Mi estancia fue nefasta pues nunca nos atendió nadie a pesar de enviar varios mensajes para solventar algunas dudas. El alojamiento estaba en un lugar inhóspito, a 800 metros de donde se dice en el anuncio. Había hormigas en cuanto tirabas algo a la papelera. La nevera de la habitación no funcionaba. El servicio de lavandería nunca supe donde estaba. La piscina que se anunciaba estaba, pero el agua estaba turbia y no apetecía darse un baño. No había mantenimiento de la instalación. Finalmente, tuvimos que saltar la verja para salir. Parece que nos habían bloqueado el acceso, pero también la salida. Todavía estoy esperando a que alguien me responda para resolver todos estos inconvenientes. Muy mala experiencia. No volvería nunca a este alojamiento.

We had a great time in Pompei at this accomodation, it was clean and very comfortable with all the facilities we expected. We had two rooms, the villa was lovely, quite and relaxing.

It was convenient and safe to have off street parking. However, we needed to pick up the key from another location. Traffic is very busy and roads are very narrow, so we walked to get the key (about 15min). We were advised at that point that the complimentary breakfast was at this location, and not at our accomodation. Also, when we walked back to our room, we were missing a bed. Nice place, but other guests were also very put out by the off location key pickup. One poor older gentleman got lost and had been walking the neighbourhood for 3 hours. I walked him down to the other location to help him get his key. I think this needs to be clearer in the ad.

Très propre, très agréable d’y passer du temps, personnel extrêmement sympathique. Deux points plus négatifs : eau chaude difficile à obtenir, bruit du train !

We were walking and came by train. Didn't know we had to go to another hotel alltogether to get the key. There is no front desk, no one there except housekeepers. Then there was the train. Goes by constantly even in the night (not all night). Rattles everything and is really loud. No one mentions that. The shower didn't drain well, there's no trashcan in the kitchen area which is weird, and the housekeepers were smoking in the kitchen.
