Great property and staff. Rooftop bar area very good but pool a bit cloudy so we didn'tspendas mu time thereas we would have. Breakfast was great and had variety to suit everyone. Bed was very comfortable. We had a huge room after an upgrade which was fantastic. Highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here 4 nights while exploring Siem Reap and Angkor Wat. This is a very nice, not very big, hotel on a fairly busy neighborhood street, but a block away from the main super busy and traffic chocked main streets. There is a full stocked convenience market across he street and several small restaurants. We ate all our late dinners on the hotel rooftop bar. For around $12 to 16 US dollars we got two entrees of very yummy local dishes and a couple of beers. The setting is really nice and we got excellent service from Vannak. All the staff in the hotel including the bar, restaurant, front desk and room attendants were very friendly and caring. I felt like we were staying with family. Our room was very-very spacious, clean and well appointed, including a small balcony, all of which we did not expected for the price we paid. The only weird thing is the huge bathtub in the middle of the room. Breakfast in the onsite restaurant, included with our room, was good. We were happy with the choices of both local and international choices. The only negative point about our stay was that the street noise comes through the balcony door (thin glass). Late at night the street is fairly quiet, but we got woken up often by dogs barking and someone having a ceremony near by. If you are looking for a really nice hotel that is not one of those luxurious expensive ones, this is your place.

I had just a one-night stay in Siem Reap: the Two Seasons was a lovely place for that stop. At check-in, they offered a bit of fruit and a refreshing beverage, a nice touch. The room was in excellent condition and nicely laid out, with a balcony. The bathroom was also spacious and inviting, and the bed very comfortable. The rooftop pool had great views of the city, and was perfect for a morning dip. The breakfast had nice buffet offerings, and the staff very friendly.

Great hotel. Stayed 5 nights and it was great. Staff very helpful and organized anything we wanted. Room upgrade was huge with a big bath and good facilities. Breakfast was good with a great selection. Only downside was the pool which was very cloudy and didn't look that clean. We would have used it and probably spent more time at the poolside bar if it was clear. Hotel had great tuktuk drivers and is easily walkable to pub street and markets.

Exceptionally well located for the tourist area. The hotel staff did an excellent job of arranging a variety of excursions for me with very little notice. The hotel driver was very friendly and helpful, I used him for 3 days in a row. The guide service I only used for one day, but it was also excellent. The rooftop pool and bar is a great place to watch the sunset, and a good way to meet other travellers.

Exceptionally helpful staff, huge rooms and a good breakfast. Spotlessly clean ...great to find mosquito plugs in the room. As for Siem Reap. You have to stay there pre Angkor just as you gave to stay in Aquas Calientes pre Macchu Picchu. Both equally grim!

Awful from start to finish. Staff are rude, room was dated and dirty. The walls are paper thin and you can literally hear everything, even a simple conversation from next door. The noise extends to upstairs. Staff will not to anything when you complain about noisy guests. Avoid at all costs if you want any semblance of sleep or peace.

La habitación fue amplia, impecable y se encuentra en excelente estado de mantenimiento, todo funcionaba a la perfección. El personal es sumamente amable y siempre atento. En una ocasión tuvimos una excursión muy temprano y sin inconvenientes nos prepararon y entregaron un breakfast box. La ubicación del hotel es muy conveniente. Además, solicitamos el servicio de shuttle aeropuerto-hotel-aeropuerto y resultó muy eficiente y práctico para nosotros.
La habitación fue amplia, impecable y se encuentra en excelente estado de mantenimiento, todo funcionaba a la perfección. El personal es sumamente amable y siempre atento. En una ocasión tuvimos una excursión muy temprano y sin inconvenientes nos prepararon y entregaron un breakfast box. La ubicación del hotel es muy conveniente. Very nice hotel in a great location. Room was nice, but a little noisy at night, mostly from passing traffic. Staff gave a greaft service and were very friendly. I enjoyed using the pool and bar. Breakfast was good. Only a short location to main shopping and dinign areas.

Great property. On-site restaurant was good and offered local as well as western options. The staff was 5 *. My Viator tour guide did not show up to take me to the temples. The front desk staff had someone pick me up within 15 minutes of calling them. They were also very accommodating when I checked out and provided me a place to rest. The restaurant staff was also very accommodating.

Two Seasons Siem Reap Hotel exceeded all expectations! The room was clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff, especially Peter, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar had great food, drinks, and stunning views. The bartender, Sela, at the rooftop bar was fantastic, and the food service staff, especially Srey Mom, made the dining experience exceptional. Highly recommend this hotel—I’ll definitely stay here again!

Stayed here 4 nights while exploring Siem Reap and Angkor Wat. This is a very nice, not very big, hotel on a fairly busy neighborhood street, but a block away from the main super busy and traffic chocked main streets. There is a full stocked convenience market across he street and several small restaurants. We ate all our late dinners on the hotel rooftop bar. For around $12 to 16 US dollars we got two entrees of very yummy local dishes and a couple of beers. The setting is really nice and we got excellent service from Vannak. All the staff in the hotel including the bar, restaurant, front desk and room attendants were very friendly and caring. I felt like we were staying with family. Our room was very-very spacious, clean and well appointed, including a small balcony, all of which we did not expected for the price we paid. The only weird thing is the huge bathtub in the middle of the room. Breakfast in the onsite restaurant, included with our room, was good. We were happy with the choices of both local and international choices. The only negative point about our stay was that the street noise comes through the balcony door (thin glass). Late at night the street is fairly quiet, but we got woken up often by dogs barking and someone having a ceremony near by. If you are looking for a really nice hotel that is not one of those luxurious expensive ones, this is your place.

The hotel was perfect for our stay in Siem Reap. It was very close to all the restaurants and bars but also was quiet at night. We walked everywhere but there were always Tuk Tuk’s available. They organised all our trips by either Tuk Tuk or car. They also picked us up from the airport. The roof top pool and bar was small but perfect and we enjoyed a lunch there . Breakfast was the usual hot and cold Buffett foods and they cooked to order the eggs part . The staff were all lovely and very helpful. The hotel is approx 3 years old so all looks fresh still.

Great property. On-site restaurant was good and offered local as well as western options. The staff was 5 *. My Viator tour guide did not show up to take me to the temples. The front desk staff had someone pick me up within 15 minutes of calling them. They were also very accommodating when I checked out and provided me a place to rest. Our stay at this hotel was terrific from the moment of the airport pick up by driver Mr Chhin to all the staff we encountered. The spa service was great and I would highly recommend the massage. While you can can get cheaper massage elsewhere the staff here were clearly well trained. I had the real spa package and staff member Roth B was great and had over 6 years experience. The breakfast selection was great with local, western and eastern dishes on offer. The local fruits were fantastically fresh. The room was spacious with balcony and large bathroom with bathtub. The hotel is well located just off the main street but close walking distance which made it a little quieter at night. There is a handy mini mart across the road and home laundry service next door both of which I used on the trip. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again.

The staff was wonderful and greeted us with a refreshing drink and fruit plate. The room was beyond our expectations and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a very good selection which included eggs and bacon in addition to classic Cambodian options. Would absolutely stay again.
