Spędziłem tam 6 nocy. Piękny hotel. Czysty. Pokoje super. Obsługa sympatyczna tak samo animatorzy. Jedzenie różnorodne, smaczne, każdy coś dla siebie znajdzie. Snack bar i bar z drinkami. Szybko i sprawnie. 4 baseny. Woda czysta. Plaża blisko. Miasto też. Piękna okolica. Napewno jeszcze tam wrócę.

Ho soggiornato 10 giorni ad Agosto in camera doppia standard. Struttura ristrutturata di recente quindi ambiente molto piacevole ed ancora ben tenuto, mi ha colpito molto la pulizia si delle camere che degli ambienti esterni. Le camere sono ben arredate e mantenute nonchè pulitissime, complimenti al personale e alla struttura per le linee guida. per quanto riguarda i servizi sono presenti diverse piscine a seconda delle esigenze ed in tre location diverse, struttura un pò distante dalla spiaggia ma l'aspetto positivo è una piacevole camminata per andarci. per quanto riguarda il cibo essendo un all inclusive si tratta di servizio self service, cibo di discreta qualità, non mi è particolarmente piaciuto ma è altrsì vero che da italiano è abbastanza difficile soddisfarsi, nel complesso positivo, ambiente per la fruizione dei pasti un pò troppo rumoroso. Nel complesso giudizio buono, consigliato per coppie e famiglie

Très sympa le buffet convient à tous les goûts et il est toujours bien achalandé ! Surtout celui du soir Les verres sont quand même petit on doit se lever plusieurs fois pour se resservir L’hôtel est très beau, bel accueil, le personnel est très serviable et essaie de s’adapter à nous en parlant notre langue ! Il n’y a pas de petite planche à repasser dans la chambre. J’avais également demandé une vue sur mer mais je me suis retrouvée au rez de chaussée il fallait que je sorte sur la terrasse pour entrevoir la mer, et toutes les terrasses sont reliées donc d’autres personnes peuvent passer devant nous et voir ce qu’il se passe dans la chambre. On peut faire de la pétanque, du tennis, du billard, jouer aux échecs, il y a des aires de jeu pour les enfants, il y a une salle avec des tapis pour faire son sport (mais pas de machines de musculation ou alors je ne l’ai pas vu), il y a un spa. Le bar donne des boissons avec le all inclusive de 18h à minuit La mer est assez loin faut marcher environ 12 min pour arriver à la plage Je reviendrai !

The hotel is situated nicely for shopping, bars/restaurants and is about a 10 minute walk to the fabulous beach. The swimming pools are very good with ample seating and plenty of parasols. The restaurant is good and the evening meals were varied. The entertainment for the grownups in the evening was poor. Overall for the money the inclusive stay was very good and yes I would definitely go back.

In der Nebensaison ist das Resort angenehm ruhig und nicht überlaufen. Die Pools sind nicht voll, Tische sind immer frei und man kann gut parken. Mein Zimmer war zum Eingang gerichtet und morgens/abends sind die Busse doch laut zu hören. Dann lieber mit Seeblick buchen wenn frei. Das WLAN hat bei mir nicht funktioniert.

sehr schönes sauberes Hotel. alle Mitarbeiter waren total nett und freundlich. Buffet war mega; natürlich wiederholen sich manche Speisen, es gab aber jeden Tag ein anderes "Highlight". Getränkeauswahl trotz allinklusiv sehr groß, jedoch wie in jedem all-in-Hotel waren einige Cocktails für uns nicht genießbar. Ist aber Geschmackssache. Einziger Minuspunkt: Wasser sollte rund um die Uhr verfügbar sein. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The property is clean and well maintained. We stayed in a family room. It was spacious, 2 rooms, room with double bed and living room with sofa bed. Beds were very comfy. We had issue with the shower room - the water was clogging and it was wrongly slopped - the water was coming out of shower into the floor. Room cleaners were very prompt and room was ready when we were back to the room. Food was a nice but very few veg options.

El alojamiento estaba sucio en especial las zonas comunes por ejemplo.... llegamos el primer día y había en el suelo de acceso a las habitaciones de la primera planta unos vasos y copas....cuando dejemos el hotel allí seguian. Necesita una buena mano de pintura.

Albergo posizionato molto bene a morro jable. Pur troppo le aspettative erano più alte. Niente da dire per la camera. Pulita, vista mare realistica, molto spaziosa. Cosa che non posso dire dei spazi comuni. È vero che è un albergo di più di 4000 camere e ci sono molti ospiti veramente maleducati che lasciano bichieri cibi e qualsiasi cosa in giro, ma trovare un bicchiere pieno di mozziconi di sigaretta sul muretto del entrata della nostra camera per tutta la durata del soggiorno è veramente troppo. (Noi in famiglia non fumiamo). Il cibo abbondante ma sempre ripetitivo. Alcolici abbondanti ma con qualità veramente scadente. Animazione quasi inesistente. Con questa capienza e con tutto all inclusive noi puoi affidare tutto a 2 ragazze, sicuramente non professionisti. Poi la cosa più fastidiosa erano quando gli ospiti si attaccavano con le bottiglie nei dispenser delle bibite. Centinaia di persone che usano i stessi distributori. A sto punto si rischiava di trovare qualche dentiera attaccato al distributore. È vero che c'erano dei cartelli in più lingue che lo vietavano, ma non abbiamo mai visto un membro del personale a riprendere queste persone. Ci siamo arressi, ci potevamo da bere ai pasti da soli

posizione fronte mare ottima; Struttura grande con ombrelloni e lettini sempre disponibili; La struttura presenta alcune zone che richiedono manutenzione ed aggiornamento: alcuni corridoi che portano alle stanze, alcui punti dell'appartamento e palestra. Purtroppo in alcuni punti del villaggio rimanevano bicchieri e piattini sporchi per alcuni giorni, come se il servizio pulizia non passasse.

La prima stanza era pulita meglio , nella seconda c’era cattivo odore dal bagno e le lenzuola erano pulite di bucato ma sempre macchiate o striate. La signora non riassettava bene, c’erano sempre capelli per terra. I copri materassi sono fastidiosi ma tutto sommato ci si dorme bene. Per quanto non sia friendly e per il cibo debbo dire non ci fossero soluzioni pronte vegane, tipo burger o tofu , lo chef Nico mi ha dato una mano sia per la colazione che per la cena facendomi trovare un piatto apposito vegano ( pancakes e tofu ) . L’animazione era coinvolgente e sembra che agli ospiti piacesse, io ho fatto solo acqua gym. Il ricevimento è molto professionale ma distaccato, non proprio guest oriented, fanno il loro ma nulla di più.

The buffet has everything you could want. Snack bars too. Clean rooms and very nice staff, often quite good at English or German. Remember to get a room - not only with a sea view - but also with sunshine!

Très sympa le buffet convient à tous les goûts et il est toujours bien achalandé ! Surtout celui du soir Les verres sont quand même petit on doit se lever plusieurs fois pour se resservir L’hôtel est très beau, bel accueil, le personnel est très serviable et essaie de s’adapter à nous en parlant notre langue ! Il n’y a pas de petite planche à repasser dans la chambre. J’avais également demandé une vue sur mer mais je me suis retrouvée au rez de chaussée il fallait que je sorte sur la terrasse pour entrevoir la mer, et toutes les terrasses sont reliées donc d’autres personnes peuvent passer devant nous et voir ce qu’il se passe dans la chambre. On peut faire de la pétanque, du tennis, du billard, jouer aux échecs, il y a des aires de jeu pour les enfants, il y a une salle avec des tapis pour faire son sport (mais pas de machines de musculation ou alors je ne l’ai pas vu), il y a un spa. Le bar donne des boissons avec le all inclusive de 18h à minuit La mer est assez loin faut marcher environ 12 min pour arriver à la plage Je reviendrai !

Albergo posizionato molto bene a morro jable. Pur troppo le aspettative erano più alte. Niente da dire per la camera. Pulita, vista mare realistica, molto spaziosa. Cosa che non posso dire dei spazi comuni. È vero che è un albergo di più di 4000 camere e ci sono molti ospiti veramente maleducati che lasciano bichieri cibi e qualsiasi cosa in giro, ma trovare un bicchiere pieno di mozziconi di sigaretta sul muretto del entrata della nostra camera per tutta la durata del soggiorno è veramente troppo. (Noi in famiglia non fumiamo). Il cibo abbondante ma sempre ripetitivo. Alcolici abbondanti ma con qualità veramente scadente. Animazione quasi inesistente. Con questa capienza e con tutto all inclusive noi puoi affidare tutto a 2 ragazze, sicuramente non professionisti. Poi la cosa più fastidiosa erano quando gli ospiti si attaccavano con le bottiglie nei dispenser delle bibite. Centinaia di persone che usano i stessi distributori. A sto punto si rischiava di trovare qualche dentiera attaccato al distributore. È vero che c'erano dei cartelli in più lingue che lo vietavano, ma non abbiamo mai visto un membro del personale a riprendere queste persone. Ci siamo arressi, ci potevamo da bere ai pasti da soli

In der Nebensaison ist das Resort angenehm ruhig und nicht überlaufen. Die Pools sind nicht voll, Tische sind immer frei und man kann gut parken. Mein Zimmer war zum Eingang gerichtet und morgens/abends sind die Busse doch laut zu hören. Dann lieber mit Seeblick buchen wenn frei. Das WLAN hat bei mir nicht funktioniert.

sehr schönes sauberes Hotel. alle Mitarbeiter waren total nett und freundlich. Buffet war mega; natürlich wiederholen sich manche Speisen, es gab aber jeden Tag ein anderes "Highlight". Getränkeauswahl trotz allinklusiv sehr groß, jedoch wie in jedem all-in-Hotel waren einige Cocktails für uns nicht genießbar. Ist aber Geschmackssache. Einziger Minuspunkt: Wasser sollte rund um die Uhr verfügbar sein. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The property is clean and well maintained. We stayed in a family room. It was spacious, 2 rooms, room with double bed and living room with sofa bed. Beds were very comfy. We had issue with the shower room - the water was clogging and it was wrongly slopped - the water was coming out of shower into the floor. I stayed in room 721 which had a great seaview and view of the mountains. The eagle-eyed will see a shortcut from the hotel into the mountains. It's a short walk from bus stops to/from the airport. Food was nice. The staff work super-hard and the hotel could do with employing more to ease the pressure. I would recommend.

Ha sido una experiencia fantástica. Desde el minuto uno te hacen sentir fenomenal y olvidarte de todo. Las habitaciones están muy limpias y son muy chulas. Hay varios bares en las piscinas donde poder tomar algo o incluso comer si no quieres subir al comedor. La comida está genial, tanto en el comedor como en el bar de snacks, y el trato del personal es excelente. Gente como Milena, Kevin, Fabio, Paula, hacen que las vacaciones sean más vacaciones. Los animadores del hotel (muy cracks) se encargan de que puedas estar entretenido, preparando actividades como ping pong, petanca, dardos... y espectáculos por la noche. Coincidimos por casualidad con Daniel, director del hotel. Persona súper cercana y agradable. Nos encanto tanto el trato con los empleados del hotel como con nosotros. Hotel muy recomendable. Nosotros estamos deseando volver ya!!

El hotel muy nuevo y limpio, se aparca bien el hotel esta en pimera linea de playa aunque la playa esta a 15 minutos andando, algunos camareros son entrañables otros dan verguenza la forma que te tratan y lo peor la comida mucha, pero de muy baja calidad y destinada a publico Ingles, por cierto las hamburguesas son lo peor.

Ho soggiornato 10 giorni ad Agosto in camera doppia standard. Struttura ristrutturata di recente quindi ambiente molto piacevole ed ancora ben tenuto, mi ha colpito molto la pulizia si delle camere che degli ambienti esterni. Le camere sono ben arredate e mantenute nonchè pulitissime, complimenti al personale e alla struttura per le linee guida. per quanto riguarda i servizi sono presenti diverse piscine a seconda delle esigenze ed in tre location diverse, struttura un pò distante dalla spiaggia ma l'aspetto positivo è una piacevole camminata per andarci. per quanto riguarda il cibo essendo un all inclusive si tratta di servizio self service, cibo di discreta qualità, non mi è particolarmente piaciuto ma è altrsì vero che da italiano è abbastanza difficile soddisfarsi, nel complesso positivo, ambiente per la fruizione dei pasti un pò troppo rumoroso. Nel complesso giudizio buono, consigliato per coppie e famiglie

The hotel is situated nicely for shopping, bars/restaurants and is about a 10 minute walk to the fabulous beach. The swimming pools are very good with ample seating and plenty of parasols. The restaurant is good and the evening meals were varied. The entertainment for the grownups in the evening was poor. Overall for the money the inclusive stay was very good and yes I would definitely go back.

Everybody from the staff was super friendly. Food was okay, all inclusive did worth it. Pools were not heated hence the water was cold (even the ocean was warmer). Coffee was terrible. Everything else was great! Recommended!

Gute Unterkunft mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Zimmergröße vollkommen zufriedenstellend. Parkplätze vor dem Hotel ausreichend vorhanden. Das Bad war auch solide. Das Essen war gut jedoch manchmal sehr monoton. Mehr Abwechslung wäre ein Vorteil. Trotzdem würde ich die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.
Gute Unterkunft mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Zimmergröße vollkommen zufriedenstellend. Parkplätze vor dem Hotel ausreichend vorhanden. Das Bad war auch solide. Das Essen war gut jedoch manchmal sehr monoton. Mehr Abwechslung wäre ein Vorteil. Trotzdem würde ich die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Don't know why people give this hotel such good reviews, probably have not stayed at other all inclusive hotels. Unbranded cheap alcohol drinks. Amstel beer in small cups...horrible. No bottled drinking water, not even for your room,and smelly old towels for your shower. This is the first time I had to buy my own drinks from a supermarket while I was all inclusive

De locatie is fantastisch. Zonsopgang was prachtig te zien vanaf de infinitypool. Drankjes waren matig. Hebben het gehouden bij bier en wijn.

Check in very slow, rooms were good with good walk in shower Food at all times was good with plenty of choice Beverages were poor beer in very small 20cl glasses. Hot drinks from all machines was at best warm Plenty of sunbeds available throughout the day by the pools

It was a good relaxing time spent with nice walks along with beach, food had an great choice to eat but wasn't very hot and the deserts were mostly the same each night.

Rooms are good , facilities are okish ...food is repeated..we were vegetarian so food was very much repeated for us. Kids mini club was excellent..animation team were very friendly and bar near the pool was heated.. drinks were average room were cleaned
