Comfortable accommodation with a great view. Heated outdoor swimming pool. Good location close to Fuengirola.

Staff were always friendly and helpful! The complex was clean and the pool areas were great!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel, especially for its pleasant gym and nice pool."

We enjoyed the whole facilities. Excellent kids club, restaurants and swimming pools. Only short walk to beach too. Staff very friendly. Place we stayed in was very good too.

The resort is huge and very pleasant. We went in Jan so it was quiet. The beach is a 5 min walk away via a tunnel. There was a small supermarket opposite our apartment so that was handy. The pool is heated and a few mins walk away from our set of apartments and there is ample parking. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Very kind! The apartment for some maybe dated however for us it was quirky. It was split level and had ok views towards the sea. Overall it was value for money, clean, convenient and we loved it. 25 mins away from Malaga airport, 25 mins away from Marbella. Can’t go wrong!

Schlechte Lage. Anlage riesig, daher sehr weite Wege. Ich hatte extra etwas mit Gym ausgesucht, aber die Öffnungszeiten waren schlecht und der Weg weit (ca 30 min. zu Fuß und 45 Min. mit der Bahn, die über die Anlage fährt). Pools eher bescheiden und man durfte nur den Pool des zugewiesenen Bereichs nutzen, was vorab nicht transparent ersichtlich war.

Allmänt: Väldigt fin anläggning och barnvänlig. Anläggningen var väldigt stor, vilket kom som en överraskning men det gick ett gratiståg man kunde hoppa på varje halvtimme och ta sig runt smärtfritt. Restaurangerna inom området var riktigt bra. Kioskerna var väl i det dyraste laget men fanns det viktigaste man behövde, kan rekommendera att ta taxi eller uber till närmsta köpcentrum och handla på sig det man behöver för vistelsen. Boendet: Det var otydligt var någonstans inom området man hade bokat. Om det ens går att boka specifika lägenheter. Man kan ange klass på boendet men det känns som att man inte riktigt vet vad man får. Vi hade "tur" och fick en jättefin lägenhet med havsutsikt nära poolen. Vi hade bokat havsutsikt men det kändes som att en stor del av lägenheterna/rummen i området har utsikt över hav mer eller mindre. En nackdel var att man blir tilldelad en pool beroende på var man bor och har inte övriga pooler att tillgå inom området under vistelsen, vilket kom som en besvikelse då barnen gärna provat andra pooler.

Nice stay in quiet place, could of been more utensils pots and pans etc for self catering bare minimum in kitchen, nice pools and garden's, access to beach and 20/30 min walk from shopping complex big supermarket etc. Good base if you want peace or hire a car to see more of Costa del sol would recommend for couples or younger families good variety of different properties

This was a fantastic place to stay, we did not arrive until 2am but this was no problem , the staff booked us in quickly and got us a taxi to our room , the apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped, when we woke in the morning we could see the most amazing view of the pool and sea , the room was close to the beach , Pam’s pantry and Zack’s restaurant , all the staff without exception were friendly and helpful. We were a family of 4 snd this location was perfect , that said it would also be ideal for couples as well, I have to give this resort 10 out of 10

Det tog en timme att checka in, min pappa som är sjuk, kissade på sig innan vi ens hann till hotellrummet. Hotellrummet var ostädat och smutsigt, det fanns silverfiskar i sängen. Det stank om hela lägenheten. Personalen var lyhörda och tillmötesgående.

The hotel is very run down, smells of fungus, cockroaches run around, the beds are very uncomfortable, everything is old and scratched. We changed rooms 3 times because it was impossible to stay there. 4 burner cooker of which only one burner worked. The pools were old. The water smelled very chlorine. Very unsuccessful stay, I do not recommend it to anyone

Nice area and beautiful environment. But there was mold in the bedrooms and in the bathrooms. Heater didnt work properly. Dirty sheets. A cocroach was in the kitchen’s cabinet. Cleaning was expensive and only one pool was heated. Nice staff and nice things to do with kids. (Horses, play-area, swimming).

The accommodation we stayed in at Ramada Fuengirola was outdated and dirty. We experienced the worst customer service we have ever encountered. My family and I extensively travel, and this was the first time we chose to book with Ramada. We were forced to change our original plans due to flight disruptions worldwide caused by the Microsoft outage. As a result, we had to cancel our flights to Tenerife and opted to stay in Fuengirola, which was only a 4-hour drive from Seville, Spain at that time.We encountered issues with the cleanliness of the unit, particularly with the shower drain being clogged. I reached out to Expedia and spoke to hotel receptionist Nora. While I was in the lobby communicating via chat with Expedia, I overheard Nora speaking to Expedia in an unprofessional and irate tone. Despite my showing her a video of standing water in the shower, she dismissed it, insisting that the drain was only running slow and that nothing was wrong claiming it was normal. Nora informed us that there were no other rooms available because the hotel was fully booked. Ramada sent a plumber to inspect the shower drain, but he also claimed that there was nothing wrong with it. Frustrated, we decided to find another hotel in the area. As we were preparing to depart, the same plumber returned with the maintenance manager to fix the drain. Only then did the plumber acknowledge drain was clogged. We will never return to any Wyndham and Ramada property ever again.

Okej rum men behover städas bättre, toan luktade urin och det va mögel i fönsterkarmarna. Som andra skrivit så riktigt begränsat med köksutrustning. Extremt lyhört.

We had a great 2-bedroom unit overlooking the sea. Beds/pillows were excellent, modern appliances, ample closet/drawer space and great A/C. Not quiet due to the A-7 being just below us and there was no microwave or laundry drying rack but for 8 days it didn’t matter. We would stay there again for sure!

Not as I had expected regarding the apartment itself, not my type, small & poor rooms & uncomfortable beds

Poor bed (hard mattress), no box spring, just a sheet of plywood, low bed. No coffee, tea, tissues, paper towels, salt, or pepper. Kitchen faucet dripped. Black line marks on the walls. Small TV in the sitting area. Great Wi-Fi! Nice deck overlooking the pool.

Very nice staff. Good value for money, although room description was slightly optimisic! Main bed had a tired mattress. There was no oven, and very basic utensils.

The apartment was suitable to sleep in but cooking facilities terrible. Only one medium sized pot and a frying pan so very little items can be cooked. Has a microwave but no microwave dish to cook with.

Arrival and first night was not pleasant, the room/apartment we got was right by a restaurant and loud entertainment music. We arrived late and needed rest which was impossible.Traveling with a kid and having to go back to the reception (a 8 min walk) since no-one at the reception didn't pick up. There was nothing they could do about changing the room. I was so unhappy as I beforehand had contacted the hotel to know if there was something I should be aware off. The room/apartment looked nothing like the pictures either and there was dirt in the corners, low standard. Next morning was stressful and it was not until around 11am I felt at ease. That time we were in another apartment, away from the restaurant and in a much better place. Standard was also as I expected it to be from the beginning. From there on we had a very pleasant stay and I would consider going back. I say the location of where your room is super important. Especially if having kids who needs good sleep and a place to relax. We ate at three of the restaurants. Breakfast at Zacks one day and breakfast at Safari one day. Safari was really good and a pleasant experience. I would not eat breakfast at Zacks again. The flying pizza restaurant had really good pepperoni pizza. Kids club was a plus. Gym was a bit far and I never went there, instead enjoying the pools instead.

Not fantastic. The premium sea-view apartment was dark and small, with a 90s touch to the interior. Narrow bed, too short for a 190+ cm person. No dishwasher. No balcony or terrace but some plastic chairs on the lawn. But yes, a nice sea view, if you look to the left. Somewhat chaotic check-in, we got keys to a different room.

Main issue is timing for check in and out.we booked for one night but we couldn't use facility like swimming pool.check in was 4pm and check out 10am. We are on the way of hotel and we arrive at 8pm ,we couldn't use swimming pool and morning time very early,we have to do check out at 10am.even for breakfast between 8 to 10 am,,we aren't relax because of early check out.deffenetly waste of money.

Synes alt på nær indtjekningen fungeret fint. Men alt for besværligt indtjekning. Selv om pas blev scannet sku man udfylde det samme plus mere os for børn. Som om børn har en anden adresse og info og mails og telefon nr og alle de samme oplysninger som i passet. Jeg rejser ti gange om året og har aldrig prøvet noget lignende. Men alt ud over dette var super fint.

Checkin took hours, horrible experience Extremely badly (or not at all) managed!

Poor check-in process, long queue despite doing a pre check in. Room spacious but could do with a clean, great food at both restaurants open.

La dirección en Maps no era la correcta, tuvo que llevarnos un señor de seguridad que nos vio agobiados. Era la 1 de la mañana y llevábamos 1 niño pequeño. Nos dieron una habitación superior xk las demás no estaban limpias (1.00h). Para ir s la habitación, que era un piso, tuvimos que volver a coger las maletas, e ir en coche. Nos perdimos, pasó la furgoneta de recepción, nos vio buscando y ni se paró. En recepción para hacer el check in estuvimos más de media hora. Tuvimos que volver a recepción para pedir ayuda para que nos llevaran a la habitación. Nos llevó y nosotros detrás.con el coche. El desayuno de 7 a 10, normalito. A las 10.00 hay que dejar la habitación y se bloquea la tarjeta y no puedes entrar. Estuvimos en la habitación de 2.00h a 10.00h y una buena persona nos abrió la habitación para poder coger las cosas (10.30h) y no tener que ir a recepción para que no nos hicieran un recargo. Ah, al bar, también en coche.

Großzügige gepflegte Anlage, modernes sauberes ruhiges Appartement. Englisch sollte man beherrschen, da nirgendwo Deutsch gesprochen wird. Durch die Hanglage sollte man gut zu Fuß sein.Alternativ könnte man allerdings den hoteleigenen shuttle benutzen.

Have been many times. Super staff & porters. 20 minute walk into town along seafront with many bars & restaurants. Safari restaurant on site is excellent. Apartments are clean & comfortable. Lovely resort built on the hillside. No high blocks.

Lovely resort for the family. Very hilly but there is a local train that can pick you up every hour to take you about. It’s a fun resort train. Very clean and friendly staff. Super helpful reception too. It’s about a 20-25 min walk into the centre of fuengirola but the first 5-10 mins are by the road and you need to cross over the bridge. Once on the other side it’s a lovely walk along the promenade. We had a superior 2 bed apartment with seaview but was a little disappointed. Pictures shown on website don’t show those with two floors, which we had, and was quite small. We had a child so stairs wasn’t ideal. Doesn’t mention two floors anywhere in description. Seaview was minimal if you squinted you’d see it type view. Overall, I would go back but I’d see the apartment before I accept it next time.

This property is not easily accessible if you are taking public transportation. The Main reception area is a very long a hilly walk and not ADA friendly. The front desk staff are a bit snooty. The porters were very helpful. There were no clear instructions on how to walk to the beach and when I called the front desk she could not explain to me how to get there. Restaurants seem whitewashed. Property has no Spanish culture and is very anglo oriented. It is not a short walk to town and if you did walk it would take an hour. The windows do not lock. The curtains were off their track. TV was not operable when we arrived. The pool was a bit of a walk from our room. The rooms have bars on all windows. Unable to sit outside and enjoy the sunset as we were bitten by bugs. Bugs everywhere. Not happy with my choice of place to stay as it is not walkable to what the city has to offer, very isolated place. I ordered a sea view room and the only way we could see the sea view is if were standing out on the patio area. I would have preferred a more centralized place to stay.

Well equipped apartment in a tropical resort, very exclusive area. Looks like a high end resort. Beautiful location with sea views although a bit far from the city center. The bus hours seem to not be correct in Google maps. The local train transports you around on the resort area once per hour.

This is our second year back at the resort. Its really great location between Fuengirola and La Cala de Mijas gives us plenty opportunities to go onl ong walks. We had a sea view and its a joy to wake up each morning to a glorious view. No doubt we will be back

Very nice stay and good value for money. Our kids enjoyed the kids clubs which is included in price. Some very good places to eat such as Zacs, which had tasty food and daily happy hour. Also pizza takeaway very nice too and small arcade near by. Only 10 minute walk to beach.

Breakfast,location of the resort with parking. Room furniture are little bit outdated. Overall very happy with the services and accomodation.

Fint opphold med utrolig hyggelige ansatte i de forskjellige avdelingene! Nydelig utsikt fra rommet, god plass til alle 4 som bodde der og leiligheten var lys og fin! Mange basseng og privat passeng til noen av leilghetskompleksene som gjorde at det alltid var et sted å sole seg. Nydelig mat på Safari resturante. Negative: det var mange av de ansatte som ikke snakket engelsk. Renhold var ALT for få ganger (vi var 8 netter og fikk ingen rengjøring i leiligheten og nye håndkler en gang)… vi spurte om en rengjøring etter 4 dagen men fikk ikke det. Pedikyr behandlingen var ikke bra da det var minimalt med massasje og fransk pedikyr var ikke pent. Ikke imponert over resturantene utenom Safari.

Buen apartamento y una terraza increíble. El aire acondicionado goteaba en el salón, por el armario del dormitorio aparecío agua de la nada y mojó mis pertenencias. Se necesita coche para todo, hasta para moverte por el Resort. Hay un tren que pasa cada 30 min por diferentes puntos. La playa más cercana de la cual hay acceso desde el resort es pequeña y de piedras. No hay animación ni nada para niños. Hay restaurantes y una tienda pero todo excesivamente caro. El personal de mantenimiento muy agradable ya que al segundo día nos dimos cuenta que la TV del salón no funcionaba y al rato teníamos instalada una nueva.

Sehr große und weitläufige Anlage die toll bepflanzt ist und die sehr sauber gehalten wird. Die verschiedenen Zimmerkategorien sind in unterschiedlichen Bereichen der Anlage untergebracht. Am besten vorher die Website des Hotels und den dortigen Plan studieren. Wir hatten Premium und das war sehr nah am Frühstücksrrstaurant und dem Zugang zum Strand (für uns 10 min Fußweg). Für weiter entlegene Bereiche fährt eine Bimmelbahn. Die Angestellten waren immer sehr bemüht und freundlich. Das Frühstück war gut.. für 10 Tage könnte man mit kleinen Anpassungen noch für mehr Abwechslung sorgen. Ggf. noch eine Marmelade oder ein Schokoaufstrich oder eine Wurstsorte mehr.. sonst super. Die Frühstückszeiten sollten beim check-in klar kommuniziert werden. Bis 10 Uhr ist ok, wenn man es weiß..ich hatte das zum Glück in anderen Bewertungen gelesen. Unser Appartment war sauber.. die Inneneinrichtung war aber schon deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmerreinigung war für unseren Aufenthalt 2 mal vorgesehen, das war so beschrieben und für uns ok.. die Zeitpunkte der Reinigung könnten besser kommuniziert werden. Aufgrund der Lage macht ein Mietwagen Sinn.

Ottima struttura, piuttosto grande ma abbastanza usufruibile in tutti i servizi che offre (è a disposizione anche un trenino gratuito che fa il giro di tutta la struttura). Alloggio ottimo, nuovo o completamente ristrutturato di recente, ottima insonorizzazione e, nel mio caso, in ottima posizione fronte mare. Posto auto davanti alla porta di ingresso, quindi ottimo per carico e scarico bagagli. L'alloggio è fornito di tutto il necessario, lavatrice compresa, per essere autonomi anche nei pasti, (anche se noi abbiamo preferito la mezza pensione), molto comodo e pulito. Ambienti spaziosi e climatizzazione efficiente. Noi abbiamo sempre usufruito dei pasti presso il ristorante Zac's che fornisce una buona scelta di pietanze tipiche locali per la cena e un buffet molto ricco per la colazione. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile sia presso la reception che al ristorante. Mi ritengo molto soddisfatto della scelta fatta. Un ringraziamento particolare a José (hola José da Familia... ;) del ristorante Zac's per la sua simpatia e agli altri suoi colleghi, tutti molto professionali e gentili.
