We easily were switched to a second-floor room, which I appreciated. Although many of the rooms were occupied, there was little to no noise, including from the street. The room was clean and well-maintained. It seems to be a family-owned business with a good reputation in a small town. The pool was not open yet and I didn't notice if breakfast and coffee were available.

Very disappointed that the pool was closed on a 92 degree day and there was no free breakfast. Also there were cigarette burns in the comforter. Besides that everything was very clean and the staff nice.

We should up at 7pm and had to ring bell for service. Room smelled like smoke, floors were dirty and there was a hair tie left on floor. There was no breakfast buffet in the morning and lobby was locked up. Pillows were flat and no extra towels available. It advertised high speed internet and not available. Tv was scratchy signal going in and out. The pool was closed up- looked like it had been for a few months.

Very clean room with great beds. There was a constant roar—— much like a generator. It was not the heater- which was very quiet! This hotel is great value for price. No breakfast but several restaurants just steps away!

No motel restaurant. The Steak House next door. No breakfast at all. House cleaning had me bring them my dirty towels and trash instead of getting it themselves. Most expensive Motel in Hawkinsville. wi-fi was crappy. had to use my phone as a hotspot to run my laptop. My room was next to office and a child in the office was bouncing a ball making noise as late as 11:30pm one night. House cleaning had a very noisy cart that woke me up in the mornings while I was there recovering from surgery. I would recommend going anywhere but here.

My conformation was for 3 non smoking rooms made through hotels.com when I arrived they only had. 2 non smoking and they offered a smoking room which I had to decline. Also no breakfast was available.

There was no breakfast buffet in the morning and lobby was locked up. Pillows were flat and no extra towels available. It advertised high speed internet and not available. Tv was scratchy signal going in and out. The pool was closed up- looked like it had been for a few months.

We were promised breakfast when we booked the hotel. When we got here they said it was closed and wouldn't reopen for 30 days. We should have gotten some of the price off the room off but wasn't offered. If its closed okay stuff happens. It should not say it in the booking of the room. It should say temporary closed.

We had a very nice stay. We were in Hawkinsville for highschool graduation.Room was clean and quiet. Only hiccup was breakfast room is being remodeled so the expected breakfast was not available. However we found a nice restaurant close by. We will definitely stay again next time we are in town.

No motel restaurant. The Steak House next door. No breakfast at all. House cleaning had me bring them my dirty towels and trash instead of getting it themselves. Most expensive Motel in Hawkinsville. wi-fi was crappy. had to use my phone as a hotspot to run my laptop. My room was next to office and a child in the office was bouncing a ball making noise as late as 11:30pm one night. House cleaning had a very noisy cart that woke me up in the mornings while I was there recovering from surgery. I would recommend going anywhere but here.

The staff are incredible, hospitable and polite I did a small trip over a step & their concern was heart warming. Clean? Absolutely! The aesthetics of the property, inside and out, were unexpected. Colors that reminded me of seaside vacations, but soft enough to blend into the Georgia landscape. This is not a modern hotel, but has been lovingly maintained and resonated with character. The downsides? No walk in shower, though the bathtub sides were low for acessiblity. Biggest Con? No active pool or hot tub as advertised! Fixing the pool would truly make this an oasis of relaxation to get away from it all--be it a day of work or travel. Will stay again!

This hotel is mediocre, at best. There were holes in the bed linens, the bathroom showerheads were disgusting and old, there were roaches in the microwave. I only stayed here 1 night.
