We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We really liked the spa/pool area, and they have a nice gym, and breakfast buffet. It's located right next to the beach.

The staff were approachable friendly and efficient. Breakfast Buffet was an amazing range of options including eggs cooked exactly to order. Plenty of fruit available as well as cereals, nuts etc. Staff worked really hard to keep tables cleared for each new customer. Pool and Wellness Centre were beautifully laid out - provided a relaxing atmosphere. Great range of treatments on offer. Roof top bar is stunning. The hotel provides a very relaxed atmosphere. The building work nearby forced a road closure but this was outside the control of the hotel.

If you want beach access, this is the place to stay as it’s right across the street! Our room was a sea view and it was stunning! The promenade and beaches were recently put in, with continued construction to expand it further. There is lots to do in the area and the white pebble beaches were amazing but you’ll definitely need water shoes. If you have mobility issues, there is a section of the beach that is designed for those with mobility issues (ramp and sea access via hoist or ladder) and it’s right across the street from the hotel. Buffets had lots of choice so it was easy to find something we liked. Only challenge we had was the coffee situation. There was a machine to get an espresso but there was only one and the line was backed up. The included saunas were well appreciated!

Overall mediocre stay. The roof bar is unfinished with a swamp instead of a pool the staff said they couldn't finish it. There's benches and chairs up there but that's it. The same sad songs and 3 piece band each night in the patio next to the main road is your only source of entertainment. The bar is grossly overpriced, €8.50 for the worst Heineken you'll ever taste. Balcony had no furniture, there's nothing in the room by way if what's local how to call reception or anything cultural or hospitality wise. Small pool overlook the main road, no music at the pool area. Breakfast was the same everyday but with less and less choice each time. For business I can see this hotel is acceptable but for a vacation I wouldn't recommend

It was good. The staff was polite and our room was clean. The local beach in front.was a great place for swimming. The breakfast was nice. The swimming pools at the hotel were nice. Due to location consider a rental car as restaurants in the area were sparse The quality of dinner in the restaurant was mediocre and I do not reccommmend the mussles. The steam room in the spa was not very hot but the cool.shower options with aroma were nice

The room was clean and had modern decor. We loved the view of the Adriatic Sea from our balcony. The breakfast was delicious! There was a wide variety of food options to choose from. It even had a cook prepare an omelette exactly how you want it. The infinity pool overlooking the ocean was beautiful. There was another pool which also had a view of the sea. It was covered, which was a nice feature so you don’t get too much sun. In addition there was a hot tub you could use. The workout room had lots of modern equipment to choose from to get your exercise in for the day. We would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

My room was very poorly cleaned, I found an old vaper under my bed and so much dust, the room was covered in dust on walls, floors and interior with spider webs on the golden wall decoration behind the bed, there was old spagetti in the water boiler and the things in the bathroom was covered in dust. I only had two nights there and my first night I checked in late and went out right away, so I didn't notice how dirty it was until coming back my second night. I woke up my second morning with double sided eye infection due to the dust and had been coughing and having a hard time breathing the whole night, having to sleep with the balcony door open thinking it was because of the AC. I spoke to the reception about it and they told me to leave my contact information and they would get back to me. It's been 1.5 months now without anyone contacting me. I sent them an email after two weeks telling them about my horrible stay and haven't gotten a reply. I would not stay at this hotel. It is also far from Split, approx a 15-20min taxi drive and it's in an area with a lot of construction work going on around it. When showering the water went all over the floor and out into the room, leaking under the carpet in front of the bed. The walls are very thin, I heard my neighbors "enjoying" their stay many times so to speak. Not at all relaxing. Why I didn't ask to switch rooms is because didn't realize how bad it actually was until I woke up with that eye infection on my last morning.

I enjoyed my stay but I didn’t give them a five star because the hotel needs better cleaning. My bathroom sower had mold all around the shower. The hallway carpet was so dirty. The pool area wasn’t very clean with mold around the pool glass. The glass around the pool was so dirty also the glass on our balcony was so dirty. Also the hotel on the 1st floor smelled really bad I don’t know if it had to do with the carpet being dirty and getting wet from being on the same floor as the pool it definitely needs a deodorizer in the vents. Overall a beautiful hotel. The breakfast was very good had great options. I would probably stay here again but the cleaning is a must in order for me to stay again.

Clean and modern hotel. Breakfast was delicious with good variety of food. The room was the best part of the hotel; comfortable bed and soft sheets, the bathroom was spacious and clean. The pool area surpassed my expectations; there were two pools , an indoor and outdoor pool with a jacuzzi. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Selve hotellrommet var fint og moderne innredet, men når det kommer til hygiene og renhold, er dette noe av det verste jeg har vært borti. Jeg har bodd på over 500 hoteller, og dette må være det mest skitne jeg noen gang har opplevd. Det var rett og slett ubehagelig å være på rommet, med en merkbar mangel på grunnleggende rengjøring. Det var også skjeggkre på rommet, så vi fikk et nytt rom, og det nye var noe det mindre skjeggkre. Hadde det ikke vært for det katastrofale renholdet, kunne dette vært et OK hotell, men dessverre gjorde mangelen på hygiene oppholdet ubehagelig.

This hotel is lovely, the pool facilities are fab. But it could do with some parts being updated, our shower was in need of that. Cleanliness in the bed room was also not the best. Breakfast was good, apart from the regular breaking down of the coffee machines! But no complaints over all.

Rummet var stort med en stor balkong och välstrukturerat. Trevliga och hjälpsamma personal. Personalen på reception, restaurang, pool/ spa-område kan mycket bra engelska! Läget är optimalt. Färskt och Modernt hotell med mycket bra läge som är mycket viktigt för oss. Bra frukost. Men pool-område är inte optimalt.
Rummet var stort med en stor balkong och välstrukturerat. Trevliga och hjälpsamma personal. Personalen på reception, restaurang, pool/ spa-område kan mycket bra engelska! Läget är optimalt. Staff looked unkempt when we were checking in. Breakfast subpar at best. Staff eager to clear tables and didn’t allow you to finish breakfast comfortably and at leisure. I had half an eaten plate left and went to refill my drink when they cleared the table. Room was spacious, but king sized bed actually meant two singles joined by a blanket… not impressed at all. Nothing much else to say about the place. For a four star hotel and it’s prize could be better in a lot of senses.

I booked for a family room to included a sofa bed. There was so sofa bed, but they eventually wheeled in a cot bed. There was looks of cobwebs in the framework of the feature wall behind the bed. Staff was not accomodating. The roof top flooring had many lifted amd broken floor boards. Not what you would expect for a 4 star accomodation.

Check in very slow due to lack of staff, it took 20 minutes. We had lunch in the restaurant it was very poor quality, the burger was not cooked through, the chicken salad was very small, the meal was expensive and not worth it. The outside pool is freezing hardly anyone in it, not enough loungers for the number of guests. The room was ok but not that clean. The shower in the bathroom runs water out onto the floor and there is no way to stop it so had to use lots of towels to mop it up. The staff didn’t seem to enjoy working at the hotel. Overall I would not return to this hotel.

Did not have a great experience at this hotel. Did not have a smooth check-in - was given a food voucher to make up for it - tried to use said food voucher and was told I could not. Everyone who works at this hotel is miserable and rude. No one smiles. I was there for 4 nights and my room was cleaned once. There is a ton of construction around the hotel so the view is no longer nice. The food was sub-par. I would not recommend and I will never be returning.

We loved the location, up and coming hot spot next to parks and beach. The food was sub par. We ordered several things and seemed like they microwaved frozen food and charged a lot. I don’t mind paying up for a quality service however the staff needs to be trained how to treat the customers. They were very short and even rude.

The staff were approachable friendly and efficient. Breakfast Buffet was an amazing range of options including eggs cooked exactly to order. Plenty of fruit available as well as cereals, nuts etc. Staff worked really hard to keep tables cleared for each new customer. Pool and Wellness Centre were beautifully laid out - provided a relaxing atmosphere. Great range of treatments on offer. Roof top bar is stunning. The hotel provides a very relaxed atmosphere. The building work nearby forced a road closure but this was outside the control of the hotel.

There have been several negative reviews regarding this hotel and I couldn’t disagree more. Although I can’t comment on the restaurant for dinner - the selection at breakfast is ample. Originally being a party of 10 which became 6 the reception staff were very flexible when I requested to swap all of our rooms around. 3 of us were in an executive room on the 8th floor - this room was brilliant, spacious, 2 toilets with a shower and a bath. Sea view. Towels changed daily. I messaged ahead of our stay and the staff provided a bouquet of flowers balloons and Prosecco. One of our rooms had a faulty tv and they changed it with hours. The only downside we experienced was a sticky door which they did mention in advance. Staff were friendly and efficient - I think some people find them abrupt and rude but I think this can some times be down to a language barrier. The beach front directly in front is now open although still works going on close by - this didn’t impact us at all. Pool area is nice although water is freezing! I door pool jacuzzi and spa treatments are great. We had a lovely stay and would return.

One area of beach was still open, at least, and the water is amazing. Looks like construction is a large project that will last most of 2024, but once it’s finished it will be amazing. I’d love to come back after it’s completed.

If you want beach access, this is the place to stay as it’s right across the street! Our room was a sea view and it was stunning! The promenade and beaches were recently put in, with continued construction to expand it further. There is lots to do in the area and the white pebble beaches were amazing but you’ll definitely need water shoes. If you have mobility issues, there is a section of the beach that is designed for those with mobility issues (ramp and sea access via hoist or ladder) and it’s right across the street from the hotel. Buffets had lots of choice so it was easy to find something we liked. Only challenge we had was the coffee situation. There was a machine to get an espresso but there was only one and the line was backed up. The included saunas were well appreciated!

As of July 2024 there is a HUGE infrastructure project being developed on both sides of the hotel. Even the road to and from the hotel has been dug up and turned into gravel with potholes and big pieces of rocks. There is only a small patch of beach accessible in front of the hotel. We felt that is was unfair that the hotel did not notify us in advance of the situation and/or offered a discount. Otherwise the hotel and its facilities are fine. Beware, if you are coming by electric car that you have to bring a portable charger yourself. Also beware that the couple of parking spots next to the electrical sockets are not reserved for electric cars. We could not get any help from staff to reserve spots, so we blocked them ourselves with a couple of garden chairs that were standing around in the garage. On the positive side, parking and charging was free.

The hotel is by the seafront & had great seaview but things are very much in progress & felt rather isolated as there is just one corner shop and nothing else nearby. Public transport is non-existent. No buses, too far to walk into town and no shuttle bus from the hotel. Cost us a fortune back & forth into the city centre via taxis. Never jump into a taxis unless you have negotiate a fixed price. They will look for the longest route so they can charge a fortune. The hotel look fine at first but need further cleaning for a 4*. Curtains riped, walls scruffy, and its generally quite dusty (maybe from the continuous construction work outside). Food at the restaurant was simple with limited options for a buffet and for what they charge. Plate and food was cold and bland & dry. You will see what doesn't get eaten at night will be there for breakfast! Attitude of staff really need improvement. They're not friendly, nor helpful...just doing their job and nothing more. Lots of things were broken 4 days we were there. Lifts broke, two coffee machine at breakfast broke, 2 out 3 sockets in our room does not work and one of the flush in our toilet broke.

Overall mediocre stay. The roof bar is unfinished with a swamp instead of a pool the staff said they couldn't finish it. There's benches and chairs up there but that's it. The same sad songs and 3 piece band each night in the patio next to the main road is your only source of entertainment. The bar is grossly overpriced, €8.50 for the worst Heineken you'll ever taste. Balcony had no furniture, there's nothing in the room by way if what's local how to call reception or anything cultural or hospitality wise. Small pool overlook the main road, no music at the pool area. Breakfast was the same everyday but with less and less choice each time. For business I can see this hotel is acceptable but for a vacation I wouldn't recommend

It was good. The staff was polite and our room was clean. The local beach in front.was a great place for swimming. The breakfast was nice. The swimming pools at the hotel were nice. Due to location consider a rental car as restaurants in the area were sparse The quality of dinner in the restaurant was mediocre and I do not reccommmend the mussles. The steam room in the spa was not very hot but the cool.shower options with aroma were nice

This hotel is lovely, the pool facilities are fab. But it could do with some parts being updated, our shower was in need of that. Cleanliness in the bed room was also not the best. Breakfast was good, apart from the regular breaking down of the coffee machines! But no complaints over all.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was new and clean, very well maintained. Easy access to the beach as well as “boardwalk” with various beach bars and sun lounger rentals. Beware that sun loungers on the beach will cost you 20€ a day/a piece. The hotel offers a parking garage, which is also 20€ a day. Breakfast options were wonderful. I would skip the dinner buffet as options were slim for the price of 30€ a person. We enjoyed the rooftop lounge in the evening, the staff was very kind and personable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but would have appreciated more transparency regarding the additional surcharges before booking.
