I couldn’t figure out why the reviews for this hotel were either absolutely horrible or really good. From the moment I checked in and saw the room, I knew why they got so many negative reviews. Firstly, I reserved a king room. After I got there, I was told they had no more kings; they gave us “the only room available” which was a double, on the parking lot side. The blinds over the windows are slotted, so they let the spotlights from the parking lot shine directly through. The floors were absolutely not mopped; we took one of their towels, a little bit of water, and “mopped” them ourselves, the towels turned black. The room they gave us had no clock, no phone, no garbage pail, mo ice bucket, and no toiletries. The very second day of our stay, our door decided to stop locking completely. The front desk staff was absolutely amazing about it though, and told me they would change our room. The only room available was on the 3rd floor, and when I told them I couldn’t do that many stairs, they gave us a double-bed pool side room on the 2nd floor. As we walked to the room, we passed literally 5 empty king rooms on the first floor. I’m sorry, is that not what I reserved? And you’re over here telling me I HAVE TO stay in a double on the 2nd floor? This 2nd room I can’t complain about. They do have an elevator, but I would hazard a guess that it hasn’t worked in about 10 years. Moral of the story: either don’t stay at all, or make sure you get a room poolside. The end.

under going remodeling, a slow remodeling. The room didn't have a remote. I asked for a remote. They brought a remote while I was at dinner. You'd think they would make sure the remote would operate the tv. Well this dude's light may have been on, but nobody was home. The pool looked good though.

The hotel is under renovations but sadly the rooms are not well maintained, the room that I got had a broken door latch , they gave me the wrong remote control and offer to send somebody to the room to replace it but nobody did . The common areas were dirty , garbage can full of trash

The hotel was a complete dump . I checked out early . I was afraid to stay overnight . It was under construction and it appeared to have people living at hotel and suspicous activity was appetent in the parking area . I woyld never stay at that location again . I would like to have my money refunded and you should take that hotel off your site. The pictu ft ed are very deceiving the actual hotel is a complete dump and sub par for a h I tel advertising as hotel and suites. It is below the average motel i have ever stayed in.

I booked a room here online and when I got to the window to check in I stood outside knocking on the window yelling for assistance and calling the business number and nobody came for almost 20 minutes...the lady at the desk took just as long to scan my id and give me my key. Had a incredibly hard time finding my room and I seen 2 whole sections of 2nd story walkway boarded off with caution tape and plywood to prevent anyone from more then likely falling through their unsafe paths. No elevators, probably wouldn't have trusted them anyway and there was a squished cockroach still stuck to the wall.... And 1 electric outlet by the sink in the bathroom to charge your devices. 1 of the worst hotels I've ever been to lol. Good thing the lady forgot to charge me a deposit or I would have had to wait 8-10 business days for the 100$ to be deposited back into my account. stay away ppl. There are nicer hotels in this area.

The room was gross the roaches everywhere. Beds broken tvs don’t work . Half the property is long term tenants like they lives there and don’t care about the people staying at the hotel and the other half is in deep deconstruction. This is the worst property I have ever experienced and even after I complained to the virtual agent they did the minimum to make the situation better . The property has a business with a tow truck company, if for a second you leave your car parked in front and go into the room to look for something that you left behind when you leave, say goodbye to your car, and the worst thing is that in the storage where they take it, in order to get it out you have to bring the title of ownership of the car, in short, what they do is gain time and the more days pass, the more you have to pay to get it out, apart from that the smell of marijuana is everywhere... it's a disgusting place.

The property was unclean and in poor condition. Roaches. Pool area unusable. I would not recommend. Even though the cost was low.

It is an older property in the middle of renovation. It is a good place to lay your head in between travels. Staff was nice.

We rented 2 rooms for one night and could not stay in either one the rooms were dirty the blankets were stained paint peeling wholes patched up one bathroom did not even have a shower head worst experience i have ever had

Mold in the room water damage on the ceiling roaches crawling in room just nasty and not clean

Roach in the shower. Stains on sheets. Horrible smell. I did not even stay just got my 100 cash they held and went to the Hampton inn. Terrible place

Room was super dirty. Foot prints were in the bottom of the tub mirror was off the wall. Holes in walls. And the room smelled horrible

Found roaches in room 206 had to get another room first room 206 smelled soon as I walked in

This hotel is infested with roaches, smells like mold, and is not sanitary. If you do book accidentally, make sure to cancel immediately or they will not refund you your full amount.

The property is absolutely disgusting. Check-in took an hour with only 6 people in the lobby and 2 ladies to check everyone in. I will be posting other reviews with pictures. There were empty rolls of toilet paper in the bathroom. No toilet paper to be found. Half used open shampoo. An unclean and visibly soiled toilet. The bathtub was dirty and the sink was no different. Used soap and dirty everything. For $97 this is an absolute misery. I will never be staying here again and the only reason I stood was because I already spent the money and the $100 security deposit was taken from my account. I am absolutely disgusted and I will be sharing reviews on every platform including the Better Business Bureau. I am going to be contacting the company for a full refund. This is unacceptable.

The room had no closet or clothing rod so you could hang your clothes. No carpeting. Basically, you get what you pay for...don't expect much for $50 per night.

Bes was comfortable and AC worked well. Blinds could be better.

The neighbors are weird and loud. The AC from other rooms above me leaked just over my room.

Front desk staff was friendly,when they were available. Booked 2 kings pool view. Was given 2 doubles on back side. Front desk changes rooms when asked. The bed in the second room was comfortable. Very noisy outdoors but it was new Year's eve.

Could not find a room the A/c didn’t work or no remote for the TV after moving to 3 different rooms. I settled for A/C no tv. Internet went in and out constantly. And police were there 5 times during my 2 night stay. Not a safe place at all.

The pool was nice and room was somewhat clean just the rooms don’t look like the pictures posted online. No tv remote in room a/c worked well shower kept getting hot then cold randomly.

First room assigned - blinds only wide open. Switched to room where with blinds closed still a 2" gap to see right in. No toilet paper or blow dryer. TV didn't work. Worst place I've stayed in years.

There was no blanket, only two sheets. There is no insulation in the front of the room, so you hear everything. If there is one person in the pool, you will hear it. If there are many, its annoying.

The lock on our door was busted. Staff had to open the door with the master key. The security lock on the inside of the room was also broken.

Checkin took too long. Inexperienced staff not able to assign rooms in a timely manner. $100 security deposit not indicated in the booking process. Lobby was cluttered with packages. Not at all like the pictures. Cancelled our reservation and found another venue.

Dirty outside and inside the room. They didn’t wanna change us to another room. When asking for extra towel, they said room service not available… at 4pm??? Not good service and not a good experience!

Had a reservation was supposed to pay at the property and they took money out for the stay. Then when we got there was told they had NO rooms an hour and half later finally got a room across the street.

I paid online and when I went to check in they didn’t have any rooms left .

Stayed here for a night and this place is terrible Absolutely filthy place with what looks like drug dealers hanging around outside I felt completely unsafe staying here On top of that they took my card for the security depositnwhich was fine but then they charged me 2 different charges for no reason at all They refunded one of the charges but not the other one and i ended up having to dispute it through my bank because the hotel said they refunded me but didnt then they blamed my bank. I would suggest to anyome who is looking to stay here to pay the extra money for a different place ..trust me its worth it

Unsafe. Arrived at 915 to find the lobby closed and no directions where to check in, even though website says check-in from 3pm - 11 pm. Poorly lit parking lot with one guy randomly sitting on the ground smoking weed and another guy meandering around and staring at us. Nope. Out.

The clerk who checked me in was very polite. Also was very professional and informative.

I would not call this a hotel. This is the most disgusting property I\'ve ever encountered in my life. The place is dirty, run down and noisy. There are many sketchy elements loitering around the property and on the balconies smoking what seem to be marihuana. The parking area was dark and we felt very unsafe being there. There was even a police patrol car parked in the front of the "lobby" guarding the area. The lobby is opened until 9pm and after that they see you through a glass window. Expedia should not list such disgusting property on its site. The photos are misleading and in person does not look at all like they show on expedia. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. It is so bad, that I would rather sleep in the parking lot of a gas station. Awful, awful place. BE AWARE!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Not safe for a female to stay by them self . No covers on the window

This was a dump. We felt very unsafe just driving back to the room. I refused to stay here. I am pretty sure I witnessed a prostitution transaction. Please return my money

Please don't stay here it's run down filles with mold dirty beyond belief. Drug ridden police came on force everyday the property should be shut down it's not safe for children DO NOT STAY HERE... PERIOD.. o of this is your type of hotel you belong there again do not stay here

The check in lobby was old and outdated. The outside grounds were covered with cigarette butts. The room was also outdated only 1 elec. outlet worked. No table lamp. The TV work. The bathroom was so disgusting floor had hair the tile was broken and missing and there was a old band-aid in the drain. And there was something on the floor that was turning our. socks black. Over all never again. And it was in a bad part of town. People walking outside our door all night long.

People were living on the property. Unable to close the front window for privacy. Didn’t sleep at all in fear of my vehicle being stolen.

This place is unclean and the people living out of these building yell at you and threaten you for just trying to get into your room. Stay away from this place

A much older and deteriorated property than it looks in photos. It has structural decay visible in some common areas like stairwells. TV didn't work because remote was broken and I didn't even bother to ask for another room as I just wanted to check out ASAP. Not a place I would recommend for families. Since it rents rooms by the week there seems to be a lot of transients staying there which made me feel uneasy.

The rooms were not clean. The bedsheets were not changed, nor the towels. There was only one light on a nightstand next to the bed. The TV didn't work. There was not even a place to hang clothes. No breakfast. Our room was never done. The outside was dirty, garbage on the floor. I wanted to leave the moment I got there but I had already paid and the money was non refundable. Not starting there in the future.. Some of the staff was friendly.

The place overall is okay. The outside is under construction or remodel so it looks alil weird n shady on the outside. But once in my room I actually was shocked and impressed. My room was clean and didn’t have roaches or bedbugs. Didn’t have microwave plugged in and didn’t have batteries in remote control. The water was alil off but not discussing or anything. I was able to smoke without issues but had to be outside. Lots of places to eat and shop nearby.
