Nice place and the appart was clean but no coffee machine, no salt and pepper. Very close from the sea by Walk.

We have recently returned from an 8 night stay in a Marina del Rey apartment. We were very happy with the accommodation. It was clean and functional. Fully air conditioned and the shower was excellent. The sofa bed was not so comfortable as it was two separate beds that opened out and they were small and uncomfortable unfortunately. The kitchen utensils were barely enough. Just 1 knife which was a bread knife, 1 pan etc.. But we survived. We had an outdoor front garden terrace which was nice and a partial sea view. I was thinking we’d be next to the pool but we were further away from it. It didn’t matter but I think the website photos can be a little deceiving. The area itself was huge but really lovely. We were impressed at how organised the place was and how clean! Everyday the main streets bins were emptied. The train that goes around the resort was handy if you don’t like to walk the hilly areas. The swimming pools were excellent. The restaurant food and drinks rather expensive though! Easy access to the beach and a 40 min walk into Fuengirola. Or 20 mins to Miramar shopping centre which I recommend. All in all a super place to have a holiday and we do not understand why people need to be negative. We did some research before we went and was aware of how hilly the resort is. A car is definitely recommended but we didn’t hire one and still managed. Thank you to all the lovely staff, cleaners, and the porters who took our luggage to and from the apartment. Gracias!

Last year, we stayed with you and were given a lovely, well-appointed apartment — we enjoyed our time so much we were really looking forward to returning this year. Unfortunately, this year’s stay was spoiled from the moment we arrived. We were placed in the apartment right next to the pool, which was extremely noisy throughout the entire day — constant activity, noise and commotion that made it impossible to relax or have any peace and quiet inside. On top of that, the air conditioning in the living room was not working at all. The apartment became very hot and uncomfortable, especially in the evenings, with no way to cool the space down. To make matters worse, the apartment was also dirty when we checked in — clearly not cleaned to the standard we expected or experienced last year. It was such a letdown, and a complete contrast to the pleasant, comfortable stay we had with you before. We chose to come back hoping for the same great experience, but instead we found the accommodation unsuitable, uncomfortable, and not up to basic standards. We would appreciate it if you could look into this and let us know how you intend to address these issues — particularly the problems with the air conditioning,
