Great base for visiting family. Easy for them to come back and forth, as plenty of room and very spacious. Far better than what we had imagined. It was spotless and well equipped. Large TV in living area, and master bedroom and small TV in the kids bedroom. 2 x bathrooms, the en-suite had full size bath and over shower, sink and toilet. With the second bathroom having shower, sink and toilet. Kitchen had plenty of cupboard space, gas cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, cutlery, crockery, utensils, glasses, pans etc.. also had a little welcome pack with washing up liquid, cloth, tea towel and bin bags. In the fridge was a milk and bottle of juice (thank u, they were most welcome). Bedding was provided for all beds, but no towels, so you need to take these yourself which we did, but missed a towel/ bath mat when we got out of the shower in the en-suite as the floor was wet and slippery, so pack an extra one for the floor. Overall it was great! Would recommend and will definitely be booking again! We stayed late November so was out of season, and shops, clubhouse etc not open on site but bar was.

This was my 1st time at pearl an I thought it was really welcoming the staff was real nice an helpfull the caravan was really good size loads room so quite on a nite . The swimming was good cold but good entertainment was good loved the music n won on the bingo. Only down fall was Thier was no big sweeping brush or hoover to clean an with me having bad legs it was hard to sweep the floors with the little hand brush an shovel other then that we enjoyed our stay will come back again 😀

However, apart from Buckets pub on site and The Trawlerman pub opposite, there isn't really anywhere else close by to eat and drink unless you take the car. But both bars served good food. Staff at Cleethorpes Pearl were all really nice, friendly and helpful and there are loads of play areas for the kids, as well as the pool. Not sure we'd stay again as we weren't impressed with Cleethorpes itself but for families looking for a relatively cheap getaway this site has it all.

Lovely site that clearly has had lots of refurbishment recently .. outdoor pool (heated) was great, great parks , food and drinks good !! Walking distance to the sea abs beach next to haven - lovely pub also across the road for carvery !! Nice site if you want to avoid the craziness of haven next door

Super shout out to the poolside lifeguards, they were all completely ‘on it’ with regards to pool safety and safeguarding. All staff we came across were super friendly and helpful. We had a caravan quite near to the amenities so it was very noisy, one night it was going on until 2am which wasn’t ideal however understandable being close to the clubhouse and bar etc. caravan was a superior and was only 1 year old! Extremely tidy, spacious and we LOVED the little walk in wardrobe. No WiFi at the caravan, but phone signal was perfectly fine. Free WiFi at the bar though. Drinks and food were typically heightened in price, but nothing too extortionate. Brilliant for kids, entertainment is ok. Tiresome for adults, but for young children it is exactly the right amount of ‘annoying’ hahah! Overall a lovely stay. We would say the only problem we had, was anyone could just walk/drive in or out the park. There were no barriers to stop strangers going in, and the ‘security’ box was never occupied lol. That’s pretty much the only thing we could knock it for! I will say though, apart from the 2 parks and pool in the daytime there isn’t anything really to do for the kids. Only from 6pm there comes the ‘kids show’ in the showbar. So for any arcades etc you do have to be able to travel down to the seafront. (6 mins in a car, 30-45 min walk or 15 min bus journey to the main arcade strip where the pier and beach are) something to bare in mind x

We had the most wonderful time staff helpful and kind. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The pool and late movie were brilliant idea and playgrounds were safe and clean. Entertainment was great and fun.

Prices on drink and food not bad .Make sure you ask for wi-fi not all caravans have this i just used my hot spot of my phone .Lovely stay bed where clean and comfortable we deff use this site again .

Lovely caravan, clean and spacious. We loved it so mych we booked an extra night. Amazing value for money. We had a minor issue with the bath tap not giving out hot water but the staff sent maintainance and he quickly changed the tap. Nothing major as we did have a separate shower but i really fancied a bath. Staff all polite and helpful. We are already planning a return visit.

Slightly disappointed, being a luxury caravan having to inform office due to caravan not as clean as expected. But dealt with very quickly. Light not working in hot tub. But hot tub was wonderful. Used a couple of times a day. 3 night stay so well used. Nice relaxing vacation.

What a welcoming place ☺️ Everything was spot on. Lovely location. Staff friendly and helpful. Site was spotless. Caravan superb. Can't fault anything. Excellent holiday in every respect. 😎

The accommodation and the whole site was absolutely spotless. The accommodation was stunning and really well equipped as well as little touches you don't normally find. The staff are really friendly and can't do enough for you. Probably the best site I have been to and will certainly use them again.

This caravan site actually care about you as a customer from the mini tire arrived to the mini I left I actually felt cared for the caravan was a luxury caravan which is exactly what I booked. I had a fabulous week. Really enjoyed it even with a little mixup that I made they resolved it straight away which was great. The staff lovely to talk to and really friendly would highly recommend and have rebooked again for March everyone was just fantastic

This is a lovely caravan park, great location, well looked after, unfortunately our caravan was a bit tired, lacking hooks, drawers, shower holder didnt hold the shower head, light switch in bedroom by the door, so couldnt switch it off when in bed! things that really would be expected. Stayed in 2023 and had a fabulous caravan, so was disappointing that 2024 was not up to scratch.

Lovely caravan, clean and spacious. We loved it so mych we booked an extra night. Amazing value for money. We had a minor issue with the bath tap not giving out hot water but the staff sent maintainance and he quickly changed the tap. Nothing major as we did have a separate shower but i really fancied a bath. Staff all polite and helpful. We are already planning a return visit.

However, apart from Buckets pub on site and The Trawlerman pub opposite, there isn't really anywhere else close by to eat and drink unless you take the car. But both bars served good food. Staff at Cleethorpes Pearl were all really nice, friendly and helpful and there are loads of play areas for the kids, as well as the pool. Not sure we'd stay again as we weren't impressed with Cleethorpes itself but for families looking for a relatively cheap getaway this site has it all.

This caravan site actually care about you as a customer from the mini tire arrived to the mini I left I actually felt cared for the caravan was a luxury caravan which is exactly what I booked. I had a fabulous week. Really enjoyed it even with a little mixup that I made they resolved it straight away which was great. The staff lovely to talk to and really friendly would highly recommend and have rebooked again for March everyone was just fantastic

Super shout out to the poolside lifeguards, they were all completely ‘on it’ with regards to pool safety and safeguarding. All staff we came across were super friendly and helpful. We had a caravan quite near to the amenities so it was very noisy, one night it was going on until 2am which wasn’t ideal however understandable being close to the clubhouse and bar etc. caravan was a superior and was only 1 year old! We had the most wonderful time staff helpful and kind. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The pool and late movie were brilliant idea and playgrounds were safe and clean. Entertainment was great and fun.

Great base for visiting family. Easy for them to come back and forth, as plenty of room and very spacious. Far better than what we had imagined. It was spotless and well equipped. Large TV in living area, and master bedroom and small TV in the kids bedroom. 2 x bathrooms, the en-suite had full size bath and over shower, sink and toilet. With the second bathroom having shower, sink and toilet. Kitchen had plenty of cupboard space, gas cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, cutlery, crockery, utensils, glasses, pans etc.. also had a little welcome pack with washing up liquid, cloth, tea towel and bin bags. In the fridge was a milk and bottle of juice (thank u, they were most welcome). Bedding was provided for all beds, but no towels, so you need to take these yourself which we did, but missed a towel/ bath mat when we got out of the shower in the en-suite as the floor was wet and slippery, so pack an extra one for the floor. Overall it was great! Would recommend and will definitely be booking again! We stayed late November so was out of season, and shops, clubhouse etc not open on site but bar was.

Walking distance to the sea abs beach next to haven - lovely pub also across the road for carvery !! Nice site if you want to avoid the craziness of haven next door

This is a lovely caravan park, great location, well looked after, unfortunately our caravan was a bit tired, lacking hooks, drawers, shower holder didnt hold the shower head, light switch in bedroom by the door, so couldnt switch it off when in bed! things that really would be expected. Stayed in 2023 and had a fabulous caravan, so was disappointing that 2024 was not up to scratch.

Super shout out to the poolside lifeguards, they were all completely ‘on it’ with regards to pool safety and safeguarding. All staff we came across were super friendly and helpful. We had a caravan quite near to the amenities so it was very noisy, one night it was going on until 2am which wasn’t ideal however understandable being close to the clubhouse and bar etc. caravan was a superior and was only 1 year old! Extremely tidy, spacious and we LOVED the little walk in wardrobe. No WiFi at the caravan, but phone signal was perfectly fine. Free WiFi at the bar though. Drinks and food were typically heightened in price, but nothing too extortionate. Brilliant for kids, entertainment is ok. Tiresome for adults, but for young children it is exactly the right amount of ‘annoying’ hahah! Overall a lovely stay. We would say the only problem we had, was anyone could just walk/drive in or out the park. There were no barriers to stop strangers going in, and the ‘security’ box was never occupied lol. That’s pretty much the only thing we could knock it for! I will say though, apart from the 2 parks and pool in the daytime there isn’t anything really to do for the kids. Only from 6pm there comes the ‘kids show’ in the showbar. So for any arcades etc you do have to be able to travel down to the seafront. (6 mins in a car, 30-45 min walk or 15 min bus journey to the main arcade strip where the pier and beach are) something to bare in mind x

all in all good value for money. some room for improvement and points of attention are that it is a bit sparse with kitchen utensils and dishes, especially if the house is full. and that there is practically no place for the many wet towels you naturally have when you bathe so much, so they are difficult to dry again.

Clean caravan ... and places to go are easy to get to ... walk to the beach is about 30 to 40 mins depending on pace of your walk . Places to eat are near by and there are choices for all . The bar person who served me for breakfast on the 3rd day was helpful, but other staff seemed a bit off putting like they didn't want to be there to work . The breakfast was average and vegan sausages were tasteless like it been in the air fryer so was dry . Food took a while to come like 20 mins even though there were hardly anyone else waiting . Overall experience was good and the kids enjoyed the pool and the local play area .

There was absolutely no things left like salt and pepper washing up liquid of any amount . No towels and the beds were very uncomfortable. The general condition was satisfactory however the floor was dirty and had to be moped. The overall vibe wasn't very welcoming as the caravan felt soulless. Having said all that, the value was very good and we would visit again, despite these niggles.
