Old with lots of deferred maintenance Room had a bed & dresser. That’s it. No chairs. Pillows were flat No hot water, or took forever to get hot. Windows don’t close/lock, bugs bugs bugs 5 lightbulbs were broken Mosquitoes No floor mats in bathroom Water is rusty and smells Faucets and shower head rusty Pool area was dreary 3 pool lounges. All rusted and broken No umbrellas No shady so no one uses the pool for long Pool was murky TV didnt work for 4 days. Asked 7 different people to fix. Slow response from staff.

Staying there was not even close to 3 stat hotel. Bed sheets were dirty and the check in was not smooth as they required more money because I reserved online. They say in the reservation that the parking is available but it’s not and hotel doesn’t have parking area and I had to walk 10 min to the nearest public parking. The parking was 18 dollar for one night. The food of the resturant is very simple and not high quality. However, the staff were friendly and location was very good. Do not recommend!

Com was no help ,I could not get a hold of them !,No refrigerator or micro wave the water in the pool was so low it was below the filter (cloudy water ) shower door was gross construction out side my room broken star case , no chairs by the pool, I used the room as a storage locker ! They promised a refrigerator & micro wave but never came & I was booked for 13 days

Hotel médio para o valor da diária, Bem localizado e próximo do centro, mas com barulho. O quarto grande e com bom potencial. Wi-fi bem instável. Limpeza nunca era feita, precisávamos pedir quando chegávamos a noite e ficar aguardando para voltar pro quarto. Piscina estava limpando no primeiro dia e não pudemos utilizar. Café da manhã estava incluso na reserva original, mas estranhamente sumiu do contrato da reserva e ficamos sem.

Hotel was very neglected and under construction. There is a lot of dust, smelly rooms, restrooms smell like sewage water, and I'm pretty sure there was mold in the shower. The first room we got the fan and the light didn't work son we got switched to a different room. Hardly any water was coming out from the kitchenette sink. The water was also salty not sure why. Overall i wouldn't recommend. Also they had a badly made wheelchair ramp that was kinda dangerous and in an inclined slope. I stayed for 7 nights because they were already paid on this app and there was no refunds, the entire 7 days i had no wifi. When i asked personnel if they could go check it they did but they said it was just down, for the entire 7 days I stayed. They only provided with 1 towel for 3 people and the beds had no blankets. Other family members at other rooms claimed dirty uncleaned rooms and trash under beds. Totally unacceptable.

Not parking

El desayuno incluido es algo muy básico. Las instalaciones del hotel son muy antiguas, le están dando mantenimiento y remodelando pero es PÉSIMO que durante la noche y madrugada hagan esos trabajos. No se puede dormir a gusto con el ruido constante y golpes.

ils m'ont taxé de 200 $ canadien car j'ai payé avec ma carte de crédit. ca devait me couter 625 $ Can et ils m'ont chargé 792 $ Can. je n'appelle pas ca taxé mais de l'extorsion de fonds. Ils sont en train de batir un restaurant en haut a coté et au dessus de ma chambre cela fait un vacarme épouvantable de 8 hrs le matin a 10 hrs le soir. Il y avait des ouvriers qui transportaient des matériauc dans les escaliers et devant ma chambre a touts les jours.

En toda nuestra estancia no se nos realizó cambio de blanco, la atención es buena pero cuando mi esposa estuvo diciendo de los detalles que tenía la habitación por las manchas que tuvo la habitación al igual tenía mucho cabello le comento la recepcionista que tenía que ser conmigo

ES MUY POBRE LA ATENCION QUE SE BRINDA POR PARTE DE LOS EMPLEADOS DE RECEPCION SON AMABLES PERO MUY POCO ATENTOS CHECK IN MUY LENTO, LA FALTA DE ATENCION A LAS INSTALACIONES EN TANTO AL MANTENIMIENTO EN LA HABITACION Y EN EXTERIORES ES MUY NOTORIA, EN LA HAB HABIA MUCHAS TELARAÑAS, POLVO Y MUCHAS CUCARACHAS AL IGUAL QUE MUCHOS MOSQUITOS, LA PUERTA DE LA HAB ASIGNADA NO CERRABA BIEN, SE NOTA QUE TARDAN EN CAMBIAR SABANAS LO CUAL POR SALUD Y HIGIENE RECOMENDARIA EL CAMBIO DIARIO Y FILTROS PARA EL AGUA POTABLE, NI SIQUIERA ME PODIA CEPILLAR DE LO SALADA :( ENTRE MUCHAS MAS. TRABAJO EN HOTELERIA Y CONSIDERO IMPORTANTE LA BUENA ATENCION TANTO PARA HUESPEDES EXTRANJEROS COMO NACIONALES PUES LOS DOS PROVEEN ;). ESTA EN MUY BUENA ZONA Y POR LO QUE OFRECE SINCERAMENTE EN CALIDAD-PRECIO SI ESTA BIEN PARA QUEDARSE DE PASO POR UNA NOCHE E IR A LA PLAYITA O ALGUN BAR DE LA 5TA PERO PARA MAS DE UNA NO LO RECOMENDARIA. ES UN BONITO HOTEL EN UNA MUY BUENA UBICACION LA ATENCION AL DETALLE ES LO QUE LE FALTA ;).

El hotel se ve sucio porque estan haciendo mantenimiento y hay muchas cucarachas, durante mi estancia el agua no funciono y no pude ocupar el baño en la mañana

Pésimo servicio, había cucarachas en el aérea de alberca y pasillos, nunca salió agua caliente en la regadera y nos cobraron una (sabana manchada) que nunca nos enseñaron y ni siquiera hicieron la limpieza en la habitación

El hotel está en buena zona pero el baño demasiado sucio, el agua que salía de las llaves y regadera tenía un olor terrible y el mismo baño también tenía olores a drenaje terrible.

El agua de la regadera salía directa, sin el aspersor. No había toallas de baño, no había Shampoo ni jabones. No había sábanas, los colchones súper viejos y aguados. Había pelos en las sábanas y se veían sucios. Los muebles ya muy viejos, el AC no funcionaba bien.

Pésimas instalaciones ya que no cuentan con higiene, realmente fue desagradable esta experiencia ya que estaba el sanitario sucio por excremento, la regadera tenia restos de jabón usado y cabello por las paredes. Nuestra cama se componía de una sola sabana la cuál tenia manchas. Para ser una noche, tuvimos muy mala experiencia a comparación de nuestras últimas estancias.

Tuvimos una experiencia desagradable, las habitaciones e instalaciones en general están súper mal, la alberca de está desintegrando, el wifi no funciona, no hay las amenidades, la limpieza no está completa, los colchones están rotos y en malas condiciones, el cambio de toallas es cada tercer día ( cuando se acuerdan), el baño estaba tapado, había mucho olor a humedad, no te dan tapete para el baño y el piso es súper resbaloso. El personal no se hace responsable de nada, solo te cobran y te dan el avión cuando les das su retroalimentación de tu estancia. Lo único que vale la pena es la ubicación.

People are great here the people at the help desk workers etc no complaints on them great work. However it's a 2 star quality hotel. Old furniture, hot water comes after 10 minutes of leaving it on. There is no mirror at the restroom. Things just look neglected and old. They should invest some money and renew stuff. Also it's right next to a club so loud till 3am.

No hot water, and low pressure cold water. Room clean, but smell mold. Stuff speak Spanish, not English. No phone number available to contact management.

We were 6 people, we did not get the room we booked, they also did not have enough pillows to acomodate us, they also did not have any sheets for one of the beds, for two days they ran out of towels so we had to go buy towels so we could shower. The internet never worked and neither did the cable, it was the most terrible experience I've ever had in a hotel. The staff was not helpful at all, they just said, we don't can't do anything and it was horrible. PLEASE REMOVE THIS PROPERTY FORM YOUR SITE.

Es muchísimo el ruido que tienen las habitaciones, es dificil descansar, la musica paraba 4 - 4:30 am hacen limpieza cada 3 dias, las atenciones del personal son pésima, no los molestes porque ponen caras y no estan disponibles para atenderte, te tratan como si fueras una molestia.

Estuve 4 días, un día estuvimos sin luz, no había agua caliente, el clima es muy caliente y no tienen aire acondicionado, ni un día hicieron limpieza ni cambio de toallas pésimo el lugar

Buenas tardes, en el hotel se han negado a expedirme la factura y dice que me la tiene que dar expedía.

Pésimo servicio, no respetaron el precio que me había dado la aplicación, la opción que elegí fue pagar en el hotel y fue una mala idea, me cobraron lo que quisieron a pesar de que demostré cuánto era lo que realmente tenía que pagar según la aplicación y les valió y como el costo de las habitaciones era en dólares, el precio que ellos le pusieron al dólar fue de 23.50 que ni siquiera es el precio actual de venta, además se me cobró una comisión por pagar con tarjeta (lo cual actualmente está prohibido por Conducef y es motivo de multas para los negocios) las instalaciones son viejas, el agua del baño daba un mal olor y el desagüe de la regadera se tapaba mientras uno se bañaba, me hospedé porque no tenía otra opción en ese momento e iba con mi familia que estaba cansada por el viaje, pero en mi vida volvería a regresar ahí, no lo recomiendo hay mejores hoteles y con mejor atención, servicio y no son engañosos con lo que ofrecen. Fueron muy abusivos

Jacqueline was the worst of all my experience. She was going out of her way to be unfriendly, She charged me again but she insisted that it wasn't paid, I paid in advance, the internet was so weak so I wasn't able to show proof at my arrival and Ibpaid because I was tired that night, in the morning I went back to front desk to show them my receipt. The morning person was the opposite, she was friendly and apologized. But my money wasn't refunded right away, I was told that I had to wait for the afternoon accountant, I came back later and unfriendly Jacqueline was at the front desk. She was very bothered doing her job,she had to return the money, she didn't apologized for her mistake,I asked for an extra towel because there is only one towel in the room and she denied it.The second night my brother and his wife asked the same and the extra towel was denied again, the toilet doesn't flush well in both of the rooms that we used, the second night we Asked to be moved to different room because the loud music from the bars around ends till 4 am, and my room was without AC and the same issue with the toilets , the wifi didn't work, we ask Jacqueline and she did it again she went out of her way to be unhelpful, the sink handles was so rusted that I didn't want to touch them, the water stinks,is the worst hotel that Expedia works with, it should not be in this platform. It my worst experience ever

Muy mal trato del recepcionista quería hacer el cobro de 2400 más del valor estipulado ya en la app que por el tipo de cambio que manejan ellos cambio el costo, muy nefasto ni las buenas tardes ni nada.

As we arrived we were supposed to have a balcony. We did not have it. The days after in the morning they told us that it will be ok to move from one room to another but we had to repack our luggage and leave it to the reception. As we arrived lather that day, we were told that there was no room for us. After a not pleasant conversation, they found a room. It was externally noisy. The cleaning lady did not clean the room every day and we had to beg for toilet paper and soap

El personal del hotel toma atribuciones que no le corresponden,además de no brindar un trato digno. Me hospedé 3 noches con mi familia y solo fue un infierno, desde el primer día nos acusaron de fumar en la habitación sin tener una sola prueba cobrando una multa de $1500 al segundo día nos cobran unas sábanas manchadas que ni siquiera eran algo grave ni algo que no se puedieran retirar cobrando otra multa de $1500 al negarnos hablaron a la policía municipal obligando a realizar el pago. Ya realizamos nuestra denuncias con profeco y espero ver que acudan lo más pronto ya que tratarán de buscar la manera en sacarte más dinero y ni hablar del hotel que aparte de viejo está en pésimas condiciones, para nada recomendado, sugiero buscar otro hotel ya que siempre tratarán de sacarte más dinero estás empleados de cuarta

Staff was very friendly, other guests were noisy, internet had problems, overall hotel is good and staff is very friendly and professional

La simpatía y carismático todo el personal, servicio excelente, detalle en la chapa de la puerta de baño no se nos fue a componer pero todo excelente

What a bargain! Right on 5th avenue with lovely pool. Breakfast included. Staff are wonderful This definitely isnt the Hilton but what an amazing value. Will certainly be back

Tuvimos una experiencia desagradable, las habitaciones e instalaciones en general están súper mal, la alberca de está desintegrando, el wifi no funciona, no hay las amenidades, la limpieza no está completa, los colchones están rotos y en malas condiciones, el cambio de toallas es cada tercer día ( cuando se acuerdan), el baño estaba tapado, había mucho olor a humedad, no te dan tapete para el baño y el piso es súper resbaloso. Esta fuera de la zona de turistas muy oscuras las calles además de muchas casas viejas y vagabundos por la zona

I didnt have much expectations with this hotel and I was correct. The good: the pools clean, theres no bugs in the rooms and its close to 5th and the beach. The not so bad: no coffee machine or fridge. This is easily remedied with a portable kettle and ice in a garbage can. The bad: No blankets, no hotwater, no cable or internet and absolutely no help from the staff. The restauraunt food is not good and over priced. The breakfast is not worth it. It was an all around horrible stay. I will never stay here again. I dont recommend this to anyone.

Este hotel es muy bueno ea un hotel con las 3b. Aparte que las habitaciones es como si estuvieras en tu propio condo y el precio es increiblemente bueno. Tambien esta contiguo a la 5ta avenida y tienes la playa a pasos. El parqueo es first come firat served perp esta preciosisimo! Me fascina y el desayuno esta incluido lo cual es un plus.

Desayuno café soluble jugo de bote, nada natural, pan, no contaban con suministros para desayunar a la carta. Cuando la Alberca tiene olor a cloro es que le hacen falta químicos. La regadera de la habitación sucia y la sensación que era agua salada.

When we arrived to check in we learned that the hotel gave away our room we paid for because we booked on Expedia. I assume someone came along with cash and because we could still theoretically cancel our stay with a refund, they gave the room to them. After communicating back and forth they said they did still have a room.. we got to our room and were horrified. This room had no windows, no working water, no blankets or bedding. There wasn't even a door knob to close the door. A massive 4 blade ceiling fan with lights was completely torn from the ceiling and hanging above one of the stained mattresses we were expected to sleep on by its wires. After travelling for 18 hours I stayed up all night guarding the door that couldn't close properly. (We were also told people often break into that room). The next day we complained to the office and demanded a different room. They did move us to a new room that was much better but we still didn't get what we paid for. I paid extra for the "quadruple room" that was supposed to have a seperate bedroom for the wife and I. Instead it was two double beds in one room. For the entirety of our stay we never did get blankets..lol. the free breakfast they offer is pancakes, fruit and juice. My wife doesn't eat pancakes and asked for an egg as a substitute. They billed us 10 Canadian dollars for 1 egg...all in all we did have a good stay once we were relocated, the staff is friendly but we probably wouldn't stay here again..

Buen hotel, calida buena, habitación limpias, aire acondicionado bueno, vista buena Lo que mejoraría ventanas en mal estado, no había lugar designado para basura del hotel y horario de alberca muy reducido y estricto Cave destacar que nos ofrecieron todos los desayunos por los días de estancia cordial ...
