Saratoga Hotel Sultanahmet

Tiny, charmless place with brusque manager. The reviews (of which there were only a few) were clearly written by themselves. There are 500 nicer hotels on the city.

Room was super clean, staff was the friendliest ever. The hotel is in a great location. Everything was perfect.

So many issues with this hotel—it just is not a great place to stay. The photos on the website do not reflect the reality of the rooms. Our room had low sloping ceilings, no light, and a heater unit that had black mold in it. They refused to put an extra lamp in the room. The bathroom was incredibly dark. The hotel staff had noted my request for two beds for my kids but failed to confirm this. I had communicated this request during the reservation process and through what’s app. I would not recommend this place to anyone who is allergic to mold

Wonderful boutique hotel less than a minute walk to the blue mosque and Hagia Sophia. The staff Hayreddin, umit and zohyu were fantastic guy’s and helped me with anything I needed as it was my first time in Istanbul. The ladies in the kitchen were so lovely and always asking if I needed anything else.I highly recommend this hotel
