Diamond Beach 701-Queen of Diamonds

Our family enjoyed our stay. Loved the location. Specifically being further away from the Pier and crowds. Loved the pools! Nice to have pool side bar-only open one day we were there, but was still nice. Enjoyed the coffee shop across the street. Sleeping arrangements for the family were great. The cons, no privacy with the master bath. No door to separate the spaces and no closet. No basic kitchen spices, condiments, etc. It would be nice for people who are traveling to have salt, pepper, non stick spray for pans, etc. Lastly, the washer door was moldy. Overall, great spring break and we had a good time.

For the most part, the condo was fine. The only issues we had was the cable wasn't working in the kids bedroom and the shower in the master bath smelled a little musty. However, I had a number of issues with the management company, Vtrips:1. After I made the reservation, I contacted them to ask if this unit included a covered spot in the garage. It took 3 additional emails and 2 phone calls to finally get an answer. 2. When I arrived and discovered the cable wasn't working in one of the rooms, they told me they would notfiy their operations dept. and have someone take a look. Nobody ever showed up. 3. I realized when I got home (a couple hours after I checked out) that a toiletry bag and electric toothbrush had been left behind. I contacted them and they said nobody could find them, but the only people that had gone into the place was the cleaning staff. There are many condos to stay at Diamond Beach. Find one not managed by VTrips.

Really nice stay. The unit is spacious & was very clean. I wish the complex’s amenities were updated but would definitely come back.
