Good breakfast with eggs to order options!. Room was very clean, relax decor, comfy bed, bathroom ok. Lunch was delicious and service was excellent. Location was perfect!

I do not recommend Cartagena at all. It’s a tourist trap. Not tourist friendly at all. They will scam you once in the city, street vendors are extremely aggressive even after you say no to them, all prices are much more expensive for tourists, service everywhere is slow, unfriendly locals, horrible infrastructure, the list goes on. It’s unfortunate because the city itself is beautiful but overall experience was a scam. The airport situation was a disaster as well, 2 hr long immigration lines and leaving the gates there were no organization it was a free for all situation to get on board. We had to cut our trip short and went home early. Don’t go!

Room was damp. Air conditioning did not solve the problem. We cancel our second reservation because of the room condition. Also room had no chairs. They did bring one when asked.

Great location, close to everything. The staff is amazing, great service, clean, comfortable bed. The pool is very small, but we were able to use it few times to refresh after long walks. Good value for the money
