Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. very nice property and activities nearby

The house is definitely private. We didn't see or hear any neighbors or traffic which was very nice! The interior of the house is as represented with spacious rooms, but it isn't well-equipped (no tongs, salt & pepper, etc and there were only a few bath towels and some had stains. The outside areas were not very clean. Lots of yard debris which filled the pool skimmers completely, and lounge chairs were broken with screws sticking out, while plastic chairs were filthy and unusable, so we had to sit on the ground. Grill was dirty also. There are nicer properties elsewhere at a better price.

Beautiful and clean property. The bedroom for kids was perfect and spacious outdoors for time in the pool/ grilling along with a quiet neighborhood.

Great location. Well appointed, and the pool kept us very happy.
