Beautiful villa seats on a hill overlooking the sea and the Capri Island. The grounds are well manicured with a picture perfect infinity pool. Very clean and beautiful decorated rooms with balconies to watch the sunset, great food in the two restaurants overlooking the sea, and a sky bar for evening cocktails to watch the sunsets. The staff is simply amazing, many thanks go to Enza for arranging our transportation, the boat tour to Capri and being there for any questions we had. Thanks to all the staff on the property, very professional and welcoming. A few pointers to visiting the coast:a short 5 minutes walk down in the town there’s a Sita bus station from where you can take the bus for 1.50 euro to Sorrento which is a hub to take transportation to anywhere you might want to go on the Amalfi coast. Overall the Villa Fiorella was a great choice, a good place to relax after busy days visiting places.

This was one of the best stays we have ever had. We couldn't ask for anything more. From the hotel staff , to the multiple dining entities, it was a dream. It was perfect. They always made sure we had water on our bedside table with turndown service, which was a perfect touch after a long night drinking wine in their restaurant. Dont get us started on the pool.... honestly don't think twice about booking here!

From arrival, attentive staff, very helpful. Beautifully renovated old villa, full of art. We reserved the spa and enjoyed it exclusively to the fullest, with its pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam sauna and lounge area with tea, all complimentary. The bar and outdoor pool with splendid view, as is the restaurant. So is the rooftop bar, open before sunset. Located just after Sorrento, you see the whole Napoli Bay all the way to Pozzuoli, and you see most of Capri and Anacapri. Outstanding place, service, view and food!

I was upgraded to a sea view and the room was beautiful! The staff was very kind and helpful. If you want a quiet getaway it is perfect! My husband and I both had a message and used the spa facility and it was just perfect. Such a nice hotel!!!

The Villa Fiorella is a beautiful property located just far enough from Sorrento to escape the hustle of that city. The pool facilities are very nice with comfortable recliner. The landscaping around the hotel is superior. We stayed in a larger room with a big terrace. The view of the ocean from our room was spectacular!

This is a beautiful hotel with amazing views and sunsets. All of the staff are extremely pleasant and very helpful. Our room was spacious and very well designed. Turn down service is an addded bonus to have fresh amenities and towels Breakfast is delicious and plentiful, pre-dinner drinks at the rooftop bar with wonderful sunsets. Dinner by the infinity pool is delicious and tranquil. We would highly recommend this hotel.

The room, the staff, the restaurants, and the view were all absolutely spectacular! We really couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The parking situation was a bit tricky because of how tight it is but hey, it’s Italy. I highly recommend eating at the restaurant and adding the breakfast option, it was a great way to start our days.

We paid £650 for 1 night at this hotel to wake up with ants crawling on us, the room was infested! Our drinks covered with ants! We contacted reception to deal with the issue however upon returning to our room, the ants were still there. Not what you expect with such an expensive price tag! Expedia has contacted the hotel since to address the issue but the hotel aren’t interested!

The pool area and its view is amazing, the staff is very friendly and willing to assit all times with a big smile. Things that must be improved: Breakfast ... pastries were not fresh and fruits were old ( rotten in some cases ) . The air conditioner never worked at satisfaction even though the management promised to control this . The room looks old and wasnot comfortable to be in . The food at the restaurant beside the beautiful pool was good but expensive . You measure the hotel for what you pay for it and we feel that we paid more than what we got . I have to repeat that the staff was very good at all times . This was a big plus for the hotel.

This certainly is over rated property. Even though upgraded the mattresses were worn out and sagging. Air conditioning not working properly. Bathroom amenities not proper. Not five star standard in any manner Quite away from sorrento taxis not available easily. Saving grace was the view and Greta at the reception who was quite helpful

The hotel was very nice. The staff was very nice. We paid $180 extra a night to have an upgraded room to include a hot tub on the balcony, unfortunately the hot tub never got above 90 degrees the entire trip and we couldn’t use it. We told the staff the first day and they sent a worker and he said it would work but it never did. Disappointed to waste $540 on something we didn’t get any value from/: Probably will not stay here again.

The Villa Fiorella is a beautiful property located just far enough from Sorrento to escape the hustle of that city. The pool facilities are very nice with comfortable recliner. The landscaping around the hotel is superior. We stayed in a larger room with a big terrace. The view of the ocean from our room was spectacular!

The staff was extremely attentive to our needs. We were in communication with the concierge two months before we traveled. They helped us book small-group boat tours to Capri and Amalfi/Paisano, booked restaurants, gave us a ride to the nearest busy stop, They also made sure I celebrated my birthday the best way possible. Turn down service is an addded bonus to have fresh amenities and towels Breakfast is delicious and plentiful, pre-dinner drinks at the rooftop bar with wonderful sunsets. Dinner by the infinity pool is delicious and tranquil. We would highly recommend this hotel.

We paid £650 for 1 night at this hotel to wake up with ants crawling on us, the room was infested! Our drinks covered with ants! We contacted reception to deal with the issue however upon returning to our room, the ants were still there. Not what you expect with such an expensive price tag! Expedia has contacted the hotel since to address the issue but the hotel aren’t interested!

An incredible experience! My wife and I stayed at the "Villa Fiorella Art Hotel" during our vacation, everyone was super helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate us during our stay! Beautiful villa seats on a hill overlooking the sea and the Capri Island. The grounds are well manicured with a picture perfect infinity pool. Very clean and beautiful decorated rooms with balconies to watch the sunset, great food in the two restaurants overlooking the sea, and a sky bar for evening cocktails to watch the sunsets. The staff is simply amazing, many thanks go to Enza for arranging our transportation, the boat tour to Capri and being there for any questions we had. Thanks to all the staff on the property, very professional and welcoming. A few pointers to visiting the coast:a short 5 minutes walk down in the town there’s a Sita bus station from where you can take the bus for 1.50 euro to Sorrento which is a hub to take transportation to anywhere you might want to go on the Amalfi coast. Overall the Villa Fiorella was a great choice, a good place to relax after busy days visiting places.

From arrival, attentive staff, very helpful. Beautifully renovated old villa, full of art. We reserved the spa and enjoyed it exclusively to the fullest, with its pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam sauna and lounge area with tea, all complimentary. The bar and outdoor pool with splendid view, as is the restaurant. So is the rooftop bar, open before sunset. Located just after Sorrento, you see the whole Napoli Bay all the way to Pozzuoli, and you see most of Capri and Anacapri. Outstanding place, service, view and food!

The room, the staff, the restaurants, and the view were all absolutely spectacular! We really couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The parking situation was a bit tricky because of how tight it is but hey, it’s Italy. I highly recommend eating at the restaurant and adding the breakfast option, it was a great way to start our days.

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold. Rommet vårt var kjempefint og rent - og det hadde en nydelig utsikt mot Capri. Frokosten på hotellet var veldig god - med en meget god meny. Glemmer ikke pannekakene med ripsbær, frisk frukt og god cappuccino. En perfekt start på dagen ute på terrassen! På hotellet er det et nydelig område med svømmebasseng. Perfekt til avslapping. Og på kvelden kan man nyte en fantastisk solnedgang på takterrassen med en god drink. Vi gir også komplimenter til kokken for nydelig god mat! Personalet var veldig hyggelige og de ga oss meget god service. Vi bor gjerne her også neste gang vi besøker Massa Lubrense!
Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold. Rommet vårt var kjempefint og rent - og det hadde en nydelig utsikt mot Capri. Frokosten på hotellet var veldig god - med en meget god meny. We came to Villa Fiorella hoping for a peaceful escape from Sorrento / Naples, and it did not disappoint! We were very lucky to be upgraded to a junior suite and had so much space, and a great view of Capri from our balcony. Thank you to the staff for facilitating this! The infinity pool with views of Capri was a dream. Loved spending afternoons on the loungers with great service. We had one particularly enjoyable afternoon where we took ourselves to the olive grove and read books and drank beers under the olive trees. It was like a dream. Easy walking access to the town square and the marina, although be prepared to get sweaty on the way back up hill from the marina. While much quieter than nearby Sorrento, provided plenty of opportunities to enjoy everything the Sorrento coast had to offer. Would recommend and would come back :-)
