bag on either side. The trash was by the sink and none at the table or that area. The last thing we didn’t like is there was no door together person in the shower privacy. We had our Granddaughter with us and my husband could not take a shower while she was in the room
