I had a great stay, I was a solo travelling booked the family room to have more space, the staff were there to help with all my needs it is a very affordable hotel, safe and within walking distance of lots of attractions I would definitely recommend it, this is not a five star hotel but for a solo travelling female on a budget I would recommend Laos Hotel and would definitely stay here again.

The room was fresh, everything was clean and we were given everything. The staff was incredibly helpful and they cared for us as a family

On est arrivé le matin très tôt ont nous a mis dans un bâtiment à coté de l’hôtel très sale, la salle de bain un tuyau qui fuit, le rideau de la chambre détaché de la tringles c’était horrible. On a demandé à changer et ils nous ont mis dans la chambre que vous voyez dans leur site et là c’était convenable mais au 4eme étage sans ascenseur donc c’était rude de monter descendre tout les jours. En tout cas je vous conseille pas cette hôtel parce que ont a eux la frayeur de notre vie ils ont fermé une chambre juste en dessous de notre chambre au 3 étage à cause des punaise de lit donc a fuir mais le personnel était serviable le seul point positif
