Pratique (nous n'avons manqué de rien !), propre, charmant, très bien pour un petit weekend. Bornes de recharge à proximité, dont 2 offertes par l'hôtel :-) Dans les "moins" : bruyant (la rue, et le gros tuyau de canalisation à côté du lit), et le lit est très dur.

We were surprised to find that we were in a suite rather than the room we expected. It was lovely and cozy and spotless! The only issue we had was that we couldn’t get the induction stove top to work? No worries there was a microwave! Everything you would need in a kitchen was included. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend this hotel for anyone. Thank you

Wow terriblement fantastique! Le loft au 3e étage était totalement parfait! Tout est bien pensé, jolie et confortable. Et à proximité de tout, dans un village qui nous a beaucoup surpris, de par les pistes cyclabes magnifiques qui y sillonnent, que la belle rivière Ste-Anne. Bref un gros wow et nous allons assurément revenir.

Everything we need they have it and more. It is like a little appartement with all the commodities we have at phome (washer/dryer, full size fridge, kitchen’s mixer, measuring cups and spoon if you feel like cooking, nice shower, cleaning supply, etc). Right downtown.

I was traveling to Quebec and booked this hotel, I was worried it was a bit too far but I was thoroughly impressed and satisfied with the quality and experience! Way more than I expected in a hotel room and for the price!! THIS WAS WELL WORTH IT! Pictures do not do it justice. I am very picky and I didn’t have a single complaint. The staff was so friendly too!

Tout était parfait. M. Marcotte était disponible pour mes quelques questions très rapidement. Je recommande très fortement cet endroit. Si j'avais à retourner dans cette région c'est bien là que j'irais.

Endroit intéressant à découvrir avec plein de commodités. Grande chambre. Lit un peu moins confortable et qui craque. Problème majeur avec la communication de l’hôtel qui devait me faire suivre un texto avec le code pour accéder à notre chambre (à cause de notre arrivée tardive). Jamais reçu ce code, il a été envoyé à mon fils dont le no de telephone avait figuré au dossier, mais que j’avais pris soin de faire modifier en confirmant avec l’hôtel le jour même!!

Endroit intéressant à découvrir avec plein de commodités. Grande chambre. Lit un peu moins confortable et qui craque. El lugar es muy bueno, está el maxi súper a un lado , subwey , la gasolinería te queda a 100 metros la limpieza del lugar y su comodidad excelente, punto muy malo , nunca me enviaron mi código para acceder al lugar,no responden el número telefónico que comparten, no responden los imail, tuve que molestar a otro inquilino pensando que era recepción, para mi suerte hablaba español y francés , logró comunicarse con los propietari@rios, les explico lo que estaba pasando, les dio mi código de reserva y así fue como enviaron mi código de acceso, de no ser por ese inquilino , duermo en la calle con 3 niñas y una adulta mayor. MUY MAL POR NO RESPONDER LLAMADAS , POR NO MANDAR COIGO DE ACCESO DESDE EL DÍA QUE SE PAGA EL ALQUILER. SI TU TIENES Que LLEGAR TARDE Y NO TE MANDAN EL CÓDIGO DE ACCESO, NO TE ARRIESGUES, VAS A DORMIR EN LA CALLE ! busca otro lugar al rededor hay hoteles y chalets ! Sant raymond es muy bonito !

Wow terriblement fantastique! Le loft au 3e étage était totalement parfait! Tout est bien pensé, jolie et confortable. Et à proximité de tout, dans un village qui nous a beaucoup surpris, de par les pistes cyclabes magnifiques qui y sillonnent, que la belle rivière Ste-Anne. Bref un gros wow et nous allons assurément revenir.

Everything we need they have it and more. It is like a little appartement with all the commodities we have at phome (washer/dryer, full size fridge, kitchen’s mixer, measuring cups and spoon if you feel like cooking, nice shower, cleaning supply, etc). Right downtown.

El lugar es muy bueno, está el maxi súper a un lado , subwey , la gasolinería te queda a 100 metros la limpieza del lugar y su comodidad excelente, punto muy malo , nunca me enviaron mi código para acceder al lugar,no responden el número telefónico que comparten, no responden los imail, tuve que molestar a otro inquilino pensando que era recepción, para mi suerte hablaba español y francés , logró comunicarse con los propietari@rios, les explico lo que estaba pasando, les dio mi código de reserva y así fue como enviaron mi código de acceso, de no ser por ese inquilino , duermo en la calle con 3 niñas y una adulta mayor. MUY MAL POR NO RESPONDER LLAMADAS , POR NO MANDAR COIGO DE ACCESO DESDE EL DÍA QUE SE PAGA EL ALQUILER. The room is spacious, clean, and easy to access. It’s very quiet, and I have absolutely nothing negative to say. The restaurants and grocery stores are close by, and everything is within easy reach. There are also plenty of activities to enjoy in the area. I have nothing but good things to say — everything was perfect!

This is our second stay at Le Wainwright and it will be our last. We stayed in a different suite hoping it would be a better fit comfort-wise as the pull out sofa in the last one was too small, but it was worse. The suite was 30 degrees and unbearably hot when we arrived. There is a small air-conditioning unit in the entrance that was poorly located to be effective, and it did not lower the temperature in the loft and we had to sleep downstairs. No windows in the loft opened which is a building code violation and a safety hazard in the event of a fire. The ceilings are also incredibly low in the loft and should be advertised as such. Not tall people friendly! In future it would make sense for the property to run the air-conditioner prior to check in to help the accommodations reach a more comfortable temperature.
