Çok kötü bir deneyimdi. Oda temizliği vasatın altındaydı. Kesinlikle 5 yıldızlı bir otel konforu değildi. Açık havuzu bir diğer bina olan rezidansla ortak. Kapalı havuzuda alttaki özel işletilen spor ve fitness salonunda. Sağlık turizmine gelenlerin ağırlandığı bir otel. Kimse yüzünüze bakmıyor.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, als ich Probleme mit meinem Zimmer hatte, wurde sofort um mich gekümmert. Das Frühstück bot eine große Auswahl und die Zeiten waren angemessen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und es wurde täglich nachgefragt, ob eine Reinigung gewünscht wird. Das Parken wurde vom Personal übernommen und alle waren sehr höflich. Insgesamt eine positive Erfahrung.

Das Hotel liegt in einem ruhigen Stadtteil in der Nähe des Flughafens. Es befindet sich genau in der Mitte zwischen dem Flughafen und dem Stadtzentrum. Direkt daneben gibt es ein Einkaufszentrum. Die Umgebung ist äußerst ruhig, sodass man sein Auto stressfrei und sicher parken kann.

Otel 5 yıldızlı görünüyor ancak sıradan 3 yıldızlı şehir otellerinden bir farkı yok . Vasat bir kahvaltı menüsü vardı. Ben Düzcede kaldığım otellerde bile daha güzel kahvaltı ve oda standartları var. Odaları temiz değildi ve özensiz hazırlanmış . Heryer tozluydu.

No good wifi at all, people were nice but only one knew English unfortunately :( the hotel is beautiful, room service super fast, great food , clean and worthy, the breakfast buffet not great but the restaurant one downstairs was great (tried breakfast, lunch and dinner)

Teknik ekip yönlendirdiler. Gelen kişi sesin normalden fazla olduğunu, klimaların genel bir sorunu olduğunu, odamı değiştirmelerini isteyeceğini söyledi. Bekledim bekledim arayan soran olmadı. Resepsiyona inip durumu anlattım. teknik ekibin bilgi vermediğini ama odayı da değiştirmeyeceklerini söylediler. O sesle uyumanın mümkün olmadığını söyledim. Yaklaşım ve tarzları çok kötüydü. Çok ilgisiz ukala ve sert. İsterseniz çıkabilirsiniz dediler. Ücret iademi talep ettim ve ettiler. Akşamın bir vakti otelsiz kaldım.

Otel soğuktu, ısıtılmıyordu, lobi, koridorlar buz gibiydi. Check in masasında çalışanlar kendilerini elektrikli radyatörlerler ilr sıcak tutmaya çalışıyordu. Odalarda klima gürültülüydü ve iyi ısıtmıyordu. 3 kişilik oda aldık ama 2 yastık vardı, yorgan çok ince ve yatağın sadece yarısına yeterliydi. Kahvaltı çok vasattı. Sağlıklı yiyeceklerin sayısı çok azdı. 2 yıldızlı otel konforunda 5 yıldızlı bir otel! Otopark yetersizdi.

Kliması ses yapan ve yoğun wc kokusu olan bir oda verildi. Şikayetimi belirtince hiç teknik servis bile gelmeden oda değişti. Demek ki o odanın problemi biliniyordu. Niye verdiniz o zaman ?

I have been staying here for 7 days and its the 3rd day now there is no mirror in the room (clearly showing in the pictures there is a mirror) and everytime i ask the receptionists they keep saying tomorrow. Not a good experience

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. After traveling for 14 hours from San Francisco, I arrived to find that the receptionist couldn't locate my Expedia reservation. I waited for 2 hours, but the issue remained unresolved. The lobby furniture was dirty, and the front desk was severely understaffed. The lack of communication and problem-solving skills from the staff was alarming. I had to take matters into my own hands and call Expedia using an expensive international rate to get assistance. Expedia eventually relocated me to a different hotel.

Konaklama sürecinde en rahatsız edici durum, personelin izinsiz bir şekilde odaya girmesiydi. Özel alan ihlali kabul edilemez ve bu durum hem güvende hissetmemi engelledi hem de genel deneyimimi olumsuz etkiledi. Otel yönetiminin, misafirlerin mahremiyetine daha fazla önem vermesi ve personeli bu konuda daha dikkatli olmaları için eğitmesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum.

We stayed at the G Hotels Istanbul for 9 days since it was very close to the Memorial Bahçelievler Hospital, where my wife had surgery. The rooms are comfortable, the restaurant is good, room service is fast, and the Metro station is right beside the hotel - a HUGE plus because it’s so easy to get anywhere you need to, sometimes faster than using an Uber and getting stuck in traffic. I would encourage travellers to use the public transit here, as it is very effective and fast. Another bonus is there are corner stores/grocery downstairs, and a pharmacy. This is a great hotel for those recovering from surgery as the staff know the drill and are used to accommodating this type of guest. Though the highlight of our stay was the unrivalled service that Neda provided for us. We have stayed at hundreds of hotels in our travels over the years - chain hotels, resorts, boutiques, etc; but none of them were comparable to Neda’s hospitality she provided us with. She was always checking in with us to make sure our stay was comfortable and was available to help whenever we needed. She also speaks perfect English which is a bonus since we are from Canada. This hotel chain is very lucky to have found an employee like this, who truly cares about the guests and strives to make them happy at all times. Neda has restored our faith in good hospitality.

The worst thing about this hotel is that the people in reception are not knowledgeable and helpful.....no one can guides you for transportation to famous areas and the only answer to your questions is "l don't know".... Very long distances between hotel and Istanbul attractions.....milad in spa and pool area was very nice and helpful.....i wish he was hotel manager instead.....

2 gecelik seyahatte aile olarak konaklama gerçekleştirdik. Otel konum olarak iyi bir lokasyonda. Ulaşımda sıkıntı yaşamadık. Otel çevresinde yemek için oldukça fazla seçenek mevcut. Bizi en çok memnun eden durum bu olmuştu. Çocukla birlikte yürüme mesafesinde bir çok yemek mekanına ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Oda temizliği iyiydi. Ses ile ilgili bir problem yaşamadık. Tüm personel her isteğinize güler yüzle nazikçe cevap verip yardımcı olmaya çalışıyor. Aile olarak konaklamak için gayet uygun. Biz büyük yataklı standart oda tercih etmiştik 1 çokcukla. Oda çok küçük değil ama bu odanın metrekare olarak bir büyük seçeneği de mevcuttu. Tekrar konaklama durumu olursa muhtemelen onu tercih ederiz. Tek can sıkıcı olayı çıkış yapacağımız gün yaşadık. Sabah kahvaltısından sonra odaya geçtiğimizde hazırlanırken zil çaldı. Daha seslenip kapıya gitmeye fırsat kalmadan oda ne odanın kapısı açıldı ve içeri bir personel girdi. Oda da rahatsız etmeyin seçeneği seçilmiş kapıda ışık yanıyor, çıkış saatimiz 11-12 sabah 8:15 oda da biri. Ben sizi çıktınız sanmıştım diyor. İş baştan komple yanış da zile basmışsın bari 5-10 saniye cevap bekle arkadaş. Anladık ki kapı mutlaka kilitlenmeliymiş. Buda bize ders oldu. Durumu ayrılırken resepsiyona ilettim. Genel olarak otel kısa süreli konaklama ihtiyacımızı fazlasıyla karşıladı.

Great place to stay. I loved the free breakfast, the restaurant on the first floor has great burgers but the staff at that restaurant is not very friendly, they could use some training. The hotel is located right next to a subway station which makes it very convenient.

L'hôtel est annoncé comme 5 étoiles, mais il n'en a pas l'air. Le service est bon, mais il ne semble pas avoir les installations d'un hôtel 5 étoiles. L'accès est un peu compliqué car il y a des constructions dans la zone. C'est très loin des attractions de la ville. Il y avait une jeune dame nommée Burcu qui était toujours attentive à notre confort.

The restaurant inside the hotel has super high prices for low quality food. Breakfast was also below average.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, als ich Probleme mit meinem Zimmer hatte, wurde sofort um mich gekümmert. Das Frühstück bot eine große Auswahl und die Zeiten waren angemessen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und es wurde täglich nachgefragt, ob eine Reinigung gewünscht wird. Das Parken wurde vom Personal übernommen und alle waren sehr höflich. Insgesamt eine positive Erfahrung.

Ein sehr stark renovierungsbedüftiges Hotel. Die Bilder entsprechen nicht der Realität. Sas Essen beim Frühstücksbuffet war teilweise verdorben, insgesamt hatte alles eine extrem minderwertige Qualität. Der Check-in war an Unfreundlichkeit nicht zu übertreffen. Pluspunkt: sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Housekeeping. Und die Betten waren groß und bequem. Sehr schade! Nicht zu empfehlen!
