Room/Suite was spacious and incredible nice and helpful staff. We felt ourselves very welcome with our dog!

Our room had view of the harbour. The Spa was nice and not crowded.

Cold room, unable to adjust temperature. Staff just say: sorry. Single beds sliding apart. No amendments like bathrobe or slippers at the room. Should be minimum at a spa hotel. Staff seems a bit disconnected and not super helpful. Breakfast, no eggs left. No frequent refill. Old rooms, old and weared interior, with nasty stains on alomost all furnitures. Not clean and broken stuff in the rooms.
