IMPORTANT INFORMATION • The property is located in a remote Himalayan valley surrounded by forests, orchards, and natural landscapes. Mountain views, snowfall, weather conditions, and wildlife sightings are seasonal and cannot be guaranteed. • Road conditions, traffic delays, landslides, weather-related disruptions, and government restrictions are beyond the property's control. • Both accommodations feature stairs, elevated spaces, balconies, and attic sleeping areas. Guests are requested to exercise caution, especially when travelling with children or elderly family members. • Children must be supervised at all times in and around balconies, stairs, outdoor spaces, and elevated areas. • Room heaters, bonfire arrangements, and certain optional services are available on request and may incur additional charges. • Due to the nature of mountain destinations, occasional power fluctuations, internet interruptions, and mobile network issues may occur. • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, furnishings, fixtures, amenities, or décor during their stay. • Commercial photography, videography, drone shoots, content production, events, and gatherings require prior approval from the property. • Guests travelling with pets are requested to ensure that their pets do not disturb other guests or damage property. • Tree House Collective shall not be liable for disruptions, delays, losses, or inconvenience caused by weather events, road closures, landslides, power outages, internet outages, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Cancellation policy: 14 day(s) before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
