I stayed at Dreams with my sister for her birthday trip, and from start to finish the hospitality at this place was top tier. From the bell staff Jordon to the front desk, every single person made us feel so welcomed. A special shoutout to Mauricio & Lady, who truly went above and beyond every single time. Mauricio especially was so attentive, caring, professional, and genuinely passionate about guest experience I’m sure he’ll be a Manager or General Manager one day with the way he leads and takes care of people. The bar and restaurant team were also absolutely amazing Julio, Maria, Andrea, victor ,Laura… honestly I wish I could write everyone’s name because each and every person made such a huge impression on us. Their kindness, energy, and service made my sister’s birthday trip even more special. Thank you all for creating such a memorable experience. We can’t wait to come back!

VERY FAR away from Cartagena town though there are shuttles. I was part of large group so it was fine for me and noticed other large groups too. The cafe and room service was incredible.

Oh my goodness!! Two things…the service and the cleanliness!! Everyone was so humble and welcoming from the time we got out the taxi to enter our first day, til the time they put us back in the taxi 7 days later when we checked out!
