The staff was great and the room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. The only reason I did a 4 was the pool and jacuzzi were out of service. They did upgrade our room to a jacuzzi room. Staff was great. When I showere Iwas left standing in water to my ankles because it didn’t drain well. Breakfast choices were lacking considering price of room.

Bed are comfortable but hot tub doesnt work and they keep the outside door open beside the indoor pool wven though it December and snowing! So do stay if you plan to swim!

Took about 10-15 minutes for someone to show up to front desk to check us in.. The pool was closed we were not notified it was closed that was 1 of main reasons to book hotel

We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. We didn't expect the nice swimming pool and hot tub. After a day of driving, it was very nice to relax. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was very nice and the bed was very comfortable.

The staff was friendly. The cabinets in the room were filthy. Food crumbs dust and dirt. There was a light bulb out. I paid for a late check out and charged for it then upon arrival was told they couldn't accommodate that. They did refund it. The staff would hang out on the patio area and talk loudly which is fine except it was around 5 am and woke me up. The free breakfast was just ok. Ive had much better continental brekfasts.

Quick stay but property was okay, staff were very friendly and welcoming room was clean but had a older smell same as the hallway but was comfortable and had everything you needed. The only thing I would say is shower rod had paint chipped and missing and rusty where paint had chipped off..this was large places along the rod...shower rod is a simple thing to replace

Stained bedding is never ok!! Not sure if its from food or blood...beyond disgusted. Bathroom wallpaper is bubbled and not attached. Tub was covered in black stuff and other people's hair. Got a room for 4 people but only given towels for 2 people. Hot tub broken and pool was too cold to enjoy it. Obviously Ramada does not want repeat business with these conditions. Absolutely the qorst hotel experience

There was train nearby, dog barking last night, saw stink bugs and breakfast was bad. Very thin walls and can hear people in other rooms nearby. The room was ok, good comfortable bed and good air conditioning with constant fan option.

Because I have a pet, 18 lbs, Ramada’s staff assigned me a dirty and stinky room. No choice to get another clean room. The furniture old, broken and with scratches. Carpet old, dirty with full of dirty spots. The worts room like a cheat motel. I checked for bedbugs and good I didn’t find one.

The shower didn’t work, the elevator smelled like an ashtray, the room had a musky smell. ( staff at the front desk was fine, but this hotel is ran down)

The bed was terrible . The hump in the middle and both sides felt like you were going to roll out to the floor . The commode was the lowest to the floor that I have ever seen. Breakfast was biscuits and gravy which were non eatable. Our key did not open our door to the room and we had to get help . The staff was very nice

This hotel was not awful but was not one I would recommend or come to again. It was very outdated to where some things in the hotel room was not working. The toilets were very low and considering I am a bigger women it is not comfortable. The bed was hard as a rock! There were grease prints on my remote. Also I seem to notice the walls are thin because I could hear many different conversations through the walls and a couple definitely having intercourse in the next room. Gladly I was there with my boyfriend and my children were not there. Overall best thing about the hotel was the staff whom had power outages and seem to push along with the obstacles.

This was a miserable experience due to multiple people on my floor playing TVs at top volume and someone blasting music in the room directly under mine at 2 am. It's the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in.

The exterior of the Ramada Limited may not catch your eye, but step inside, and you're greeted by a pleasantly decorated lobby and dining area. From the dated elevator to the rooms themselves, there's a noticeable lack of modernity. While the beds provide a comfortable night's sleep, other aspects fall short. Walls are paper thin. People above us must have had an army of kids in their room. Even after two calls to the front desk, we were awake well into the night while apparently they were having wrestling matches above us. Then we were awoken early in the morning with stomping, running, wrestling or whatever above us. Not a bad hotel if you don’t mind hearing everything going on around you. Just don’t expect to sleep while you are there and it will be fine. Breakfast was subpar but the coffee was good. Which is good since I got no sleep while I was there. We did enjoy the hot tub.

Location: good for travelers. Entry: thought we were entering through a service entry but nope. It’s the actual hotel entry—a bit modest Desk help and checkin: excellent Elevator up: reeked of smoke Room: spacious, non-smoking floor but room subtly smelled of smoke and pot, especially in the bathroom. We think the wallpaper has absorbed it. Elevator down to find supper: shouting down the hallway; elevator reeked of pot Elevator up after supper: some left over smell. Shouting down the hallway. Can’t read because the lights are too dim, even with all turned on. Hour later: loud voices; 3 cop cars out front. More loud voices down the hallway. 11 pm: lady in adjacent room shouting out the open window to arriving friends. 5 minutes later: more friends coming and so more greeting them from the open window. Our window is open so that the fumes inside can blow out. I’ve a bad headache from the air. Midnight: quiet and sleep. Morning: can’t see out the windows much because they’ve never been washed it seems, but my headache is gone and the air is much improved, but yet for the bathroom. Breakfast: waffle iron is down but otherwise standard cheap hotel breakfast Desk help and breakfast room help: friendly and helpful. Overall: never again

We have a problem with the manager she call the other managers on duty tell him that our kids were stealing at the gas station and food store we when to the station and talk to the people in there they said that they paid for everything they got and on the food store they were ordering by the drivetru and they just told them to be careful with the car i don't know how she got that our kids were stealing the manager on duty told us that he was just passing what he was told that he didn't know anything what happens thas why we went to the gas station and talked to the people in there they said our kids were fine and paid for everything they got we will never return to a hotel like that thank you for the hospitality we are Tacoma park dreamers we went to play the regional on west Virginia we stayed at the hotel 5 nights we where 16 families

The staff was friendly. The cabinets in the room were filthy. Food crumbs dust and dirt. There was a light bulb out. I paid for a late check out and charged for it then upon arrival was told they couldn't accommodate that. They did refund it. The staff would hang out on the patio area and talk loudly which is fine except it was around 5 am and woke me up. The free breakfast was just ok. Ive had much better continental brekfasts.

Nice for a overnight, however be careful when you check-in if you pre-paid for your room, I was charged a second time for the same room. The manager was late coming in. Finally able to get a refund before I signed out.

When I arrived after 10pm the check-in was very quick. My room was spotless and very welcoming. The bed linen was crisp and oh so comforting. I actually slept which is awesome because I don't sleep well. In short, the Ramada Inn was home away from home.

Took about 10-15 minutes for someone to show up to front desk to check us in.. The pool was closed we were not notified it was closed that was 1 of main reasons to book hotel

It took me forever to check-in. They didn’t know what they were doing. I was charged by Travelocity and the hotel said I had to pay again. The outside of the building looks great but the halls and room was dreary the ceiling in the bathroom was patched and plaster was falling. I bad double for a room and they said, we don’t know ask Travelocity.

The facility was exactly what one would want for a stay in the tri-state area. It was clean, quiet, safe, easy to access, comfortable, and the staff was great. Food, fuel and recreation areas are all not far. It was perfect for a quick stop to get some good rest at night and breakfast in the morning.

We really enjoyed our overnight stay here. Very clean, hallways and rooms smelt good! Very friendly front desk. Subway just across the parking lot was perfect for us too. And then a nice hot breakfast in the morning!

I love the back area where there is a nice smoking shelter. Like many of todays hotels,the FREE BREAKFAST leaves much to be desired. Waffles with biscuits and gravy was available the first morning. Just the waffles on the second. At least there is a Waffle house at the property.

The rooms need some insulation, we could hear our neighbors. In the morning when we went to breakfast, they were totally out of eggs and bacon. Everything else was very picked over.

The bed was terrible . The hump in the middle and both sides felt like you were going to roll out to the floor . The commode was the lowest to the floor that I have ever seen. Breakfast was biscuits and gravy which were non eatable. Our key did not open our door to the room and we had to get help . The staff was very nice

Nice staff, hot tub jets didn't work. Could use some updating and cleaning. Breakfast was out of a lot of stuff an hour before it ends and they didn't refill. Other than that nice stay

The good: Felt safe and clean. No bugs. The bad: No hot breakfast sat morning. Sun morning had sausage and bacon and biscuits and gravy. Coffee was bad, have to add creamer or sugar. Bed is OK. TV is not great, channel selection is weak. Ie: no ESPN. Toilet seat is so small. I get more room in a port-a-potty. Pool and hot tub were closed on Friday night. All in all, for the price, there are better hotels. This was a step up from a model 6 but higher price.

Was very pleased with the room and staff. I am not sure if there weren’t that many people booked at the hotel, but the breakfast was very sparse with items. I wish there would have been more fresh fruit as I usually see

Room was really great. One complaint the breakfast was supposed to end at 930 and i wanted to grab some stuff on my way out so i arrived before 93 p by a few minutes but she had closed eatly. I get she wants to leave but thats not my ossuecc

Bed was mid/good, shower head was weird but the pressure was excellent. Toilet was old and the bathroom vent didn't move air. The bathroom ceiling has seen better days due to the humidity and pointless fan. The Internet went out a few times and was slow. I ended up just using my phones hotspot.

The place appeared very clean...we even commented to each other about it, during our elevator ride. When we got in our room, though, I spotted a large bug on the wall. Google lens then identified it as a cocktoach. We went back to the front desk and the young woman gave us another room and was extremely apologetic but, it still soured our experience. I understand that these things happen but it's not something I expected or want to deal with again. It quite possibly was an isolated experience for that room, or Google lens gave us the wrong answerand staff couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating.

Our stay was great. Clean and comfortable rooms, professional and friendly staff. For a continental breakfast it had plenty of choices. Loved having the fridge but would have liked a microwave. We booked a second night but due to an unexpected death in our family we needed to cancel. However, we could not cancel in time to avoid being charged. We will definitely stay again during another trip to Ohio.

Was greeted friendly but was downhill from there. First room had water on the carpet by the AC - carpet was soaked. They moved me to another room. Went into the bathroom and the first thing I saw was a hair on the toilet seat then upon closer inspection the seat was filthy and hadn’t been cleaned!! We didn’t have time to move to another room because of an event we were heading to. Disinfected it as best I could, told the front desk and showed them pictures. Got an “I’m sorry” and excuse about new ownership limiting the time housekeeping could spend in each room. Then was later told because I booked it he room through a 3rd party they couldn’t give me any refund. Very poor guest experience and won’t be back.
