Friendly welcome, lovely room with comfortable bed & well appointed bathroom. We ate in the Bistro, service was a bit slow but food was good & staff were friendly. Short walk into town.

Hotel is in an ideal location. The food in the restaurant is quite nice. The room was comfortable. The reception staff have a strange manner and aren't particularly friendly. The staff in the restaurant are a mix between very friendly and rude. The underfloor heating in the bathroom of our room didn't seem to work. We're not sure the thermostat worked either. Our room was an adjoining room and we could hear the group next door quite well. The fire escape door outside our room was left propped open which created a cold breeze

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed using the pool before breakfast when it wasn't busy. We felt there wasn't enough social space to sit and have a coffee and chat with other guests. There also seemed to be a problem with the courtyard bar which wasn't open during our stay.

Warm welcome from a very efficient receptionist great room everything worked. Good food promptly served.clean bright hotel in good location . Despite being busy there were plenty of staff and no waiting for service. Recommend!

Our stay at Kenmare Bay Hotel was pleasant. The staff are very nice. Our room and bath were clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast and dinner options are very good. The hotel is within a 3 minute walk from the center of Kenmare, which has numerous restaurants and shops. We did have a problem with the heat. It had been turned off for that room and we had to ask to have it turned back on. The shower drain was not draining properly, consequently standing water accumulated in the bottom of the shower stall. We did mention the issue to the front desk when we checked out. Otherwise we had a nice stay.

We had booked a Superior room through Expedia...when getting to our room it was clean but a bit dated...the bathroom could do with a makeover. Heating was an electric radiator. When we returned to the receptionist she apologised as we'd been placed in a basic room. She reduced the room rate having offered a move. Overall it was handy to Kenmare, 10 minute walk. The staff were lovely.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed using the pool before breakfast when it wasn't busy. We felt there wasn't enough social space to sit and have a coffee and chat with other guests. There also seemed to be a problem with the courtyard bar which wasn't open during our stay.

We had a great stay, beds very comfortable and very clean and spacious! Location was perfect for us. Short 3 min walk to the city center area. Would definitely recommend and I would come back for sure!

Fine hotel within 5 minutes walk to uptown Kenmare. Hotel surroundings very clean and tidy. Lovely reception area with very friendly staff. Room spacious and clean with comfortable bed.

Our stay at Kenmare Bay Hotel was pleasant. The staff are very nice. Our room and bath were clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast and dinner options are very good. The hotel is within a 3 minute walk from the center of Kenmare, which has numerous restaurants and shops. We did have a problem with the heat. It had been turned off for that room and we had to ask to have it turned back on. The shower drain was not draining properly, consequently standing water accumulated in the bottom of the shower stall. We did mention the issue to the front desk when we checked out. Otherwise we had a nice stay.

The staff at the desk was kind, helpful and informative. Hotel lobby, halls and room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The floor in the bathroom was heated. There’s a restaurant, bar, health room and pool on site. They were doing major construction to the entrance of the lobby. Walk to downtown was 5 minutes.

Vårt rum var bra. Blev lite missförstånd med vår lapp på dörren, så städpersonalen kom, fastän vi önskade inte. Vi stannade två nätter. Städpersonalen verkade lite stressade..men jobbar så bra..Läget är perfekt om du önskar köra the Ring of Kerry eller the Dingle Island. Frukosten var standard, men med beröm godkänd.

Traveling in a campervan parking was great, price very good too..check-in great, room spacious & clean, bathroom excellent condition & beautiful, breakfast a wonderful selection on everything you could possible want & check out simple & quick...would highly recommand this gem

Bon rapport qualité-prix abec des chambres propres et de bonnes dimensions. L’ôter devrait cependant nous aviser à l’avance qu’il faut un casque de bain pour utiliser la piscine.
