The hotel itself was good. The outdoor pool is very small and in a shaded area. The spa facilities are ok. We used the hydrotherapy spa (paid for) and the steam room was out of order however the jacuzzi was spot on. The bedroom, We were really disappointed that it was 2 beds pushed together. Having a disability, i was unable to move around in the bed without dropping into the gap between 2 beds. It should be as advised in the booking info the beds are pushed together to make a double. Breakfast, the staff are not helpful one bit. I asked 3 staff for a cup of boiling water and all told me to use the coffee machine when I told them the coffee machine was only giving lukewarm water. How difficult is it to go into a kitchen and get a cup of boiling water. All I wanted was a cup of tea.

Hotel lige i hjertet af Fuengirola. Beliggenhed i top, men hvis man som os sover med åben vindue/dør og ikke aircondition, er der en del larm i starten af natten. Værelse var med fin havudsigt. God størrelse balkon, men lidt for ringe stole i forhold til længere ophold, hvis man ville sidde og tage sol eller læse. Badeværelse fin størrelse, rent men slidt. Poolområde ikke så stort, og igen lidt for ringe stole til længere ophold. Vi brugte stranden, som lå lige over gaden. Morgenmad var fin og varieret. Samlet bedømmelse må være 3.5. I skandinavisk målestok nok nærmere 3 og ikke 4 stjerner. Dette også taget i betragtning i forhold til prisen. Ved ankomsten virkede vores kaffemaskine ikke, som vi meldte til frontdesk. Denne blev dog ikke fixet, og vi klarede os uden. Vi havde bestilt en taxa i frontdesk til at køre os til lufthavnen. Da den ikke var kommet 15 minutter efter aftalt tid, tog vi en taxa som aflevede nye gæster. Så sørg swlv for dette hvis i gæster hotellet.

Excellent stay for our whole family We stayed here for seven nights, from October 3rd to October 10th, as a large family of eight spread across three rooms. All of the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and airy, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax. We were located on the 3rd, 7th, and 9th floors, which was actually by choice. Some of us wanted to stay as high up as possible, while others preferred a lower floor. The hotel accommodated all of our requests perfectly, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was included with our stay, and the buffet offered everything we could have asked for. There was a great selection of food, and the quality was consistently good throughout our stay. A particular highlight was the chocolate fountain, which was a huge hit with our 7-year-old and seemed equally popular with many of the other children staying at the hotel. Unfortunately, we didn't get the chance to try the dinner service, as we spent most of our days exploring the area and usually ate out. That just gives us another reason to come back and try it on a future visit. The hotel's lobby and reception area are beautiful and create an excellent first impression upon arrival. The location is another major strength. It's within easy walking distance of the beach, restaurants, Bioparc, the train station, Sould Park, and most of the area's main attractions. For an active family that likes to explore, it was the perfect base. Overall, we had a very successful and enjoyable stay.
