Here's the list. Toilet leaked, Dirty wash cloth left on show (pic), Ac filter filthy (pic), Exhaust fan had no way to turn on, Game room closed, it was supposed to be open 7 day 8-8, 2 cups of coffee to make no decaf opption, dresser drawer front fell off when it got touched, Chairs (pic), No one in office, was supposed to be 8-5, no one there the next either, Room smelled like it used to be smoking room,Tv volume didnt work, Only conditioner no soap or shampoo, Ac fan only ran on high, Hot was water luke warm at best turned only to hot. I have pucs, but hotels won't up load.

Overall, a great place for families with young kids. But the refrigerator did not work properly (was not cooling properly) and the toilet leaked onto the bathroom floor. My kids especially enjoyed the game room (air hockey, pool, foosball). Too bad the dart board was not operational.

It was convenient. But our door would not lock when we left and the plumbing was broken and leaking all over the walk way making it an ice hazard as it was very cold out. There was literally human feces on the walk way to our room.

First time staying here, I always see the sign when I drive through. Everything was all online, so I never spoke to anyone while I was here. It was clean, WiFi worked great and the water pressure in the shower was enjoyable. Some things I did not like was there was no complimentary lotion which I expected and did not bring. Locking the door was a little bit weird and temperature control. I felt the price to be a bit much for the quality I recieved.

The Bed Was Filled With Dog Hair, The Room Had Dog Hair Left In Spots That Should’ve Been Cleaned Well. We Asked For A Change Of Blanket Which We Got, But There Was Still Hair Under The Pillows And On The Sheets. We Ended Up Buying Our Own Cleaning Stuff Because It Seemed Like Nothing Was Actually Scrubbed Down Or Changed After The Last Guests. The Bottom Of The Toilet And Floor Around It Must Not Of Been Cleaned For Awhile Because There Was A Lot Of Buildup. Overall We Wouldn’t Come Back.

This motel is really rundown. The outside didn’t look too bad but the rooms are very sad. The water barely ran, the tv didn’t work, it was not “fully stocked “ with kitchen items as the listing says, it had 1 spoon, a weird serving fork and 1 butter knife! dilapidated furniture, stained carpets, just overall in sad condition. There was a clean out drain right outside our room that had raw sewage all around it. I will say I feel it was fairly clean it’s just really rough.

The pictures do not reflect the actual place. They are renovating, there is mildew smell, and it was not a comfortable place so I took my daughter and we left at 9 pm. I would not stay here ever again, sadly the attention they gave us was not acceptable when I brought the problems to their attention. Shower had no water, tv stopped working after 1 hour and the smell was too much.

This place is really old. It’s the dirtiest place I’ve stayed in my life. It was cheap. About $100 for a room with 2 double bed bunk beds. I would dispute the “sleeps 8” claim. Those beds do not sleep 2 adults. The mattresses were not the greatest. I did not use the shower. The bathroom was not clean. There are stains in the toilet and dirty walls. The kitchenette needs a very thorough deep clean. Inside the cupboards was scary. I was too afraid to use any dishes. The room was maybe 55 degrees when we got in. The heater did work but it took us 4 hours to get to a comfortable temp inside the room. This place is different as nobody was onsite. We got a door code through text. Our room number was odd. It didn’t fit with the other numbers around it. It was difficult to find. Our room was supposed to have a couch but it did not. We had the bunkbeds, a table and 4 chairs. I was hoping to put a child on that couch. I would not stay here again unless I was desperate.

Very clean room. The only “issue” was a broken blind that was a nuisance due to the fact that the room was on the first floor and it allowed just enough space for someone to peer into the room. The only recommendation I would have is to provide a pull down shade for privacy.

The room was clean, the bed was uncomfortable, very springy, the TV didn’t work at all, we did get a partial refund because of the TV not working. The blinds were tattered, so anyone walking by could see in our room. The guy working there was really nice.

Property at night from the road was difficult not knowing if there was a ditch or drop off where the road and entry began. Difficulty checking in, but with assistance eventually accessed room. Room is simply, minimally furnished. Quality of bedding- mattress, linen and pillows were great. Room was clean,fresh, smelled good. Definitely no extras. Just a good nights sleep

Expensive for what it was. Not enough towels, no shower curtain, no staff to talk to about it. Wifi was very poor and we had to sit at the door to connect or go outside. Picture makes the room look much bigger than it is.

There is no checkin. Everything is done online. They give you a code and from there you are in. Once you use your code to get inside your room, there is nothing else from the company. I needed help to get my heater to turn off, but no such luck. I slept in a sauna all night.

Check in no person at front desk. Had to call the exchange person twice to get in the room. No email sent with door code. Tv couldn’t be fixed so no tv for 3 nights. Fitted sheets didn’t fit bed kept coming off and unk crusty substance on sheet. Shower head sprayed in five different directions. Holes in the walls and peeling drywall Sconce over bed loose and falling out of the fixture. The room reflected no maintenance or care by owner. You have to call the exchange operator who is mostly over seas so there’s language barriers delays and echos when you needed something. Then wait for the exchange to call back. Did meet the nice maintenance lady/ clerk who had limited resources at her disposal and was obviously too overwhelmed to handle requests. We stayed at birch glen two years ago and had a pleasant visit. Something is definitely going on now it’s terrible.

Made a reservation through expedia.com, got here when the office was "open", and there is nobody here,. If you try to call it goes to a call center where they say somebody will call you back, but nobody calls you back. We paid for 2 nights, now we're trying to book somewhere else.

The staff we spoke with were extremely friendly and helpfull. The room was extremely clean. We reported in a previous review that we were missing a hairdryer and a chair. Both were promptly provided with a smile. We will stay there again when we go to visit family.

Other than the window to our room facing directly west, and no black out curtains to keep the sun out in the morning this was a great place to stay. Bed were nice and comfy, for motel beds, and over all it had a warm, cozy, comfy feel to it. We weren’t fall from town center or Lake Cascade. We would stay here again.

Diane, at the front desk, was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is older, but clean. It’s in a great location for access to all the recreation activities Cascade and Donnelly have to offer.

Very clean room, comfy bed, great coffee and everything is very clean. We rolled in at midnight, very easy access and a warm room awaiting. So appreciated after a 9 hr drive

Property at night from the road was difficult not knowing if there was a ditch or drop off where the road and entry began. Difficulty checking in, but with assistance eventually accessed room. Room is simply, minimally furnished. Quality of bedding- mattress, linen and pillows were great. Room was clean,fresh, smelled good. Definitely no extras. Just a good nights sleep

Here's the list. Toilet leaked, Dirty wash cloth left on show (pic), Ac filter filthy (pic), Exhaust fan had no way to turn on, Game room closed, it was supposed to be open 7 day 8-8, 2 cups of coffee to make no decaf opption, dresser drawer front fell off when it got touched, Chairs (pic), No one in office, was supposed to be 8-5, no one there the next either, Room smelled like it used to be smoking room,Tv volume didnt work, Only conditioner no soap or shampoo, Ac fan only ran on high, Hot was water luke warm at best turned only to hot. I have pucs, but hotels won't up load.

Great stay and beautiful room! We did run into the problem, staying in the suite above the game room because there were some people up past quiet time and you could clearly hear them and their game of pool, so earplugs are necessary. There were also minimal options for heating but a very effective A/C and cooling unit. THERE ARE NO KITCHEN UTENSILS: there was a fridge and microwave as well as a coffee maker but besides that, ensure you bring your own food, bowls/plates, silverware, etc. Otherwise, the stay was amazing, the room was beautiful and perfect for a couples weekend away!

The hotel was clean and the gentleman I spoke to when I arrived was very kind. It was definitely old, could use some updating, the fan/light in the bathroom was very loud and I had to unplug the mini-fridge because it was loud and keeping me awake. Also, the walls were very thin, but I don't know how that could be fixed.

the WiFi didn’t work, the bathroom flooded after every shower, maintenance bro literally walked in while I was naked so there’s that, would be a lovely place if all that happened. didn’t happen. sauna wasn’t working, all the game room stuff wasn’t there

The bed was horrible, so uncomfortable. Water pressure was low so the shower was a trickle of water. Won't stay there again

The coffee maker in my room did not work. The tub filled up while I was showering and did not drain until after I dried off and got dressed. Otherwise, this was a comfy place.
