A estadia foi de 2 noites

All of the staff were wonderful - very friendly and helpful. There is an elevator, which was really nice for transporting suitcases up and down. The location is very close to Taksim Square and Istiklal Caddesi, but know that it is downhill from both (so it's uphill to get to either one). The hotel provided us as much bottled water as we needed, which was wonderful. The garden patio where breakfast is served is lovely and there is a good variety of food for breakfast. We definitely enjoyed our stay at this hotel and recommend it.

The stay was great based off the location, staff, included breakfast and coffee bar alone. The rooms are a bit outdated, in need of some TLC, and better mattresses but overall we were happy with our stay and would recommend it if you plan to mostly be out and about like we were.

The staff was very nice and helpful. They suggested a good restaurant, provided water, and helped me preorder a fixed price taxi for the airport for my return trip. My room was upgraded and I am afraid that's what ruined it, because the noise ik the evening was insane. There's a Club nearby apparently facing the room I got. It started at 9 in the evening and and blasted untill morning, even on Thursday night. This made it impossible to relax in the room, no matter if it was upgraded or not. I assume that is why I got that upgrade in the first place. The breakfast was great and varied and had both hot and cold stuff. Coffee, tea and other drinks were provided for free throughout the day. If not for the noise it would have been a certain 5/5.
