The room is spacious, clean, and easy to access. It’s very quiet, and I have absolutely nothing negative to say. The restaurants and grocery stores are close by, and everything is within easy reach. There are also plenty of activities to enjoy in the area. I have nothing but good things to say — everything was perfect!

This is our second stay at Le Wainwright and it will be our last. We stayed in a different suite hoping it would be a better fit comfort-wise as the pull out sofa in the last one was too small, but it was worse. The suite was 30 degrees and unbearably hot when we arrived. There is a small air-conditioning unit in the entrance that was poorly located to be effective, and it did not lower the temperature in the loft and we had to sleep downstairs. No windows in the loft opened which is a building code violation and a safety hazard in the event of a fire. The ceilings are also incredibly low in the loft and should be advertised as such. Not tall people friendly! In future it would make sense for the property to run the air-conditioner prior to check in to help the accommodations reach a more comfortable temperature.

Our Suite was above the laundromat next door which I didn't expect. So a bit of an awkward trek in our bathing suits to the hot tub next door. Not all hot tub jets were functional. There was a constant thumping noise when we were trying to go to sleep, So unsure if this was the laundromat downstairs? The suite could use more seating in the living room area as we weren't able to sit and visit. My stepson said the pull out couch was the most uncomfortable he has been on, and not suitable for tall people as his legs were hanging over the end (he's 6ft). Location was great as it was in walking distance of most amenities.
