Malheureusement nous n'avons pas eu l'hôtel que nous avions choisi soi-disant problème de clim Nous avons été dirigé sur un 2 ème hôtel beaucoup moins bien et surtout le buffet du petit déjeuner lamentable Et piscine et les abords très moyen par rapport à notre premier choix dommage

Really liked my room with a view of mountains from my balcony. Staff very helpful and friendly. Pool is nice and big. Breakfast has a great variety of foods to choose from. I very much enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would recommend it.

I arrived on my first night and they said my room was not available because someone else was sick and they had to send me to another hotel. The next day they didn’t guarantee me that I could get my room before 11am. Finally they did. They didn’t have any gesture to compensate the fact that they interrupted my stay and I had to sleep one night in one hotel and the second night in the hotel. On top of that, they made me pay for the city tax. The bathroom smelled like it had humidity. The room also smelled very strong of humidity. The breakfast was very basic

This hotel seemed to be recently renovated so everything was in great condition. The staff was exceptionally friendly and service was great. Hotel is not a "strip" hotel, but bus transport is right outside that can take you downtown and to the bus station to connect to other areas. 2great supermarkets are 5 minutes walk from the hotel so you can stock up on room snacks very easily. Breakfast was very good with excellent continental as well as eggs and bacon options. Many types of pastries, breads and fruits were available as well as cerials, cheeses and lunch meats. Pool was clean and refreshing after a day out. Only thing I could suggest to improve the pool bar menu to include more snack options for people who want to eat a quick meal at that facility. I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel as a base from which to explore the rest of Crete. A
