InTown Suites Extended Stay Dothan AL

This thing was crazy whoa, I come to town 708 times yearly for conventions and company training. I made the mistake as a district manager by putting up 17 Employees From Georgia, South Carolina and Florida to this hotel Upon leaving one morning , i was never told about a designated trash area so by elevator there was a bunch of trash and a maintenance cart, so I put my trash along with the other trash that sat there for hours. I guess that was not the right place for the trash. So instead of keeping the trash where it was and allow me to retrieve it and throw it away in designated trash area, it was picked up and thrown in my room while I was away in Sierra land 4 hours. Down the street, I had money on the table that is now gone. But I know nobody seen it, I understand how that works. I travel 38 weeks a year for business well over 1670 different hotels.This, by far is the worst funny experience.I've never had

Toilet would not flush and hotel manager gave me a plunger to resolve problem myself. Next day still not working properly and called after-hours number to be answered by security guard. I was told Interaction with security that maintenance man didn’t work on weekends. Management did agree to provide another room…which was much appreciated (and a better room). I got everything was resolved only to be confronted by security guard again because I went to a vending machine with no shoes. After some interactions, I was then asked to leave.

Everyone was rude and the place was nasty and no housekeeping

It was the worst stay I’ve ever had the staff are rude as can be they don’t care about doing their jobs. Our key lock in our door broke every day so we constantly had to get our keys re done. The bathroom was tore up and the microwave had no plate in it. Stay somewhere else
