Outstanding breakfast, very comfortable room. Beautiful property. Having a tasting room and a first-class restaurant within steps of our room was a plus. Staff were very helpful. Only downside -- lugging our luggage up a flight of stairs.

What a lovely stay - we were there for 3 nights. The inn, restaurant and vineyard are all so nice. The location is central for exploring the other wineries and the tidal bay area. The staff are so cheery and helpful. We really loved that this was the last stop of our trip, since we were able to just slow down and relax before heading home. Also, it was easy to get to the airport.

This is a unique stay and experience in the beautiful Annapolis Valley. The staff are friendly and helpful, the vineyard has a beautiful walk up to a view of Cape Blomindon at sunset. The food at the restaurant is excellent!

Outstanding. Grand Pré Winery has mastered the impressive balance of being a top notch, well established, high end winery while still maintaining the ambiance, humbleness, pride and a genuine personal touch of a what can see is a quiet & real deal true family run passion. By staying in the Inn, we felt welcomed into the winery famiy for the time we were there. The old farm house has been so elegantly renovated to warm and comfotable living spaces while keeping that feeling of a good old fashion farm house. Of special not, Amanda, who provided our tour and tasting was incredibly delightful and so knowledgeable who showed such passion and pride at being part of the Grand Pré team. For that matter all staff were freindly, welcoming and just there at the right times making sure our stay or visits on the winery grounds were absolutely perfect. We met a quiet lovely lady working dilligently in the gardens as early as 7am every morning like clockwork and spent the morning tending to the gardens making sure theywere just right. When complementing this soft spoken woman on her hard work and beautiful gardens, we learned that she was in fact the wife of husband/wife team owners. So imlressive. The depth and breath of this well established winery offers an incredible range of exquisite wines whether it be of the White, Red, Rosé sparkling, ice wine and even some Cider surprises that you wont want to miss. A definie must do when visiting the Anapolis valley NS.

The Inn at Grand Pre was truly a great experience! My partner and I stayed for one night in the Courtyard bedroom. Although it was a short trip, the space really impressed us. The large open bathroom and shower were very clean, had everything we needed like shampoo, soap, conditioner and towels (and even a hair dryer) and heated floors! The king-sized bed was very comfortable and spacious, and the mounted TV with included streaming options was a nice touch. The lighting and overall atmosphere inside the room was amazing. In the night we had a dinner reservation at Le Caveau restaurant which was conveniently located on the property. The staff at The Inn were very friendly and helpful, and in the morning we had a great breakfast (which was included) in the common space. You have the option of getting breakfast delivered to your room as well. The property in the fall season was a great sight to see, and having the vineyards in your backyard added something special as well. Would definitely visit again, hopefully for a longer time!

Everything about this stay was perfect. I’ve travelled all over the world and am a pretty picky person, but the inn at grande pre winery went above and beyond in everything. Courtney at the Inn is wonderful and incredibly helpful. From helping with check in, to breakfast each morning, and even setting up a special patio spot for us to taste wine and have snacks, giving us extra towels and water, she was friendly and welcoming. We were there for a girls weekend and had 4 of the 6 rooms rented. The loft is huge and perfect for a group trip - clean, bright, spacious. The furniture and decorations are comfortable and chic. All the other rooms were clean with comfortable beds and big bathrooms. If you’re looking for a couples trip, relaxing getaway, or group spot, I recommend the Inn. Also great location to visit other wineries nearby.

We've stayed here in the past and loved it. On this occasion there was no host at the check in counter. She showed up 4 to 5 minutes later apologizing. We mentioned that we were heading to the theatre at Two Planks and a Passion and she was clueless indicating she'd lived around there all of her life and had never heard of this 30 some years old theatre nearby. We were assigned a room overlooking the courtyard. The room had the look of a former boardroom or library with a lot of wood paneling on two thirds of it with the exception of when we walked in. Near the entrance, the room has bare walls, an open clothing rack, a wall tv, some wine bottles for sale, typical of many hotel rooms but the strangeness was that it looked like the interior designer had totally forgotten to decorate that end. Staying in that room was as if we were in a fishbowl exposed, on the second floor to any passerby. The bathroom lacked extra towels, we had to request an extra roll of toilet paper with little paper on the existing one and no extras. The shower was a mystery to operate to get any force to the showerhead water and to get any cold water from it. The service and food in the restaurant Le Caveau was good to very good. Breakfast was delivered on time in the morning by a pleasant server. Overall, we're thinking of going back to a local B&B which overall is more pleasant and less expensive.

This place is a gem. Modern convenience. Whoever designed the rooms has done a lot of travelling themselves and has thought of everything. Ruth and Michelle were helpful and engaging. Ultra-clean and comfortable rooms. Do not hesitate to stay here. Also a lovely part of Nova Scotia. Grand Pre area has beauty and history.

Very nice room, comfortable bed and quiet. Bathroom had a huge shower and everything was clean. Breakfast was good as well. Had a bonus wine tasting at the wine shop as part of the welcome package.

Unfortunately this was lastly our last time staying here. You are told to park in the space provided to you in your confirmation email but that information is not provided to you. Upon entry into our room, the toilet looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned in a week. We ate dinner elsewhere and when we returned, someone eating at the restaurant was parked in our designated parking spot, which is not surprising as their parking is very minimal. We had to walk through the busy kitchen with staff preparing meals for the restaurant when we returned and again on our way out to another event as the front door was not in use. The temperature inside the room is mostly controlled by them for the whole building and we found it to be overwhelmingly warm and dry.

Such a unique concept to be able to stay right on the winery property! The rooms were very modern and comfortable, I had an amazing sleep. Also very appreciative of the breakfast that they bring right to your door, and the wine that is available (for purchase) in your rooms fridge.

Very friendly staff, beautiful surroundings. Room was a bit small, without room for luggage, but the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately the onsite restaurant was booked both nights we were there, and it’s a drive to eat anywhere else, so we bought some food in nearby town and ate at a picnic next to the vineyard- beautiful evening with spectacular sunset views. Breakfast in the dining room was very nice, especially because the staff were so friendly and made us feel welcome.

Very nice room, comfortable bed and quiet. Bathroom had a huge shower and everything was clean. Breakfast was good as well. Had a bonus wine tasting at the wine shop as part of the welcome package.

The inn was wonderful! We were almost late checking in and 2 very nice young ladies waited for us. The room was beautiful and amenities were perfect. Our breakfast was brought to our room at the time we requested and it was delicious. Wish we could have stayed longer!!

What a lovely stay - we were there for 3 nights. The inn, restaurant and vineyard are all so nice. The location is central for exploring the other wineries and the tidal bay area. The staff are so cheery and helpful. We really loved that this was the last stop of our trip, since we were able to just slow down and relax before heading home. Also, it was easy to get to the airport.

Everything about this stay was perfect. I’ve travelled all over the world and am a pretty picky person, but the inn at grande pre winery went above and beyond in everything. Courtney at the Inn is wonderful and incredibly helpful. From helping with check in, to breakfast each morning, and even setting up a special patio spot for us to taste wine and have snacks, giving us extra towels and water, she was friendly and welcoming. We were there for a girls weekend and had 4 of the 6 rooms rented. The loft is huge and perfect for a group trip - clean, bright, spacious. The furniture and decorations are comfortable and chic. All the other rooms were clean with comfortable beds and big bathrooms. If you’re looking for a couples trip, relaxing getaway, or group spot, I recommend the Inn. Also great location to visit other wineries nearby.

We've stayed here in the past and loved it. On this occasion there was no host at the check in counter. She showed up 4 to 5 minutes later apologizing. We mentioned that we were heading to the theatre at Two Planks and a Passion and she was clueless indicating she'd lived around there all of her life and had never heard of this 30 some years old theatre nearby. We were assigned a room overlooking the courtyard. The room had the look of a former boardroom or library with a lot of wood paneling on two thirds of it with the exception of when we walked in. Near the entrance, the room has bare walls, an open clothing rack, a wall tv, some wine bottles for sale, typical of many hotel rooms but the strangeness was that it looked like the interior designer had totally forgotten to decorate that end. Staying in that room was as if we were in a fishbowl exposed, on the second floor to any passerby. The bathroom lacked extra towels, we had to request an extra roll of toilet paper with little paper on the existing one and no extras. The shower was a mystery to operate to get any force to the showerhead water and to get any cold water from it. The service and food in the restaurant Le Caveau was good to very good. Breakfast was delivered on time in the morning by a pleasant server. Overall, we're thinking of going back to a local B&B which overall is more pleasant and less expensive.

Far exceeded our expectations. We were greeted my Morgan’s smiling face getting us quickly and easily settled in. The grounds and facility are idyllic and Sarah in Le Caveau restaurant on site was also outstanding. She was very knowledgeable, knew the menu inside out and provided excellent recommendations. Our room was perfect and a great lovingly prepared breakfast showed up precisely on time and as ordered each morning. We have travelled across the continent and to places like Portugal, South Korea, Italy and others and would return to the Inn at Grand Pre without hesitation. The wine tasting was superb and the staff there were also just great.

A warm welcome and tour started my stay in this beautifully restored old building. The room was luxurious and the bedding and toiletries excellent. A warm freshly baked scone for breakfast delivered to your room or enjoyed in the sunny courtyard or breakfast room provided a good start to the day. The property is stunning and the location makes this a great place to stay in the Annapolis valley.

Very friendly staff, beautiful surroundings. Room was a bit small, without room for luggage, but the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately the onsite restaurant was booked both nights we were there, and it’s a drive to eat anywhere else, so we bought some food in nearby town and ate at a picnic next to the vineyard- beautiful evening with spectacular sunset views. Breakfast in the dining room was very nice, especially because the staff were so friendly and made us feel welcome.

We loved staying at the Inn at GrandPre. Everything was relaxed, easy to get acquainted with and the staff were so accommodating. We also enjoyed the restaurant LeCaveau ;the chef’s dinner was amazing. Wine was also very interesting and enjoyable. Great place to stay and enjoy the regional hospitality and great people.

Courtney was very welcoming, made helpful suggestions, and was ultra organized in being sure that the breakfast selected the day before was ready and waiting for you-warm scones, tea in teapot on the table, yogurt with granola and fruit. The property is stunning. The highlight was securing a reservation to eat at Le Caveau, the French restaurant on site.

Beautiful grounds with opportunity to walk through the vineyards and to a fantastic scenic overlook of the Bay of Fundy and surrounding farms. Restaurant was excellent and breakfast was great. Nicely remodeled room and bathroom in historic inn. Will stay again.
