Very dirty pillows, pictures do not match at all when you arrive at the place. This is more of a hostile than a hotel. Very far from the beach. The pool was dirty. Do not recommend this place.

The staff was pleasant but spoke minimal English. The location is convenient and close to El Tunco. The hotel provided free bottled water and reliable Wi-Fi, but the overall experience was disappointing. Hotel advertised a free cooked-to-order breakfast, but the food seemed reheated rather than freshly prepared. Additionally, the Signature Room claimed to have a private plunge pool, but the pool did not appear operable at all. I asked twice for it to be cleaned so that I could use it, but nothing was done. The courtyard was also poorly maintained, which made the area feel neglected.

Amazing staff and place! So unique and charming, I’ll definitely stay here again if I am back in the area. Clean, comfortable, safe…felt like a home away from home.
