The breakfast was small, but good. Definitely try the Eggs Benedict. Check in was through a kiosk, and had multiple languages. The room was small, but served its purpose. Definitely a one or two person room only. The public bath was small, but relaxing. It's in the Innovation City complex, so there are several food options right outside the door. Easy to reach with a train stop at the complex. The morning shuttles back to the airport do fill up, so having the train as a back up is helpful. It was a pleasant day, so I actually walked 20 minutes to the hotel. There is another EX hotel visible in the distance, so make sure if you book Innovation City, that you don't walk to the tower across the way!

羽田空港からのフライト時間が早く前日の宿泊の為あまり気にせず値段できめましたがとても綺麗で、清潔感があり大浴場もとてもよく、コインランドリーの時間が部屋から確認出来る事は凄い助かりました。とっても良いホテルです。ただ、廊下での話声が響くのでそこが気になりました。それ以外はとても良いホテルです。

Convenient location for a transit stay. Good amenity. Facility and room were very clean. A room was very small even for Japan but comfortable. Staff was not particularly friendly but the service was adequate (check in and out were done using the machine). We loved the public path. It was so nice after 14 hour flight. Our main complaint was that it was not clearly communicated that the free airport shuttle service was only available from the hotel to the airport (not from the airport to the hotel). Please make that clear in your site. Restaurant options are somewhat limited in the area and many places were overpriced for the quality of food you get but since we were there only for 1 night, it was not a big deal.

I asked for the taxi but they didn’t help me at all. We have 4 suits cases and receptionist suggests use stairs and it was impossible to go. That suggestion was such a ridiculous idea. I felt that there was a lack of hospitality and was very unprofessional.

I love that it is right next to the train station and the free shuttle bus they offer to Haneda Airport. It took me a while to find the hotel; I didn't realize it was very close to the train station and that I just need to take an elevator upward. The staff were friendly, the room was very clean, amenities were all there. The Japanese breakfast was delicious. I would love to stay here again for future flights at Haneda airport.

Bed was comfortable; plenty of hot water and water pressure for showers; great breakfast buffet with scrambled eggs; sausages; fried chicken; meatballs, pastries, yogurt, corn soup, salad fixings, coffee, tea. A couple of things to not. When looking for a hotel, I checked the “airport shuttle” filter. Unfortunately, the shuttle here is only from the hotel to the airport - not from airport to hotel. We had to get a taxi to hotel. The hotel is one the second floor of a complex of hotels and shops - it was a bit of work to figure out where the entrance was and wear an elevator was. Check-in was complete automated but there was a clerk on duty. Staff we interacted with were great! We would stay here again.

Do not expect any englush speaking staff. The other Keokyu Ex Inn 200mts away could all speak english and the rooms there were more soundproofed when we stayed last year.

From check in to check out, everything went well and I am very satisfied with this hotel. Hotel staff were very helpful, polite and have very professional service skills. Everything is perfect clean and organised good, but it was very difficult find Hotel entrance in the dark, from taxi port. It would be nice to have big signs on Hotel name and directions. Then passengers and Taxi drivers can know where is Hotel immediately. Thank you.

It’s a hotel that doesn’t want to be found. There are no signs anywhere. There is a hotel with the same name (except for Innovation City at the end of the name) across the road which is very visible and making things more confusing when you are trying to find this hotel.

Very conveniently located close to Haneda Airport = great. New, very clean room. Not great = There’s another Keikyu EX Hotel not 200 meters away that’s more obvious than the one in “Innovation City” and walking between them was awful because of road construction.

The rooms and common areas are exceptionally clean, which is a big plus. Breakfast offers a good variety of options, including traditional Japanese breakfast and western breakfast, so there’s something for everyone. Overall, a great stay—would recommend!

The entrance was not easy to find. Its on the second level of the complex. We arrived in a rental car. We drove around a few times to find an illegal spot where we dropped off the luggage and then carry all our luggages up the escalators / lifts and then walk a distance before finding the lobby. What a hassle especially if you travel with kids. We had to rush back to the car after check in and hopefully didn't get ticketed. The room is small. Check in and Check out are through Kiosk, not good if you prefer some human interactions. Its far from the city, not very convenient to main tourist attractions. This hotel is only good if you want a quick stay close to the airport, and only if you don't have much luggage and travel alone.

Attractive interior, comfortable bed, decent breakfast. Great for staying the night before heading out of Haneda, especially with the shuttle bus to the airport in the morning.

It’s close to the airport but a bit confusing to navigate for someone brand new to the area/here for an overnight layover. There’s a shuttle that goes from the hotel to the airport (and not vice versa) but it’s important to follow the signs precisely and use one specific elevator in the hotel lobby (there are other buses that go to the airport so it’s confusing). Breakfast was surprisingly tasty.

The breakfast was small, but good. Definitely try the Eggs Benedict. Check in was through a kiosk, and had multiple languages. The room was small, but served its purpose. Definitely a one or two person room only. The public bath was small, but relaxing. It's in the Innovation City complex, so there are several food options right outside the door. Easy to reach with a train stop at the complex. The morning shuttles back to the airport do fill up, so having the train as a back up is helpful. It was a pleasant day, so I actually walked 20 minutes to the hotel. There is another EX hotel visible in the distance, so make sure if you book Innovation City, that you don't walk to the tower across the way!

Ein neues Hotel, sehr sauber, super groß. Liegt direkt am Terminal 3 und es gibt einen Shuttle Bus zu allen Terminals des Haneda Flughafens. Das öffentliche Bad ist super toll und man Frühstück schon ab 6 Uhr bekommen. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken. Der Preis dafür ist gut (2000 Yen pro Person). Von der Monorail oder Keikyu-Linie sind es nur 2 Minuten bis zum Hotel. Es gibt einige Restaurants in der Nähe und auch einen kleinen Drogeriemarkt (verkauft auch Süßigkeiten, Snacks und Getränke). Perfekt für einen letzten Abend in Tokyo, wenn der Heimflug am nächsten Morgen ist oder für die erste Nacht, wenn man erst spät am Flughafen angekommen ist. Zimmer sind "japanisch" klein, aber das ist ok.

They put me in the room the furthest from the lifts and when I called they said they were full! I call this a lie as this hotel was too quiet to be full. Hardly saw a soul when I was walking around. Breakfast was disgusting cold food, not refilled when empty. Even the coffee was rubbish. The staff were very dismissive and they spoke little to no English. Only plus was the room itself was clean, open & bed was comfortable. The so called shuttle was not worth it as it only went very. Few times a day. I had to get a taxi instead. Not worth the money or location!

Was a good stay overall, the shuttle to the airport in the morning was helpful. The only thing I was not satisfied with was that the public bath is not open in the morning, if it was it would be perfect.
