Excelente ubicación en un muy amplio apartamento. Muy fluida la comunicación con el propietario, el check in perfecto. El alquilar incluye el traslado al apartamento, en nuestro caso desde termini, el chofer excelente con una van impecable. El apartamento cuenta con TODO, ABSOLUTAMENTE TODO: implementos de cocina, te dejan unas provisiones para el primer día, miles de guías de roma, paraguas varios, todo tipo de implementaos de limpieza, computadora e impresora, parlante,, cargador para el teléfono, botiquín de primeros auxilios, linternas por todos lados por si se corta la luz. Claramente Colín no es un improvisado y sabe cómo atender a sus huéspedes.… En conclusion, súper completo el apartamento, altamente recomendable. Sin dudarlo volveré en mi próxima visita a Roma

This was a thoughtfully appointed rental for the traveler. We were welcomed with a driver at the airport, a helpful home tour and a nicely stocked kitchen, especially after getting off an overnight flight. This was a fabulous location to walk throughout Rome. As a family with teens we thoroughly enjoyed this rental.

The apartment was in the perfect location. The airport pick up was such a wonderful benefit. We also appreciated all of the great advise about what to see, where to ear, and and how to get the most out of the visit to Rome. Very comfortable beds, and a stocked refrigerator are added bonuses. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Communication with the owner (David) and property manager (Rosie) were second to none. They were always easy to reach and very responsive. The check-in was exceptionally smooth with the provided car service and property manager there to greet us and show us around. We chose to eat out so did not utilize the kitchen. There were some issues with the hot water heater but one message to Rosie was all it took to get it resolved. She came right over to troubleshoot it and fixed it within minutes. The air conditioning units available in the bedrooms and living room were great. There was plenty of space in the unit to spread out. The unit offers a washer/dryer combo however, the loads have to be small and it takes several hours to complete a cycle. This also makes it difficult to wash delicate items or items that need to be air dried. The location is super convenient! We were within walking distance of many things and metro stations. We enjoyed our time here and would recommend David’s place without hesitation.
