Quite disappointed with our stay. The staff, from the time of check in, to breakfast, to the pool, to the restaurant, to check out was all unhelpful and unpleasant. Doesn't hurt to smile!! It felt like they were being forced to be there. The breakfast is basic. It's a struggle to find a table between 9 and 11.The tables are not cleaned well. The location is far from the Old Town. The restaurants/bars on the promenade are OK, nothing special.

Far From a 4-Star Experience Unfortunately, this hotel is far from what I would expect from a 4-star property, especially considering the price. The pool area was not properly maintained or clean, and there were even broken chairs, which is unacceptable for a hotel claiming a 4-star standard. On the positive side, breakfast was excellent—fresh, tasty, and with good options. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable, but there was nothing particularly luxurious, special, or memorable about the room. Overall, the experience does not justify the price. While there were some good aspects, the facilities and overall standard are far below what I would consider 4-star.
