THE Ritz - Yamba Escape in the Heart of Town - Holiday Yamba

Very unclean and unhygienic place, misinformation on the listing and hosts didn't really care about our feedback. Property was at the nice place but misinformed about car park, house setup, AC etc. A very bad experience while you paid top dollars.

Great location, ample space and modern with great kitchen facilities. Pillows/bedding not very comfortable.

Great location in centre of town, walk to shops, the river and beach. Spacious, modern bathrooms and kitchen, well stocked utensils. However, the property is a former commercial property, poorly converted. Lots of wasted space, fancy but not functional furniture. Most disappointingly, there is no 3rd bedroom. It's an open internal room (3 walls only) off a common area. No door, no windows, no hanging or drawers, no air conditioning, no where to put a suitcase. There are split air conditioning units in the other 2 bedrooms, but their use doesn't extend to the lounge / dining / kitchen areas. Very hot in the morning and stuffy at night. Might suit 2 couples in July but poor for 3 couples in February.

Had a wonderful time in the space of this apartment which is like a New York studio vibe with lots of space to spread out and find a quiet place to read or do some yoga. And a special place to catch up as a family.
