The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, no restaurants around. I thought it was very price for the area. Also, there was a lot of space for parking. However they still charged $15 per car per room. I had 2 rooms and only one car with 4 adults and they charged me for 2 parking spots. I called to dispute the extra parking space and I didn't get a response nor a refund for that.

It wasn’t around anything so it was quiet but walks were dirty , elevator sounded like it was going to break and when asking at check in places to eat the lady knew of nothing except their restaurant and Cane’s yet within 10 minutes lots of places to eat.

I thought charging for parking was unnecessary since so much parking was available and parking spaces were not an issue. I understand having to do this in big cities where space is limited but not at a property that is surrounded by so much open space.

I booked for four nights and ended up staying for just two. Because I booked through a third party vendor (who agreed to refund the additional two nights), Hilton Garden Inn refused to allow a refund for the nights I didn't stay. They did however check me out early and let someone else pay for that room again. All in, I paid double the price to stay two nights at a hotel, that does not offer complimentary breakfast (that's $20/day) or parking ($15/night). The room faced the freeway and was very noisy. This is terrible customer service. Highly not recommended.

this property was nice, the only thing I did not like is that the bathroom was dirty, there was hair all over the bathroom floor, sink and tub. If there’s one thing I really want is to have a clean room but especially a clean bathroom and this was not the case for this hotel.

The facility was great. Unfortunately our second night room 314 cranked there TV volume up at 1 am and woke us up. I had to ask the desk attendant to come up and ask them to turn it down.

My recent stay at this Hilton hotel was extremely disappointing and frustrating. Check-In Issues: - Upon arrival, we were given a room with a non-working AC. - After requesting a new room, we were asked to wait an hour while they attempted to resolve the issue. - During this time, we were even asked if we could stay in the room overnight despite the broken AC, as there were no other rooms available. Resolution Delays: - The clerk at the front desk gave us the runaround, and it wasn't until 11:30 PM that we finally received a new room. - This resolution was only achieved because a new clerk came on duty, and I had to call Hilton directly and Hotels.com to escalate the issue. **Misleading Property Description:** - The hotel is advertised as an ocean view property, but it is actually located next to the freeway, nowhere near the ocean. Hotel Condition: - The condition of the hotel is rapidly deteriorating, with visible mold and peeling paint. Overall, this was one of the worst Hilton experiences I have ever had. I would highly recommend finding a different establishment to stay at.

Staff front desk was very friendly. Hotel is nice and clean. My room was facing the highway so there was hiway noise. Parking was plentiful and seemed safe, no homeless or riff raff walking around. Hospitality staff was also very friendly. Did not try the breakfast.

We always stay at the garden Inn when we’re in town. Comfortable rooms, nice restaurant in the hotel, and a nice fitness center. Oh, and the staff are very attentive and friendly.

I like that it’s very convenient to get on and off the freeway. It’s clean and the staff is nice. I don’t like that the bar closes early.

When I checked in, and been asked to pay 20 dollars for parking. There doesn’t indicate when I booked my room. I had my card ready and saw the pad with $213 amount. I mentioned I paid when I booked the room. The manager said I got a good deal with my stay but we were not there to take advantage of the hotel. The breakfast offered bagels without toaster and cream cheese, the oatmeal without brown sugar. We do not mind to pay for breakfast. But the experience is awful. I booked for 4 people room with bathtub. The room for us only has 3 bath towels and shower, Instead. The room number 331 is next to the high way and the paint smell is still strong. We tried to open the window and let the air flow in the night but the noise from the high way makes impossible to do so. The shower room is not well designed. My elbow hit the door bar several times when I had my shower. During the night, there is green light consistently blinking. Only way to avoid is close your eyes.

I booked for four nights and ended up staying for just two. Because I booked through a third party vendor (who agreed to refund the additional two nights), Hilton Garden Inn refused to allow a refund for the nights I didn't stay. They did however check me out early and let someone else pay for that room again. All in, I paid double the price to stay two nights at a hotel, that does not offer complimentary breakfast (that's $20/day) or parking ($15/night). The room faced the freeway and was very noisy. This is terrible customer service. Highly not recommended.

Parking was not included, breakfast was not included. The staff was really friendly and super helpful. Restaurant was open all night and bar was open until 11pm. Very convenient.

Was a nice hotel except for the loud noise from the room above. The noise was at 1:30am-3am and happened again until I switched to the upper room.

Wonderful lobby when you first walk in. Nice and open, and it feels fresh. Front desk staff were very helpful and easy to talk to. The room itself appeared clean as soon as we got it. As I looked closer while watching TV, I noticed several things on the walls. I saw either a footprint or handprint, saw a couple of interesting "stains", the painting on the wall was upside down, and there are big cracks on the floor. If management doesn't stop the cracks soon, it will become a problem. OTHERWISE, the bed was comfortable, the AC worked perfectly, and the shower size was great! I would consider staying again, but maybe in a different room. (Rm 312, KING Bed)

Excellent location if you want to be close to Sequoia, service was great and rooms excellent. Great amenities Parking is free they used to charge but not anymore.
