Nice older hotel resort. Needs some updates but everything in our room was fixed to above standard. Pool was fantabulous. Food was plentiful, hot and delicious. The Room was extra spacious with a balcony. Fridge and coffee maker was in the room. No elevators but they had bell hops all over the place to assist with your luggage. Nice stay in the country.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was extremely dirty upon arrival. The sheets had visible yellow stains, the floor had not been properly cleaned, and there was a strong cigarette smell throughout the room. The kitchen was also not functional — the stove wasn’t even connected, which was very inconvenient and misleading. The only positives were the great view and the convenient parking. Unfortunately, those were not enough to make up for the poor cleanliness and overall condition of the room. I would not stay here again unless significant improvements are made.

I was verbally abusing my staff member , after expressing my disappointment about the service and cleanliness I had no hot water for 3 weeks because no one bothered to fix anything even after talking to management. The towels I was given had Feces stains on it. My bed sheets had stains on it. My Room was not cleaned even after talking to staff to get it cleaned I have proof of everything I have stated on video and photos
