Overall, the property itself is nice, and it offers what you would generally expect from an all-inclusive resort. Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by extremely poor customer service, particularly from the front desk and security staff. When we checked in, the hotel mistakenly gave us the wrong wristbands. The following day, security approached us and aggressively escorted us across the resort—while we were wet, and covered in sand—to the front desk because of their mistake. Instead of simply bringing us the correct wristbands or handling the issue professionally, they made us walk what felt like nearly a kilometer in the heat. There was no apology or consideration for the inconvenience they caused. Our checkout experience was even worse. We had accidentally left one pool towel in our room and informed the staff. Rather than contacting housekeeping to verify that the towel was in the room, the front desk agent was rude, dismissive, and insisted on charging us a $20 fee. Our transportation was already waiting, yet he made no effort to resolve the issue professionally. It seemed easier for him to charge us than to use his radio or phone to confirm the towel had been left in the room. I’ve worked in the hospitality industry, and I understand that mistakes happen. What matters is how they’re handled. In this case, the staff consistently lacked professionalism, courtesy, and basic customer service. I would strongly recommend spending your hard-earned money elsewhe

The place is very hot and very humid. The hotel doesn’t have infrastructure for this kind of weather. We struggle all the time trying to find some place that makes us feel more comfortable. Restaurants has not fans that really work for this weather. We are from Florida and we are adapted to hot temperatures. The restaurants need industrial ceiling fans no house ceiling fans. On the outside they need outdoor fans with mist and outdoor evaporative coolers. In the meantime prepare yourselves to drench sweat while eating or at any place. It is time to change room air conditioning, it doesn’t work very well.
