Overall it was a nice stay. A very big hotel it’s a lot of walking to get around. Cuttlery needs to be ina. Central area where the plates are. Alcohol felt a bit watered down but other than that, I was happy with everything. Thank you again

Merhaba Otel genel olarak çok güzel , denizi güzel, yemekler çok çeşitli ve lezzetli, personel çok ama çok güleryüzlü ve yardımcı. İki konuda eleştirim olacak, biri kesinlikle sahilde olan şezlong kapılma problemine bir çözüm bulunmalı, sabah 6-7 de şezlonglar kapılıyor ve en az 4-5 saat sahipleri gelmiyor, otel kurallarında yazılı olduğu gibi 1 ya da 2 saat sonra havlularınız şezlongdan kaldırılacak kuralı uygulanmıyor kısacası hikaye, her sabah kavga var sahilde, dolayısıyla bu tekrar gelmemi etkileyecek bir konu. Bu vesile ile sahilde görevli olan Hüsnü bey e çok çok teşekkürler bu kadar sıkıntılı durumu tek başına çözmeye çalışıyor bravo ona 👏👏👏 ikinci sorun ise ben resepsiyonun olduğu ana binada konakladım, 3.katta, duş tıkalı idi, katı temizleyenlere bilgi verdim düzelmedi.

Definitiv nicht weiter zu empfehlen!! Ich kann hier die positiven Kommentare sowas von Garnicht wiedergeben. Es ging schon beim Check in los. In jedes Hotel darfst du um 14 Uhr auf dein Zimmer. Wir sind 14.15 Uhr angekommen und uns wird gesagt, dass leider kein Zimmer für uns bereit steht und wir uns einwenig gedulden sollen. Nachdem wir 1 Stunde was gegessen haben war endlich das Zimmer bereit. Danach sollten wir warten das ein Personal uns zum Zimmer begleitet und es kamm einfach fast 10 min kein Personal. Nachdem der gute alte Herr endlich Zeit hatte, hat er uns auf unser Zimmer geführt. Nächste Katastrophe, vom Lobby bis zu unser Zimmer sind wir gefühlt 5 min gelaufen. ( Das ging dann jeden Tag so) egal ob zum Essen ins Restaurant, oder einfach an den Pool, Mann musste jedesmal gefühlte 5 min hin und 5min zurück laufen. Das Zimmer war schön groß, doch da hört es auch schon auf. Es gab einfach mangelhaft Licht im Zimmer. Einfach 2 Tischlampen für das große Zimmer aufgestellt. Blick vom Balkon war in ein kleines Wald, wo direkt dahinter die Hauptstraße lag. Die nächste Katastrophe haben wir dann jeden Tag im Hauptrestaurant erlebt. Das Personal hat sowas von keine Lust zu arbeiten und bedient wirst du gefühlt nach 15 min. Also haben wir unsere Getränke immer selber geholt. Es gab leider kein lächelndes Gesicht egal ob bei der Bedienung oder bei den Köchen. Das Essen war Einfach nur Hundefutter, zwar reich an Sorten aber null Geschmack. Marmaris ist aber eine tolle Stadt.

A very large grand hotel, pool not big enough for the hotel, feel like a sardine on the sun beds. No cocktails served at pool bar drinks around the pool are in small cardboard cups, should be reusable plastic as the just tastes of cardboard. Our bungalow room was amazing but will not return to this hotel as for me it does not have an exciting holiday vibe more corporate.

Otelde temizlik , misafirperverlik iyiydi.Doğa ve deniz çok güzel.Lobide sokak kedilerinin koltuklarda yatması hoş değil.Yemek konusunda hergün ızgara olarak hindi eti çıkması, ızgara köfte dahi menüde olmaması, kokteylerin yalnızca girişteki lobby bar da hazırlanması , havuz deniz kenarındakilerde yalnızca bira şarap olması, snack barların tesisin içinde farklı yerlere dağıtılmış olması(hamburgeri başka yerden,pizza yı başka yerden ve dondurmayı başka yerden almak zorundasınız) olumsuz eleştirilerimiz arasında.Ama en büyük problem şezlong savaşları.Saat 7 de dahi inseniz boş şezlong kalmamış oluyor.Misafir sayısına göre şezlong sayısı çok az.Otel yönetiminin buna acil çözüm bulması gerekiyor. Genel olarak fiyat performans oteli.

Otel konum olarak çok güzeldi.Yeşillikler içinde olması özellikle çok hoşumuza gitti. Yemekleri ortalamaydı çok çeşit yoktu. Ama tatlıları efsaneydi. Hiçbiri ama hiçbiri kötü değildi. Genel bahsedilen sıkıntı vardı evet havuzbaşında ve plajda şezlong bulmak zordu. Bununla ilgili düzenlemeye gidilmesi iyi olur. Barda Dilara hanımın sohbeti ve ilgisi çok güzeldi teşekkürler tekrardan. Ancak plaj barda sadece bira ve şarap olması, alkol çeşitliliğinin azlığı, pastanede çok az çeşit olması olumsuz.

Nice hotel on the outskirts of Marmaris. Great hotel pool and very good access to the sea. Lots of sunbeds available. Food was good but not superb.

Beautiful and quite place to stay. I wish they have a bigger playground for kids and some kids programs like kids discoteka. More secluded and private beach. Highly recommend.

We had a great time overall. Location is fantastic, our bungalow was spacious and comfortable for a family of four with teenage kids. Food and drinks were good enough quality and plenty of it. Even wine was decent for simple, table wine. Pool was nice and very clean - it's a shame it's not heated as the water was very cold in October, so couldn't use it much. The only slight complaint is about the cleanliness of the room and it's condition. Room looked tired and would benefit from a refurbishment. The wine stain on the desk and the layer of dust, sitting on the bin's lid, were not cleaned for the entire stay. Cleaning is limited to making up beds and a quick refresh of the toilets.

Hotelin genel alanları temiz doğa ile iç içe çok güzel bir yer. Çalışanlar özverili ve yardımsever. Yemek çeşitliliği çok fazla ama bazı yemeklerde çok fazla lezzet yok. Snackler yeterli özellikle pizza çok lezzetli. Ustalar gözünüzün önünde ve özenle yapıyorlar. Dışarıda bile kolay bulabileceğiniz bir lezzet değil aslında. Verilen içkiler çok iyi değil biz sadece bira tükettik ama f/p diyebiliriz bunun için. Sahil ve deniz çok güzel hotelde havuzun nerede olduğunu bile bilmiyorduk. Ancak sahildeki duş sayıları yetersiz duş sayısı artarsa daha iyi olur. Otopark sıkıntısı yaşamadık aracımızı kolaylıkla kapalı otoparka koyduk. Biz anabinada konakladık genel alanlara yakın olduğundan güzeldi. Oda temizliği idare eder klimalar harika çalışıyor. Genel olarak memnun kaldık. yine gelir miyiz? Denizi ve doğası için kesinlikle evet ;)

Banyo havlumuz temiz degildi. Ayrica, dusakabin disari su sizdiriyordu ve klozetin yaninda su birikmisti. Onun disinda genel olarak otel temizligi cok iyiydi. Yemekler cok iyiydi. Personel ilgili ve guler yuzluydu.

Insgesamt wirkt das Hotel sehr sauber, außer Zimmer selbst - sie sind etwas älter mit vielen Gebrauchsspuren, auch die Reinigung ist mangelhaft.

The hotel is very nice and staff was amazing. The beach is beautiful. The food was very bad, and the room smelt like sewer, dirty septic tank. Was disgusting. The room would have been nice otherwise. Also had to walk up 6 flights of stairs to the room. Will not stay here again

Alert ⚠️ 📢 Avoid from that . We beed there 2 days ago and it was absolutely nightmare room. We couldn't sleep because of the rotten furniture and the disgusting smell of damp. We came from England and had a girls night at the hotel but the constant noise and sound didn't stop until the morning. The disgusting smell coming from the bathroom never went away. When we told the receptionist, they said they would take care of it but no one did anything. We moved to another hotel the next morning. Stay away from this hotel.

Otel eski ve temizlik vasat düzeyde. Yemeklerde çeşitlilik çok az ve yetersiz. Otelde garson yok denecek seviyede. Ne içecek servisi var ne de diğer eksiklerinizi giderebiliyorlar. Her işi kendiniz yapıyorsunuz. İçecek sırası, ızgara sırası derken doğru düzgün bir yemek yiyemiyorsunuz. Lobby bar'da pastane mevcut ama pastanede neredeyse hiç bir şey yok. Bu alanda sigara içilmiyor diye uyarıyorlar ama 2 masa ötede personel sigara içiyor. Bu şekilde bir kuralsızlık var. Otelin içi iş hanı gibi, sürekli bir fotoğrafçı masaj personeli, seyahat personeli bir yerlerden çıkıyor ve satış yapmak için yapışıyor bırakmıyor. Birde çalışanlar bahşiş için turistlerle daha bir ilgileniyorlar ancak Türk müşterilerin yüzüne bakmıyorlar. Alkollü içecek oldukça sınırlı, sadece JB viski bulabildim bilindik. Alkolsüz içecek makineleri sıkıntılı ve asitli bir şey içemiyorsunuz. Odalar için verilen kartlar sıkıntılı, her gün resepsiyonda yeniletmek gerekiyor yoksa kapıyı açmıyor. Masalar sandalyeler çok bakımsız, doğru düzgün dışarda oturulacak yer yok. Özetle, bu fiyat aralığında tercih etmenizi önermiyorum.

Otel çalışanları güleryüzlü ve samimi . Mutfağı iyi , doğa ve deniz içiçe . Hijyen konusunda gayet iyi. Tek eksiği bina biraz eski ama sonuç olarak güzel bir haftasonu geçirdik.

Balkonda sandalyeden tavana uzanan devasa örümcek ağı ve örümcek vardı konaklamız boyunca da bu temizlik ekibi tarafından farkedilip temizlenmedi. Balkondaki sandalyeler oturulacak gibi değildi. Duş muhtemelen tıkalı. 2 dk içinde kabin içi göl oluyor bunun dışında bir sorun yoktu

We booked a bungalow and were very pleased with our choice, they are situated a short walk from the main building and we found it to be very quiet and cosy, well stocked with water, tea and coffee and cleaned every day.

Her yıl maalesef daha da kötüye gidiyor. Özellikle kötü yemek, orta altı temizlik ve bakımsızlık çok göze çarpıyor artık. Animasyonlar kendini tekrar ediyor. Bu kadar güzel bir konuma ve bunca alana sahip olup bunu çok kötü değerlendirmeleri üzücü. Çok sevdiğimiz bir otel, umarım kısa sürede toparlanıp kendine yaraşan seviyeye döner. Sevgiler

It was a very strange set up restaurants with only 25 covers in a hotel that catered for hundreds of people almost like they were pretending to be something they weren’t don’t get me wrong the restaurant was lovely, the rooms were tired not horrendous just very strange..1 barman for no apparent reason…. Sea views were fabulous…

One of the worst nightmares. Since the check in till check out it was the worst hotel i had ever stayed in. I really regret the money i spent in this hotel. Reception didn’t know if there are rooms to upgrade as a golden member perks of hotel location of my room was terrible i had to listen to the cars since it was facing car parking. Air conditioning was hot. Toilet was dirty i had to clean it myself. Food and drinks was terrible i had to stick with salads for two days and there is always rush in collecting the food. One of the really bothering thing that you have to accept the moving around staff removing the dishes while you are trying to pour food for yourself so if you want to be lucky and get food you have to be fast or as i did on the second day I poured all courses first then sat to eat. The hotel was not full occupied: many empty rooms and bungalow's so i was wondering what the case would be if it was summer. One good thing about it was the location and few friendly staff such as the pool staff. In general avoid it ! i was fooled when i saw vip access on hotels i chose to book but it has nothing to do with the other vip access hotels that i booked in before through hotels so don’t expect any special thing or perks in fact it was a waist of money

Nice place to stay. Friendly and very helpful staff. Nice restaurants and food options. Good size swimming pool with plenty sun deck chairs. One drawback or negative was mini fridge in room which wasn’t in working condition. As I’m diabetic and need to store my insulin in fridge. I requested for a replacement which didn’t happened even after couple reminders. I ended up asking staff at the reception to keep my insulin in fridge they had there. Also, they don’t provide iron and ironing stand. It was mentioned on their website guest can get iron and stand if they wish.

Room was very good most staf where ok meal times we had to find our own cutlery n sometime had had to clean our own table food wasn’t as good as other hotels we have stayed in know it’s the last week of the season but this shouldn’t reflect the service the hotel should supply safe to say don’t think we will be recommending or returning

Odalar çok temiz ve konforlu. Özellikle bungolovlar çok iyi. Otel aşırı kalabalıktı ve hava kötü olduğundan herkes içeride kalmak durumunda kaldı. Personel yetersizliğinden hizmet aksadı.

Booked hotel after my first hotel in icmeler was a disaster, this place and the staff was amazing! Beautiful grounds top entertainment and the entertainment team made me feel welcome and appreciated.

Personel güler yüzlü, yemekler içecekler kaliteli, sessiz sakin, aktivetesi çok bir tamamen rahat edebileceğiniz bir otel. Aileme ve arkadaşlarıma rahatlıkla tavsiye edebileceğim bir tesis.

Yemekler çok lezzetli, personel çok ilgili, deniz harika. Konumu çok güzel bir otel. 2. Kez geliyorum ve önümüzdeki dönemlerde tekrar gelirim o derece memnunum.

Ruhig gelegene Hotelanlage. Mit dem Fahrrad (kann man dort mieten) ist mal schnell in Icmeler oder Marmaris für Ausflüge. Essen ist super: Immer eine große Auswahl von Gerichten mit jeder Menge vegetarischen Optionen.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns als Familie sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist sehr gut und ruhig gelegen. Idyllisch und sehr gemütlich. Die Zimmer sind groß, sauber und Top ausgestattet (Familienbungalow). Essen ist sehr vielfältig. Der Strand gut und sauber. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß und schön. Die Göste auch zivilisiert und gemischt- keine „hau alles auf‘n Teller“-Gäste.

Even wine was decent for simple, table wine. Pool was nice and very clean - it's a shame it's not heated as the water was very cold in October, so couldn't use it much. The only slight complaint is about the cleanliness of the room and it's condition. Room looked tired and would benefit from a refurbishment. The wine stain on the desk and the layer of dust, sitting on the bin's lid, were not cleaned for the entire stay. Cleaning is limited to making up beds and a quick refresh of the toilets.

Room was very good most staf where ok meal times we had to find our own cutlery n sometime had had to clean our own table food wasn’t as good as other hotels we have stayed in know it’s the last week of the season but this shouldn’t reflect the service the hotel should supply safe to say don’t think we will be recommending or returning

Hotelin genel alanları temiz doğa ile iç içe çok güzel bir yer. Çalışanlar özverili ve yardımsever. Yemek çeşitliliği çok fazla ama bazı yemeklerde çok fazla lezzet yok. Snackler yeterli özellikle pizza çok lezzetli. Ustalar gözünüzün önünde ve özenle yapıyorlar. Dışarıda bile kolay bulabileceğiniz bir lezzet değil aslında. Verilen içkiler çok iyi değil biz sadece bira tükettik ama f/p diyebiliriz bunun için. Sahil ve deniz çok güzel hotelde havuzun nerede olduğunu bile bilmiyorduk. Ancak sahildeki duş sayıları yetersiz duş sayısı artarsa daha iyi olur. Otopark sıkıntısı yaşamadık aracımızı kolaylıkla kapalı otoparka koyduk. Biz anabinada konakladık genel alanlara yakın olduğundan güzeldi. Oda temizliği idare eder klimalar harika çalışıyor. Genel olarak memnun kaldık. yine gelir miyiz? Denizi ve doğası için kesinlikle evet ;)

Havuz ve plaj barda sadece bira ve sarap olması kötüydü. Ayrıca biralar aşırı köpüklü ve basit kokteyller bile hiçbir zaman birbirinin aynısı olmuyor. Yemekler daha iyi olabilirdi, bunlarin dışında her sey iyiydi. Hem odalar hem de cevre cok temizdi, konum cok iyi yesillikler icinde guzel bir manzara.

Yemek te aşırı yoğunluk ve sıra var hiçbir önlem alınmadı yemekler kalitesiz ve oturacak yer yok

Otel konum olarak çok güzeldi.Yeşillikler içinde olması özellikle çok hoşumuza gitti. Yemekleri ortalamaydı çok çeşit yoktu. Ama tatlıları efsaneydi. Hiçbiri ama hiçbiri kötü değildi. Genel bahsedilen sıkıntı vardı evet havuzbaşında ve plajda şezlong bulmak zordu. Bununla ilgili düzenlemeye gidilmesi iyi olur. Barda Dilara hanımın sohbeti ve ilgisi çok güzeldi teşekkürler tekrardan. Ancak plaj barda sadece bira ve şarap olması, alkol çeşitliliğinin azlığı, pastanede çok az çeşit olması olumsuz.

The bungalow was not a bungalow and the beach was not a beach. The sea was goog for swimming. Only choose the bungalows if you want to hear your neighbours coughing and snoring at night, and if you want to breathe their cigarette smoke on the balcony. Food was average, vegetables totally overcooked and the salad items had little flavour. People smoked everywhere outside.

Nice hotel on the outskirts of Marmaris. Great hotel pool and very good access to the sea. Lots of sunbeds available. Food was good but not superb.

Problems started as soon as we arrived at the hotel! They didn’t put us in the room we booked months in advance and instead they put us in a building that wasn’t even part of the hotel, means every time we had to walk out of the building and get to the main hotel for breakfast, lunch etc. Speaking of lunch and dinner, either I don’t all inclusive means or they don’t! They only one main (buffet) restaurant that only serves breakfast for 3 hours, lunch for 3 hours and dinner for 3 hours! If you’re hungry outside of those hours you have to pay for snack!!!!! They also have a Italian restaurant (lol) that’s only working 2 days a week! To make reservations you have to contact them on Tuesdays 11am-1pm! Their alcohol is below bottom shelves quality and even that stops at 12am! Their massage center also scammed us which is another story but to make the long story short, we lost $200 to those people! I could go on for another 10 page about them, but to be fair this hotel has an amazing guest relation staff name (Julia) and a beautiful beach front.

Yemekler erken bitiyor ve yerine farklı tür yemek ya da aynısının daha kötüsü çıkıyor. Erken giden yiyebilir kaygısı ile bir kaos yaşanıyor. Halbuki otel ve imkanları oldukca iyi. Fakat odada tamirat gereksinimi ve yemek sorunu golge düşürdü.
