The laundry facilities was down and was inconvenient at this time but other than that it was good

It should be noted that a property is under construction when booking.

We were put on a floor that was totally under construction. Room was ok.. seemed dusty. We went to concert so we were only sleep there but will not be back!

We stayed here 11 nights. Our room was nice and large. We had a king room with a couch, 2 small coffee tables, a foot stool, desk & chair, 2 large drawers for our clothes and ample hangers. We also had a large tv, mini fridge and microwave. The shower was a nice large walk-in. The room was clean and comfortable. The only reason for the 4 star rating instead of 5 is the cleaning staff kept skipping our room. We were told at check in housekeeping was every other day but after 4 days with no sign of them we complained at the desk. The next day the room was cleaned and 2 days later it was cleaned again. We thought we were all set but they didn't come again after that until we complained again. There was a nice variety of breakfast foods in the morning. The scrambled eggs were not good but there was bacon alternating with sausage patties, waffles, bagels, muffins and an assortment of cereal. Coffee was available 24 hours. Also nice was having a guest laundry. We didn't use any of the other facilities so i can't comment on those but over all we had a comfortable stay and would stay again when in the area.

Place is dated and service is s bit rough. Parking was good though. So there is that.

Pretty disappointed. The rooms need renovations. The drone in from the road is pretty disappointing. The hotel sign is hard to locate. For what I paid for a night stay was just so not welcoming. The ceiling in my room was pealing in several spots. The room itself was unpleasant as it smelled. So I won’t be staying again.

The property was conveniently located and the parking was great. Our room experience; however, was not the best. We got locked out of the room on the was to breakfast (8:45). I had to search for someone to help us. I checked around the front desk. Banged on both the office door and another door. I finally found her in the laundry room. I told her our situation and she reset the keys. I also asked them if there were any eggs left as it was empty. We got our breakfast, headed upstairs to our room, only to find out the key still did not work. I put my breakfast on the floor while my daughter waited, and. went back downstairs. This time I was a little upset. The girl at the front desk followed me back upstairs with a tool kit, fiddled with the battery on the lock and then told me that maintenance would have to come and “change the door”. I told her we had to leave at 12:00 (it was approx 9:45). She said they’d be up “soon”. I waited until 11:15, walked back down and asked if there were any updates. She was very surprised and obviously forgot to tell anyone. The other girl sitting next to her asked what was going on. I told her and she seemed upset with the girl telling her what she needed to do. This young lady grabbed the same toolbox and a fresh battery, came upstairs to 306, and after some time, replaced the battery. By this time, it was almost 12:20. It took almost 4 hours! The room was nice, but please check the sink. It is clogging. Also, the A/C unit sounds like a siren.

Great quick access to 495. Great friendly service. Second-floor hallway, a little rundown

Great restaurant called the fireside grille only 2 minutes away. Our room was very clean. The hotel is easy to get to and great parking.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful at check in. Our room was clean and very spacious. We are Looking forward to the breakfast that is included. We did miss the entrance because it didn’t look like an entrance to a hotel but that was a minor inconvenience. We are very happy that we booked this room in this hotel. Great experience!

The bedroom smell d like smoke even though it was a non smoking room

Very clean hotel with a professional staff. Room was spotless. Check in and out was simple. Many really good restaurants just a short drive away.

Room and bed were especially disappointing. There were hairs in the bed so we know that the sheets weren't clean and neither were the pillow cases. They smelled dirty and musty. I didn't get to sleep until overmedicating by 3:30 am. I will never stay there again.

The website said that it had a pool we get there they have no pool the beds were hard and you could hear the people in the next room talking.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean

We stayed 6 nights and only had our room cleaned ONCE even though we did NOT have the door sign on the handle. My husband had to go down to lobby and receive fresh towels MORE than once which he shouldn’t have had to do. When he called down to lobby when the room hadn’t been cleaned he was met with an attitude from the host. Other than that our stay was fine.

I was able to make a "same day" reservation, which was important because my travel was unexpected due to a family death. The desk staff were courteous and very helpful. The facility was clean and it looked like the carpet was new. The room was comfortable and quiet - no noticeable noise from the hallway or adjoining rooms.

We arrived for check-in at 330 am after a very long day of driving. They allowed us to have a late check-out without charge. The whole staff was very friendly. The property was quiet and really easy to get to. We appreciated our stay!

The hotel was exceptionally clean and the breakfast was excellent. The staff at this location were excellent, from the checkin to housekeeping. You could tell that the staff actually enjoyed their jobs. Would definently recommend this location.

We lost an important item in the room. They promised they would check and call but they never called. I kept calling back for info but same story that they would check and let me know. Never called back and I never got my important item.

She asked for my license and debit card to hold $20. Then handed me my door keys and that was it. Late checkout time was great, 12pm is later than most. The price though was very expensive. Higher than most around that did not have any vacancy.

I enjoyed my stay. It was welcoming,clean, and quiet. Staff was helpful. I would return on my next visit. And would recommend it as well.

GM I used cart to forcibly enter my room after I told him I was not dressed a thread. Looked me up an down in my naked state and proceeded to degrade and barate me. I begged him to allow me to put clothes on. He called the police for my request and I had to run into the common hallway WHILST robing myself and in tears. There is video, witnesses and a suit for sexual in support of this experience. SO WHY WOULD I BE FORCED NY YHE GM TO FLEE THE HOTEL NAKED IN NEW ENGLAND JANUARY? I asked for 5 min to prepare the $20 incidental fee in my account. This is all investigable and collaborated by police reports, pending litigation and subpoena of witness and video testimony. All I ask for was a refund for the $150 check in because I was not allowed to check in. A refund for my entire 3-day stay would be even better but I'm not going to hold my breath. And I will make sure that that man loses his job.

Nice hotel in right off the interstate.

Very hard to take a left and pull out of hotel. It is on a very busy street and a light would be really helpful.

Easy to get there, friendly staff and clean. Gas station and convenience store next door.

It was a very clean, quiet and nice hotel. The beds were comfy. We had a great nights sleep. The breakfast was yummy. I would stay there again.

Overall a great experience. Avoid the continental breakfast though. The oatmeal wasn’t cooked the breakfast hot items were just microwaved and the bread products were all stale. On the bright side the hotel itself was nice and the service was friendly and attentive.

I'm a bit disappointed. I expect more from a Marriott hotel. In itself, the room was fine, but when grabbing a pillow off the bed, noticed a good amount of old dried blood on it. Somebody needs to talk to the laundry and housekeeping. That should never have made it onto a pillow. Breakfast was lackluster to say the least. "Hot" food were cold, bacon undercooked and soggy and the juice machine was out of order. Good luck if you don't drink tea of coffee. The battery alarm on the smoke detector started squawking and had to have someone from the desk come and change the battery, after a 40 min wait while they tried to find someone from maintenance. Front staff were friendly though.

Our only real concern was the breakfast buffet. First day the eggs, coffee and bacon was empty. Finally someone came and filled the eggs & coffee. When the bacon was finally out it was not fully cooked. Mostly fatty bacon. Next day was better but the bacon still half cooked. We expected better from a Marriott.

The stay was comfortable and the room was nice and clean and the shower was nice. the staff is friendly. I did not like the fact that breakfast was so limited to few item and you only get a prepackaged egg and sausage role or a cheese muffin. The rest was serial, bread and coffee. There is a pancake maker but no batter and if you like porridge you are out of luck. Comming on a business trip and having paid premium would be a mistake if you stay here expecting a decent breakfast to get you through the day. They took my info when i complained and i'm yet to hear from their management.
