Very quiet,relaxed resort, nice pool but water a little cold for me because no heating,but my wife loves it.Perfect for golfer or outdoor tennis,padel.you need transportation for visiting Costa del Sol ,town near by like Mijas,Fuengirola, La Cala, Marbella…very good entry for Andalusia trip.You could use public transport like bus, train,uber …Very nice breakfast,we don’t use spa so no comment for the spa service.Friendly staff advise the local tours or maps for your information if necessary but goggle map is very helpful,a must to master or plan your trip.

Pros: Nice property. Clean rooms. Comfortable bed. Free valet parking. Cons: Average breakfast buffet. Staff was friendly but understaffed. Charge for things such as extra water for the room, tennis court use, sauna use. Room rate was expensive compared to other hotels we stayed during our trip which were nicer and cheaper.

Mooi en goed onderhouden resort, met prachtige spa en prima gym. Drie zwembaden met genoeg plaats voor iedereen. Kamers zijn smaakvol ingericht, ruim genoeg, goed ontbijt. Very quiet,chic resort, nice upgrade superior room for us.Breakfast every morning Outside with nice view of garden,golf course and lovely swimming pool but not heated,most people have sunbathing,courteous staffs ,receptionist very helpful for planning our Andalusia trips.Sorry no comments for spa,we don’t use it.Safe place but you need car for moving around, luckily my wife loves to use Bus 223 to central station in Fuengirola then you could get train directly to Torremolinos, Malaga,or using bus to Marbella, Estopena ect…Don’t forget to bring your racquets for tennis or padel only.

L’hôtel est vraiment superbe avec un grand charme comparé à ce qu’on peut voir sur la côte. Endroit splendide, tout le monde était au petit soin, du voiturier qui nous a donné des bouteilles d’eau pour la route du retour, à la femme de ménage qui nous a fait la chambre incroyablement propre et les serveurs des deux restaurants qui ont été super serviables. We stayed at La Zambra for just over a week and had a fabulous, relaxing time. The hotel is modern and very clean. All staff were friendly and so very helpful throughout our stay. The spa was a very welcome addition. The grounds were well maintained and there were always plenty of sunbeds around the pools with views over the golf course. The breakfast was superb with plenty of options and the staff were very attentive. The on-site restaurants also offered great choices for lunch and dinner which is helpful as there are few other options within walking distance of the hotel. If not staying for golf, the hotel is well situated for days /afternoons out to Malaga, Marbella, Mijas, and even to Ronda however would recommend a car for ease. Would recommend this hotel and hope to return in the future!

From the moment we walked into the hotel we were really impressed by the immaculate and beautifully thought out design of the rooms and gardens. All staff members made us feel really special. It was a relaxing stay in a lovely environment. The layout of the garden and pool area very carefully thought out and never noisy, really beautiful inside and outside. The yoga in the morning was great and we also enjoyed a massage in the spa. The food and service was wonderful. We were sad to leave but very happy and relaxed. Thank you.

Bodde i junior svit vilken var både fräsch, rymlig, fin utsikt och ganska skön säng. Överlag trevlig personal. God frukost. Spaupplevelsen var sådär, de uppvärmda poolerna var för kalla, det var barn i det barnförbjudna området, akustiken var ganska dålig och av de två behandlingarna jag gjorde så var den ena medioker medan den andra var underbar. Dvs ej jämn kvalitet på personalen.

Beste opplevelsen på et hotell vi har hatt! Rommet var fantastisk med utsikt utover golfbanen og bassengområdet. Størrelsen på rommet var perfekt med nok lagringsplass, dobbelvask og egen inntrukket balkong. Rommet ble rengjort flere ganger om dagen, selv om vi ikke ba om det. Spaet er et must å prøve. Vi var der i 3 timer med 1t full kroppsmassasje. Alt i alt føltes dette ut som et 5 stjerners hotell +++ med all den gode servicen vi fikk og kvaliteten på alt sammen! Gleder oss til å dra tilbake om ikke altfor lenge.

A beautiful hotel, we had a junior suite and it had lots of space and was very stylish. The pool area was idyllic, and the spa was wonderfuI. It was the staff who made it really great for us though. We came with our 9month old baby and the staff were SO accommodating and made us feel really welcome and at home. They are really great with children here, especially in the restaurant. We also enjoyed the kids hour in the indoor pool, and liked that they were only allowed in during set hours to allow quiet relaxation time outside of this (which we also enjoyed!). The only complaint we have is that the spa opens quite late, at 10am! It would be nice if it could open at 8 or even 9am.

We spent five wonderful days at La Zambra with our one-year-old baby, and honestly, we can only say the nicest things about our stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff were absolutely outstanding, genuinely kind, professional, and attentive to every detail. Check-in was smooth, and throughout our stay, we felt completely looked after. They even surprised us with a cute stuffed animal waiting in our room and kindly washed and sterilized our baby’s bottles without hesitation, such thoughtful gestures that made a big difference! The facilities were immaculate and beautifully maintained, with stunning landscaping that added to the resort’s peaceful atmosphere. We stayed in a Suite with a golf-view balcony, and it was simply amazing! Spacious, elegant, and offering breathtaking views over the pool and golf course. Exceptional service, beautiful surroundings, and a truly relaxing experience. Thank you, La Zambra, for a wonderful stay. A true gem in Costa del Sol! We can’t wait to come back!

Het verblijf in het hotel was buitengewoon aangenaam. Het personeel was uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam, wat de ervaring des te plezieriger maakte. Beautiful surroundings in the hills and set into the golf course. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is lovely and doesn’t feel busy. Fantastic breakfast and very peaceful spa. Convenient buggy service if playing on Mijas golf course to save walking (although it is also and easy walk to the course). This is our second stay since the hotel opened less than 2 years ago.
