A true hidden gem in the heart of lower Greenville! I was worried about finding parking and the parking attendant on duty was literally one of the kindest and most helpful Valet Stewards I've ever encountered. So happy to have found this place! Will be back.

Lovely luxurious place in Lower Greenville. Beds were super comfy, two spacious bedrooms each with their own bath, large living room with kitchen. Above Cafe Euro and Sisters restaurant. It is up a steep staircase so keep in mind if mobility is an issue for you (it wasn't for us). The apartment is beautiful and we loved the decor. It is very soundproof so we did not hear any car noise or the large AC units outside the door at the top of the stairs. Food was delicious at Sisters and the coffee and breakfast at Cafe Duro was really nice (and they both deliver to the apt if needed). Beautiful apartment and I would stay there again! Parking at night, due to the restaurants in the area, can be an issue but that is where the valet comes in handy.

We really enjoyed our stay, the most walkable area in Dallas with lots of great restaurants, bars and activity. We loved the Sister restaurant and Cafe Duro, which had great coffee but honestly I wish it had chairs in the mornings. Great place, would totally do it again.

The apartment was great! It was nice and clean and the beds were super comfortable. It was in a fantastic location within walking distance to several clubs and restaurants. The restaurant directly below, Sister, was a fantastic experience! What an amazing experience. Wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary in the Marcia suite. It was absolutely perfect. Was able to enjoy Lower Greenville by walking for a change. The apartment was perfect, really enjoyed the artwork and design. The Marshall bluetooth speaker was a nice touch. Excellent pillows (always makes for a better stay). Dinner at Sister's was awesome as well. An anniversary we will never forget - and we will definitely be back for future special occasions.

Casa Duro was perfect for our family. The apartment was spacious and equipped with everything that we needed. We loved the eclectic design and comfortable beds. We dined in both the onsite restaurant and cafe and thoroughly enjoyed the offerings from both. Everyone we interacted with helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

We did almost the whole Duro Hospitality experience and it was fabulous. The room (Marcia) was comfortable and beautifully appointed. Ate at Sister Restaurant twice - amazing service and food served family style which was perfect! Culminated in an amazing meal at The Charles for our anniversary - unmatched service and food! Can't wait to visit again.

They don’t clean the room daily. The hot water would finish in 5 minutes. There is the smell of food downstairs everywhere. The bedroom is so tiny. Towels needed to be replenished. No extra towels provided. The knob of the shower kept breaking.

My fiancée Noelle and I absolutely loved our stay at Casa Duro. The property is chic, stylish, and truly unique — every space feels thoughtfully designed and beautifully maintained. Our suite was large, spotless, and very comfortable, with well-appointed details that made it feel both luxurious and welcoming. Check-in and check-out were incredibly easy, and the team was communicative and accommodating from start to finish. Any questions we had were answered right away, and we always felt taken care of. on the site it says its on top of a coffee shop but they do not mention its also on top of a very busy loud restaurant and a across the street from a college bar that is very loud till after 4 am. We had very intoxicated people trying to get into our room after 3am room we told them it was the wrong room and they continued to try to get in. we had to open the door to let them know it was the wrong room. The room was not very clean bugs in the bathroom and couch and walls very dirty.

We enjoyed our stay. But a couple of things could be improved. There was no drinking water in the room but purchase only. Also I had asked for decaf coffees and there was not any nor the coffee shop had any pods for the room. The music kept us up till 1:30 am from the bar across street. Was not aware of this. Would be nice to have had earplugs, or a warning.The many Stairs were a bit unexpected as well. Luggage was difficult for us to tote up that many flights. The room was decorated nicely and Sister restaurant was tasty. That sums it up.

Casa Duro is a gem on Greenville. I had no idea about this place prior. We did a staycation for the weekend to celebrate our anniversary and will definitely be coming back. We had the Marcia unit, a one bedroom, 2 baths, 2 living areas and full dining room. So spacious and unique decor. Highly recommend staying here.

It was a beautiful apartment, very well appointed. My only beef was when i eas ready to check in, i did not have checking in instructions. I called the number at least 8 times and never got a live person. That part was very frustrating

Lovely luxurious place in Lower Greenville. Beds were super comfy, two spacious bedrooms each with their own bath, large living room with kitchen. Above Cafe Euro and Sisters restaurant. It is up a steep staircase so keep in mind if mobility is an issue for you (it wasn't for us). The apartment is beautiful and we loved the decor. It is very soundproof so we did not hear any car noise or the large AC units outside the door at the top of the stairs. Food was delicious at Sisters and the coffee and breakfast at Cafe Duro was really nice (and they both deliver to the apt if needed). Beautiful apartment and I would stay there again! Parking at night, due to the restaurants in the area, can be an issue but that is where the valet comes in handy.

The apartment was great! It was nice and clean and the beds were super comfortable. It was in a fantastic location within walking distance to several clubs and restaurants. The restaurant directly below, Sister, was a fantastic experience! Never heard noise from Sister, but the bedroom next to the street you can hear the nearby clubs(not a complaint just an observation). We loved the property!

Casa Duro was a fabulous boutique hotel that felt more had the intimate feel of a bed and breakfast. We stayed in the “Marcia” which was perfect for my husband and me and our adult son. We had 2 full bathrooms which was so nice as well a large dining room table where we played dominoes, Scrabble and Uno on a rainy day. The area surrounding had fantastic restaurants and shopping. Enjoyed walking around the lake and The Arboretum and Greenville. The best was Sisters restaurant just below our room. Sister’s food tantalized all your senses. The wait staff enhanced your dining experience and made you feel VIP. You would think staying above a busy restaurant would be noisy but it was so quiet. Slept through all our nights peacefully. There was an automatic espresso machine in the kitchen but we enjoyed going downstairs to the coffee shop for freshly baked Patisseries and cappuccinos. Highly recommend Casa Duro, Sisters and the surrounding area.

This is a great place for a weekend getaway. Centrally located in the heart of Dallas with easy access to all parts of the city. Also, it's within walking distance to several restaurants and bars on Greenville Ave. The room/rooms itself have a cool vibe, roomy and well thought-out just like your own apartment. We will definitely stay here again.

I needed a place to stay for my daughter's cheerleading competition event at SMU, and I found incredible reviews about Casa Duro and decided to book the Priscilla! The photos of the elegant and stylist apartment-style lofts played a significant factor in my decision. The loft was exactly liked the photo only better! You entered into an ambience of exquisite antiques, art, and old world charm with modern high-end five star hotel amenities and conveniences. You feel transported to a global travel hotel experience without a passport! Casa Duro has been designed to create an oasis outside of the hectic pace of the city, which you will appreciate. Their restaurant below is a great place offering casual fine dining culinary menu options. In fact, the entire area will delight and surprise you! I highly recommend Casa Duro for your next visit to Dallas. You will not be disappointed!

We really enjoyed our stay, the most walkable area in Dallas with lots of great restaurants, bars and activity. We loved the Sister restaurant and Cafe Duro, which had great coffee but honestly I wish it had chairs in the mornings. Great place, would totally do it again.

Casa Duro was perfect for our family. The apartment was spacious and equipped with everything that we needed. We loved the eclectic design and comfortable beds. We dined in both the onsite restaurant and cafe and thoroughly enjoyed the offerings from both. Everyone we interacted with helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

We did almost the whole Duro Hospitality experience and it was fabulous. The room (Marcia) was comfortable and beautifully appointed. Ate at Sister Restaurant twice - amazing service and food served family style which was perfect! Culminated in an amazing meal at The Charles for our anniversary - unmatched service and food! Can't wait to visit again.

I really enjoyed my stay at Casa Duro. I only stayed for one night, but the place has so many great amenities that it would be perfect for a longer stay. I highly recommend it!

The property was clean and the room was very spacious and beautifully decorated. The issue was the bar/nightclub across the street, I’m not a light sleeper but the noise level kept me up until 1am on a Thursday.

Sheets left in dryer spinning. Only left small expresso cups for Melozio vertuo pods. As a result coffee spilled out over the counter. While looking for television instructions we found a bathrobe stuffed in the chest under the television in the living room. A half used topo Chico bottle with cap on left in refridgerator.(probably to avoid being charged for it) shower toggle difficult

This “hotel” has no lobby and no employees. It’s across the street from 3 loud bars that blasted techno music past 2 am. We didn’t sleep at all. Management communication on the situation was truly terrible - they were essentially responsive. It’s embarrassing to Michelin to recognize this hotel. If you want to sleep on your trip, don’t stay here.
